Always super cool staff. The Port Orange Auto Zone guys are always willing to help. Everytime I come in, i have my Autistic daughter with me. The fellows here are always super sweet and understanding and patient with her and I.Brandon was our guy when we came in today. I had my daughter and he was sooo sweet and compassionate with her.I just love coming here. Thanks guys! Yall are the best!

They put a new OBD meter on my car and gave me a print out. Very professional people real nice.

Went in to get a gasoline additive the man was very nice helpfula nd offered his assistance. He even loaned me a Funnel to put it in my car!

Rude. Walked in with nobody on the counter. We have a business repairing trucks so since no one was on the front counter we went to the commercial counter. Waited patiently for a minute so he could finish the call he was on. We dont currently have an account with AutoZone but we do for OReilly and Advanced. As soon as the commercial guy got off the phone he asked if we had an account. We said no. So he just shoots us away saying you have to go up front, I cant help you if you dont have an account. Instead of asking if were a business that would like to setup an account he was just blatantly rude and I told him so. Then him and a female employee wanted to argue and say they were on the front counter. Check the cameras, when we walked in (around 11:20am est, July 15th 2021) not 1 employee was out front and I counted at least 5 there by the time we left.

I used to be a good customer at Auto Zone until a few weeks ago the people working there are Rude and dont keep records like they used to. I always liked that they could pull up my account to see when I had last purchased a part for my car, but I was told they dont do that anymore! My mechanic doesnt purchase parts from Auto Zone anymore because of the customer service. I will go to O Riellys for anything car related again!

I went into Auto Zone searching for a solution to my AC problem. After speaking with an associate, I purchased a $35 can of synthetic Refrigerant. The associate who sold the product to me came out to the car to assist. The can did not work. It sprayed its contents all over, rather than solving the problem. The associate suggested I consult You Tube, and try again when I got home. I did that. no luck. I brought the can back, another associate tried to assist, no luck. The PARTS MANAGER came out, no luck. I simply want my money back. I do not have the receipt, The Parts Mgr REFUSED, and would only issue my a gift card for store credit. I plead my case, pointing out how the guy came out with me and suggested You Tube, after failing to connect the part. The PARTS MANAGERS response was Well, he didnt have to go out with you at all...WHAT?!?!? I would very much like the money replaced for the item I purchased...NOT STORE CREDIT.

I went to buy it and had my car manual out to try and figure out how to put in on! BUT!! They just put in on for me without me even asking them to help!! Such a relief!! Best service ever!!

I walked in to AutoZone. Immediately Steven asked if I needed any help told him I needed 1157 light bulbs for my trailer. He took me right to it. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I ended up getting to reward program that he recommended and just seemed like he really cared. Need more people like Steven in customer service these days!

Im sure this place is nice but Im very upset upon leaving here today. I was here a few days ago and was told that I had a five dollar discount. I asked if I could use it today and the guy said not on the same day but I could come in tomorrow and use it. I came in today with receipts for proof and was told that I have no discount. Also, when the guy was trying to look up the number he wound up accidentally changing the phone number instead of searching it. That means next time someone wants to use the number its not going to come up... I asked if they would honor it for me and they said no. Cmon, its $5. (Not a lot for them, but a lot for me!) Not coming back unless I get what I was promised... Im so frustrated that I wasted my time!

I was a little put off at how long it took for the people there to actually help me. Ended up having to approach them after a lengthy wait of the gentleman being stuck on the phone and then assisting someone who came in way after I began patiently waiting for his assistance. They ended up not having what I needed specifically.

