Shopping here yesterday was really good.I was pleasantly surprised that most of the employees were very nice and helpful!!!I normally shop at the New Smyrna Beach Walmart because its closer to where I live.However, I found shopping at the Port Orange Walmart yesterday sooo much nicer!!There was employees working on the sales floor and anytime I needed assistance there was an employee available to assist me and they were very very nice.Its hard to find employees like that at the New Smyrna Beach Walmart.And the Port Orange Walmart has a whole lot more items available to purchase.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there definitely needs to be more available cashiers!!! And less of the useless scan and bag your own items.Most people stood in line waiting for a cashier yesterday.I will always wait for a real cashier because Im disabled and on oxygen so scanning and bagging the things that I purchase is just to difficult.And I pray that CORPORATE never ever does a remodel to the Port Orange Walmart like the remodel they did to the New Smyrna Beach Walmart as it is the absolute worst remodel ever done to a Walmart!!!

Walmart is always the first with new products and innovation. I love Port Orange location in particular, the employees are friendly, and very creative when marketing new products or seasonal attire. So grateful I can feel comfortable shopping and get all my needs in one stop. Thank you Walmart for always being on point.

Freaking huge! I have never been in a Walmart this large, Im sure there are others that are bigger, but I havent been in them🤪! Also very clean and organized for a busy Saturday, I was impressed. The staff were courteous, which can be rare at some Walmarts, so consider it duly noted. In and out fairly quickly, another plus for a Walmart. Only Walmart I have given 5 stars, but remember, it is relative.

Walmart is a good place to shop for just about anything you want.. Enjoy your shopping day.

I was just there looking around for a seasonal costume called a plush animal. They usually go for around $100 and are really cool. I was searching the entire store just to make sure I didnt miss them if you carried them. I did not find them so I proceeded to leave your store. That is when an employee started running after me and approaching me to when I got to the door. As if I was shoplifting which I was not. And clearly by writing this review that ignorant employee was very wrong. Just one second away from this company getting sued if he layed his hands on me or accused me. Because of that incident I will never shop at Walmart again and Im beyond furious.

I love going here, its like almost every time I go I always have just the right amount of money to buy everything I have in my cart and Walmart always has everything I could possibly need!

Ordered on line groceries on the website for pick up between 12-1 pm. At noon get a text that the order is delayed. OK things happen. Call at 1 and they can’t find the order. At 1:30 stop at Walmart Store 0582 and they say they don’t have the order. Given the order number they find the order but it hasn’t been processed and the store never got it. Call corporate and they too can see the order but have no idea where it went. Advised to cancel the order, Re-order and wait 5-7 business days for our credit card to be refunded. Have been a loyal Walmart customer but the service is going the way of everything else in the country, down the drain.POOR JOB WALMART !

We seem to have gotten there at a good time because the usually full parking lot wasnt too full. They didnt have everything we were looking for but they never do these days. Good luck getting everything on your grocery list if you shop here.

Parked by the garden center because I only needed bug spray. Went to check out and they said there was no one to check out and I have to go clear to the other end of the store to self checkout. I had to carry them heavy container because there were no shopping carts. Self checkout was so busy I had to wait in line to check myself out. Then I had to walk back to the garden center because thats where my car was parked. All that for ONE item. Not a happy customer.

The grounds are not maintained. Seemingly protected areas off of the parking are littered with trash. The shopping carts are a joke because they are so poorly maintained. You have to try a few before you find one thats almost decent. And like any other Walmart, they have what you want. Then the next time you want it, they dont have it.

Unfortunately they seem to be having problems keeping the store stocked. I was unable to find shoes in my size a common size. I purchased the last of the external 2 TB hard drives in stock sadly I needed two. A barely productive visit.

Easy in and out. The only thing is they were completely out of eggs none whatsoever at all.

Its a lot better than some Walmarts but still Walmart clientele. 100% better than the Daytona Walmart.

I drive further to come here because its a better Walmart than new smyrna beach. Its worth the extra 30 minute drive

Of the Walmart stores in the area, this is the better choice. The isles and shelves were tidy and personnel kind and helpful.The fitting room ODOR was APPALLING !They CANNOT have been SANITIZED at any reasonable rate or interval.A HORRIBLE UNHYGIENIC CONDITION that needs immediate attention. There should be a can of LYSOL DISINFECTANT at least.MANAGER: This is your responsibility. Fix it.

