Pretty ridiculous when you have a digital coupon on your account for something as simple as 2.00 off gain laundry detergent and the self checkout wont pull up that coupon that they cant manually enter it when you show them the coupon. The old lady associate was extremely rude about the situation so I just left the store. I spend so much money here to be dismissed over a 2.00 coupon. Maybe you should treat your employees how to be nice in this situation. To lose a customer over a small coupon is ridiculous

Found what every one ::- didnt have ) Or, we can order it?They had it & were very very helpful! not only was it over there it was right here they brought me right to what I wanted.One star for the bums & winos ~ a little police visibility could reduce.Not their fault= management a little greedy but during pandemic even : squirrels should wear masks/ face coverings!

Thank u to the lady who helped me out with my child’s Tylenol and Motrin/ibuprofen! She noticed right away I was very frustrated already going from store to store to find infant Tylenol she got what I needed so I could go home to take care of my kids!

I shop there quite often cuz its so close to home the prices are reasonable

Not enough products as other DG stores & shelves seem to be always understocked with roll-tainers full of stock, but no one to get it into shelves. This store is highly understaffed & you will stand in line forever to check out with only one cashier, no matter how many are waiting in line, most of the times I have been there.This poor DG needs a sevier & extreme fix. Its no fun at all.

The employees are by far the best ever of all the DG stores Ive been in I just moved about 15 minutes away from where I was living but I pass 2 other DG stores just to go to this one..

Dollar General is a home style kind of store & good place to not spend a lot of money but everything is $1.00 so you have to watch it as things do add up. Returns without a receipt has been great too as you exchange for other items but with a receipt makes it easier on the store. Thank you Dollar General for being there.

I wish zero stars was an option. These employees are the worst I’ve ever dealt with, with the exception of one (wish I knew her name). Zach (assistant manager) treated me absolutely horribly when I came in to process a return that HE told me was ok. Corporate will be contacted.

I like the storys inventory but the customer service is awful. You are always waiting in a long line. They take forever to open a second line and they are way more interested in stocking shelves than helping customers. They wont even get out of the way when youre trying to find something. The manager is the rudest of all so you know where the employees get their mindset

Over the years, everything I liked and always used, were OMITTED from DOLLAR GENERAL BUT APPEARED IN FAMILY DOLLAR. I can still get MY MAINE COON CATS CHOICE OF Cat food and a variety of cat litter.

Staff is awesome! Everytime I come in its friendly faces, and they all have awesome attitudes and work ethics! Mark, Glen the manger, Zach and 3 of the females that work their are great, not sure of there names but ones a petite young woman w/dark hair, pretty brown eyes, a great personality and amazing work ethic from what Ive seen Everytime I come in. She was training a new cashier Mary, and the other young lady is a very nice an polite black girl thats always smiling when checking out thanks D.G. for getting some great hardworking an awesome crew members

Hate this Dollor general. Everything is in the wrong places so when you grab something thinking its one price you find out your not saving anything. Its suppozed to be a lower priced store. So how is it that the prices are more than publix? And the lines in this store are worse that going to Wal-Mart. Every time I got in there there is around 6-7 people in one line. And you will never see another employee come and help!!

The manager there is so mean and talks to people like they are trash but the rest of the staff is nice.

Friendly staff, nice little store. Only complaint is they never have enough staff. Its like a small Walmart when you check out. It gets a lot of traffic to not justify another person on shift. Sometimes it can take you 1min to walk in and grab an item then 10mins to check out.

Great convenience but runs out of product on a regular basis. Staff is friendly but need to have more supplies and product on a regular basis. Zach is the best!

Full of deals. Some aisles were overwhelming with stuff. I was overcharged. They fixed it as soon as I brought it to there attention. The gentleman was multi tasking, honest mistake.Lots of items to be creative with little ones.

They were busy restocking ans still had good customer service.

Oh the dollar store. Your general ruffians zombieing through the isles. Off brand everything. Real coke and mt.dew. Beer seems to usually be on sale, comparable to Winn Dixie. Such as the customers seem like zombies, so do the employees. I would not trust the bathrooms.

Always liked the DG but you do have to check the dates to make sure they are not out of date. I enjoy shopping at DG its worth a stop

The cashier was way to busy visiting with other people around her!! Even her coworker! I was fine until she kept talking to and then looking at him as she is handing me my change! She was steady talking, she didnt even tell me how much change I was getting back!! Poorest service Ive ever had!!!!😡

Employees are not nice.....there check out line is terrible....ten plus People in line and they Dont call for help....check out is right in front of entrance so there is a people jam right there. Displays cases right in way.... aisles are Toooooo narrow..can hardly get basket down it....not even wide enough for just 2 People with No carts. They Need a Bigger Store here in Port Orange Florida on S. Ridgewood Ave.

Yes I go to Dollar General very often its right around the corner from where I live and the people are very helpful all the time I have no problems I need to find something they will help you find it theyre very friendly and the cost is very reasonable I go there usually 2 or 3 times a week

This store is very new and very clean the only thing I miss that the other stores have are the pj sets and stuff like that sometimes they ha e some cute stuff but this store doesnt have any clothes but they have everything else and there all at food prices and the ppl that work here at this store are very nice .I go there alot to get items I forget at the store and I buy all my personal care items there and paper items there like paper towels toliet paper paper plates because there much cheaper there then the grocery store....oh and they always have lots of junk food and its cheap also...

Friendly staff, a bit unorganized however. Have visited numerous times and have never been unhappy with my visit, but close when they are out of stock on the Coca-Cola products or milk when thats why I went on those trips, which isnt their fault necessarily. Will visit again
