My salesman, Jim, got me an amazing deal on a washing machine. There was a little snaffoo getting the old washer out and the new one in, so it didnt go as smoothly as Id like, but a second team of installers just came by as a last minute request since they were nearby and the got it installed in minutes! I was very impressed with everyone involved, Jim was great and both teams of installers were friendly and professional. Ill definitely go back to ABC when my dryer kicks the bucket.

Just the same as Best buy or any other big box store. Deals arent there, so if you find something just buy it and enjoy. Sales people are nice here. Bought a bed and a powered reclining love seat. furniture in 2021 is on back order so prepare yourself to wait.

Both associates (Jamie W. & David K) who assisted me listened to what I wanted in a new refrigerator and got busy showing me only what I wanted. Did not try to sell me or show me anything outside those models that met my criteria. Both were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable about the refrigerators on the floor that met the criteria for what I was looking for. I received a great price on both the Refrigerator and the 2 year Warranty. Jamie was especially knowledgeable on the warranty. They saw to it that I also was ensured “next day” delivery (due to being a/o a refrigerator).I enjoyed the buying experience with Jamie and David because they listen carefully to my needs, they were knowledgeable on the brand refrigerators I looked at, and they were exceptionally kind. A+ customer service. Best customer service/buying experience I’ve had in a very long time. Rare these days. As a salesman myself, I have high expectations and yet they exceeded them! Jamie and Andrew were both very personable and helpful. Using our preferences, they guided us through their models and explained the various features when we had any questions. If they were unsure in any way about a question, they found the answer quickly. They also made the in-stocks issue (because of the pandemic) easy to navigate by utilizing their tools to give us full view of availability or projected availability. Ultimately they put together a sale that met our needs for our new dishwasher, at a very competitive price and we left happy and confident in our purchase. Jamie and Andrew were very attentive, but never pushy. When they werent right with us, they were checking stock and gathering info on models not displayed on the floor. Probably the worst experience ever.These people are highly unprofessional in addition to not even wanting to complete a job they are paid to do.They damage the dryer and then blame it on the homeowner as if we were the ones that brought it down from the truck.ABC Warehouse in Portage, Michigan refuses to accept responsibility for their poor customer service and lack of professionalism.I would recommend you go to Best Buy or drive 2 hours to a different city to buy appliances because these people are highly unprofessional.

Jamie was so great to work with! She helped my mom and I pick out a living room set that met all of our needs and worked hard to get it as quickly as possible for us! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help! Andrew also assisted with our transaction and was great! So many furniture stores use high-pressure techniques but they were friendly and kind and wanted to get us the best product for our needs, not just push a sale! I’ve purchased from ABC Warehouse many times over the years and appreciate the small, local mentality over the big store approach.

Such mixed feelings here. Walt is an awesome guy and Ill continue to use him as my salesman until he retires. He got me a great deal on a lovely new fridge when I had serious space limitations that wouldve otherwise required thousands of dollars in carpentry work.HOWEVER. The dudebros (Management? Financing? No clue) who sit at the desk seem to be fans of chin diapers. The delivery people didnt bother with masks at all, seemed annoyed to be doing their job, and had I not been in a tizzy trying to disconnect the water line from the old fridge I wouldve had the brain space to throw a fit at them (I was already fully vaccinated but thats no excuse).Ill definitely use Walt when Im ready to buy a new dishwasher this summer, but Ill probably do it over the phone and hire my own guy to do the install.

Walked in the store looking for audio equipment. Was greater right away by Jim and then was helped by Matt. I had a couple things in mind but Matt recommend a few sets. Ended up taking his suggestion and definitely was satisfied with my purchase!

We had a bad experience online so we went to the Portage MI store. The GM Andy was extremely helpful, found is the appliances we wanted and saved us some money. I bought an Electrolux Washer and Dryer at ABC. I called ABC in the morning and spoke with Jamie. She Was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I went into the store to look at the machines. ABC is the only store in Kalamazoo who has Electrolux on display. Jamie and Jim showed me the machines and answered more questions. Jamie gave me a great price on the machines as well as delivery and installation.

Great experiences purchasing appliances. ABC warehouse is my go-to store for all my small electronics, TV, and large appliance needs. The management and staff are customer-driven. They are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about their products. What I like most about them is that they are always willing to help me shop within my budget.

Consistently lie about product delivery dates and change them without notifying you. Estimated wait times are a joke, we’ve been waiting months for our couch to be delivered. Avoid ordering here unless you don’t mind waiting months for your stuff

Horrible company, made first purchase from them in January. My television is less then four months old and has lines constantly running thru the screen causing distortion of pictures. When we asked for a replacement they informed us they no longer carry the television and refused to offer any service besides RCA customer support number. Will never shop with ABC Warehouse again, selling broken merchandise then completely refusing all liability horrible company.

Just relocated to the Kalamazoo area. Me & my wife were looking for a new Washer & Dryer. We found ABC Warehouse and were very impressed. Our sales rep David was very friendly & professional. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction. The store also had the hose & dryer connection that we would need so we were able to get everything at ABC Warehouse. The delivery drivers were also very friendly and professional. They installed everything in a timely fashion. We were also able to receive the washer/dryer within the same week from visiting the store and making the purchase. I highly recommend ABC Warehouse!

Delivery of refrigerator unpleasant experience. Two hours early so didn’t have the old one emptied yet. They were to set new in place, level and move old one to garage for a fee. They dumped the new one said they would not wait for old one to be emptied and was very rude in the process. Remember two hours early!

I cant say enough about how great our experience at ABC has been. We had ordered appliances from Best Buy. They missed three delivery dates and gave us no communication. We were without a kitchen for weeks and each time they didnt show up, we had to call them and find out why. I went to ABC to see what kind of wait time they had for appliances. Walter in the Portage, MI store went to work and found all of the exact appliances in their warehouse and was able to get them on the delivery truck for the very next day. And sure enough, they were delivered that day. I will never go anywhere else!

The sales person Moses was absolutely wonderful. Took his time with me. Explained everything about the furniture, the quality of it . I walked out with a lift recliner, love seat and a 50 inch tv. He just started there and he was wonderful. He needed some help and the manager Matt was so rude to him. Wouldnt show him how to do what he needed to do. I told Moses that he did a wonderful job and keep up the good work.

We had an issue with dryer lint system, original lint screen from Electrolux dryer let to much lint by and plugged up squirrel cage motor and had excessive lint outside, faulty design and fire hazard from Electrolux. Electrolux would not fix issue. I watched a YouTube video on what needed to be done to fix this issue. Jim Lankerd from Portage Michigan ABC Warehouse,addressed this for us and ordered the parts to resolve our issue. I was able to replace parts in ten minutes and now we have peace of mind, using our dryer without worry of fire. Thanks Jim for going the extra mile to make a unhappy customer, happy again!!!!

NOTHING beats good customer service!!! Thank you Moses and Andrew! We bought our washer from ABC warehouse because we checked out a local place. They didn’t seem to have time to help us. But when we walked into ABC, Moses was right there to help. We had to have a certain size because of where it had to go. Moses went above and beyond to try to help us. We decided to check around a little more. We got a price from a big chain store and called Moses with it. He beat the price and had a much better attitude than the competitor. We decided it was worth driving the extra distance to get great customer service. But it didn’t end there.... There was an issue with the installation due to no fault of theirs. I called and spoke with Andrew. He was very kind and courteous. After explaining our situation, he checked into a couple things and ended up giving us a credit of $80 to make up for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to work with some all around nice people!!!!