Nice place to shop, set up a bit different than my home town walmart but not a lot. Makes it easier to find what youre looking for that way. Wish they carried more American made products.

I love Ormond beach Walmart all the staff are extremely helpful and very polite also quick to take the time to answer questions and show you where what youre looking for is located not just point n say over there they actually take you to what youre looking for.....

Grocery order pick up always runs more smoothly than trying to shop with a teenager and a toddler. But you do need to work on the app. It runs very slow you can loose you appointment time because it takes too long for the app to register your selection.

Chris is so helpful with designs and selecting whats best for us. She is very easy and comfortable to work with on a renovation project.

Sunday I walked in, asked if a TV I was interested in was available, the first guy I spoke to looked in the back, brought it out, put it in a cart for me, and after paying, I walked out, put it in my car, and was back home 35-45 minutes after I left the house! Fastest trip to Walmart I can recall. Thanks!!

Walmart has come a long way in quality and the last 3 years Im glad to see that its much better now.. my big beef is having to come in there and ring myself up so why not just shop online somewhere else.

This store is so ghetto! There was a fight there earlier today between a group of girls they knocked over my items in my hand. On top of that, I witnessed this cashier by the name of Nicole profiling some customers. I could tell the customers felt uncomfortable. She was so rude and overbearing. She ought to be fired! It’s a shame, I actually liked this store. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves.

Its Walmart. The place you go for everything. I try to avoid any Walmart during the busy evening or weekend hours because well we have all been to Walmart when its crowded and have to wait in long checkout lines. Hire more cashiers!!! Its faster than watching people try to work the self checkout. Just my opinion. I know the cheaper option is self service but it is really an inconvenience for some people.

So now Im going to check out Winn-Dixies delivery which they just started.

Meh. With a big corporation like this its completely hit or miss, some days Im in an out with everything I need, other days they dont have a single thing in stock. But of all the Walmarts in volusia... its by far my fav. And Im lucky its right down the road.

We live in Edgewater and drive right past the NSB Walmart for the Port Orange store! Port Orange Walmart has more of everything including friendly check-out people!

Store had a nice variety and well stocked. Definitely a newer more remodeled store, than the store in Ormond Beach.

I use their Pharmacy for my prescriptions. Very convenient, call ahead and pick up.

I had some trouble deciding how many stars to give. On the one hand the manager that I was dealing with was very rude and WalMart doesnt have the system correct for transferring funds from bluebird correctly. But on the other, the associate that I was dealing with was very nice and tried to explain as best they could what was happening.Because of that split I have to go for 3 stars.

Walmart is usually not the most pleasant experience but this location makes the misery an art form. Even with replacing almost all the cashiers with self check out they still only have a few lines open. Its like they are intentional trying to make it a poor experience.

As a Walmart this store really rocks. Its got an upscale feel (I mean look at Ormond Beach Walmart for comparison). Its well stocked although the website quantity listed is a bit out of sync. Website said there was one last bike of a particular type in stock and I went over but they couldnt find it. Its not worth me knocking down a star in the rating, but in todays fast electronic systems the stock/inventory display online should be very quick to update!

I returned two tops I had ordered online. It said they shipped from US. True, they shipped from US, but came from China. Took a long time to receive. Two separate packages. Same size. One was so small I couldnt get it on. One was so large it about fell off of me. I tried to return. I was told they couldnt be returned because their printed wasnt working. What sense dies that make. I was told to return the next day, which I did. Same excuse, but this time was told printer hadnt worked for 2 months. I asked to speak to a manager. They said they wouldnt call him because he couldnt do anything. I was told to go to Wal-Mart marketplace store on Clyde Morris and they happily took it and said this has been happening because this store doesnt want to do the work. Really? So they basically lies? Yes was the answer.

They older lady at customer service was rude and had an attitude. I tried to help her open the box she snatched it out of my hand and I was stand at the end of the service counter near the opening where everyone walks behind it. Instead of asking me nicely to move she was rude about it. I wish I wouldve gotten her name toni could put it in the review but I was upset by the way my mother in law and I were treated I didnt even look at her name tag. Other then that this location is a nice and clean store and was able to find everything we needed

The staff are incredibly nice and very patient. Ive seen a few episodes of rude behavior from customers but the greeters and staff treat them politely and let them know there are rules to follow. Let them know theyre appreciated.

Never had an issue shopping here. All Items are conveniently placed around the store, almost too well because I end up over purchasing. The staff are always helpful.