I had a problem with a misfire on my 1998 Toyota forerunner just the day before or around Thanksgiving I was very happy that they were open only to come and find out they wanted $85 for one coil pack and they diagnose the car totally wrong only to find out I didn’t need a coil packI had a loose spark plug misfiring after I diagnosed properly for $65 on Amazon prime the next day my delivery showed up with a set of wires three coil packs and a few spark plugs just a little different then one coil pack for $85 which wasn’t the problemBut I change them and the wires and spark plugs for 65 bucks I got NGK wires spark plugs and three coil packs not even close to what they were trying to sell me for one coil pack for 85 bucks so it pays to shop Amazon prime this was in the DAYTONA BEACH Port orange area while visiting my 93-year-old mom for ThanksgivingThank you God thank you Amazon prime and thank you Google?

I’ve tried other auto parts stores several times and always end up coming back to AutoZone. They always have what I need no matter how bizarre or rare the part is. The associates are always welcoming and extremely knowledgeable.

The Port Orange Auto Zone has the most helpful employees! My dad has been going to them for years and has spoken highly of their customer service. Yesterday I had issues with installing wipers, and Edgardo really took the time to assist with finding the right wipers and installing them for me. Extremely great service!!

Some of these guys need to stop pretending they are Mechanics especially when I argue with the guy that a Crankshaft and Camshaft position sensor are two different parts and perform two different jobs yet he wanted to argue and say it was the same thing, turns out sure enough I had to go back and switch the parts because this guy had to be right. This is why I shop at O Reillys.

This place goes through employees like toilet paper. There is one man there who is very knowledgeable and a “constant” there and is a great help when I go in. The rest? I just SMH. I have watched this other employee actually standing right next to the telephone and when it rings? He will NOT pick it up to answer it. Blows me away. And he’s not alone. This must be part of their training for this store! No one answers the phone. I got lucky once and after about 15 rings, I finally was able to ask a question. Whoever does there product ordering? Is not keeping up with their high demand items. But? I keep going back. So? There’s hope!

My favorite auto parts store in town. There are quite a few of them really close by but this is my store of choice. The employees are very helpful and always find what I need for my cars. Their prices are good and I have never been dissapointed with the products I have purchased.

Very helpful employees. I was there because my check engine soon light came on. They ckd it.and gave me the paperwork. Well then the car wouldnt start. Employees couldnt have been more helpful. Seems a bolt on the battery was loose and it wasnt charging. They were awesome. I waited in the store because of the heat. I really appreciated their assistance. Like I said they couldnt have done more. Car all set. Drove home.

I went to this store to buy rear brake shoes for a 1990 olds cutlass. I explained to the girl at the register i needed brake shoes for rear drum brakes. She then proceeded to explain to me for 10 minutes or so i needed rotor style pads. After being thoroughly frustrated that i needed brake shoes not pads and even inviting her to look at the vehicle outside {she declined saying we do not do that here] i left and went to Advance Auto across the street where the guy inside without any prodding walked outside looked and said yes you need brake shoes not pads in a few seconds. Now that is what is called good service.

Ordered a distributer cap yesterday morning as they told me would be there by 2. Tried to pick it up at 3 and they told me it wasnt on truck for some reason and wouldnt be there till this morning. After work I went to pick it up and they said it again wasnt there so I asked for a refund. I wasted my time and fuel to stick with them for the rewards program but it simply isnt worth the headache anymore

The guy at counter almost had no idea what I was talking about. He literally said if I look it up on my phone and give him the part no it is better. Couldnt really explain the different type of parts he has a variation in for what I was needing.Stopped going there a whole back and reinforce that notion.

A few months ago, I vowed to never return here for two reasons. One, they read my check engine light and told me something was wrong with my car that really wasnt. Since I believed them, I bought the part but my mechanic gave it back to me, unopened, and said I didnt need it. I had thrown away the receipt because I genuinely believed I needed that part replaced, and when I went to return it, they absolutely refused. Its a part you get behind the counter, and they treated me as if I stole it and would not cooperate on the return until I called the district office. Well last night, I had no choice but to go back because I was having such a hard time finding a part for my car and once again, I was not impressed. No one was knowledgeable, no one offered to help me look, and they didnt have the part. OReilly is definitely the better choice here.
