I thought it was going to be a lot more expensive than it was when I pulled up and saw the name brand out there. It was about $100 for a brand new tire & installation but they were quick and convenient. I was going to go somewhere and get a used tire but I’m glad we came there instead.

Back in January I went in to have my tires replaced and aligned. I left thinking everything was perfect and I got a good deal. A few days later when I started to drive my jeep, my wheel locked up and I was unable to turn my car in any direction. I was only able to slightly veer off into my neighbors yard. I don’t know a lot about cars but I believe it was called the stabilizer that they interfered with. They denied everything. They were the only ones that had been hands-on with my car in that area. I brought my trusted mechanic in and he explained to them what the problem was, my mechanic and Goodyear had had previous business ongoing and recommended business to each other. My mechanic thought that they would at least fix my issue but they said they had not done anything wrong and then tried to charge me $100 to fix the issue that they caused. I left and had my mechanic do it.I was also originally told in January that I would receive a gift card in the mail a few months later. 7+ months later and nothing. Will not go back.

Went there for an oil change and tire rotation. They said no problem. When I went to pick up my truck I noticed the tires were not rotated. So I went back inside and told Alen, I believe his name was. He brought up the guy that did it and he said he did. I said I know he did not. What bothered me is what Alen said next. He said we can rotate them back to the way they were. Basically saying that they did rotate them and that I was lying.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. The guys that work here were so helpful and nice. Being a woman, sometimes it’s really intimidating knowing next to nothing about cars and needing to have someone help you fix yours. They were super fast and made me feel safe driving my 14 year old car again. Highly recommend to anyone.

I have been getting my cars oil changed here for years. They have a coupon in the coupon book, and I had one for $14.95. The girl behind the counter was new, and didnt advise me that that price had gone to $19.95, so it was a unpleasant surprise at checkout. But they do do a good job and I still like the special. Well continue to go there!

Called Total Tire to get a quote on a tire after another tire store told me it was unrepairable. Not only did they give me a great price, they told me after looking at it and pulling the nail out I was good to go. The nail did no damage!

Didnt put my daughters spare back underneath, asked for then to do it and they responded they dont have the staff to do so. Wanted to charge extra to dispose of the tires, I elected not to! We then went to Firestone Tire, they put the spare back where it belonged and said that this should have been done and they wouldnt charge for the disposal of the tires. Now keep in mind I paid Total Tire to put on 4 tires and I didnt pay Firestone Tire for anything except a tip. Firestone Tire includes the disposal of the tires in the price and its the same price as Total Tire. Go to Firestone Tire!!!!

Total Tire & Service Center is the best. My son and daughter in law have been their customers for the past few years (TT&SC has gained their trust) so when I moved back to Florida I started using them. I did go to the Daytona Toyota dealership for my oil changes because it is free. The last time I went the dealership recommended $1200 worth of work on my car. If I truly needed the work I wanted TT&SC to do the work. When I took it in for them to look at it they said none of the work was necessary or needed at this time. I was blown away. This says so much about who they are and what their focus is. I wont be going back to the dealership for any free oil changes. I highly recommend them for all you car care needs!

Im so impressed. Ive been going to Take 5 for synthetic oil changes for convenience, but it just costs too much. I switched it up going here today. Not only was it half the price, but they had me in and out in about 15 minutes...on a friday at 4 pm👏🏼👏🏼

These guys are the best, friendly and trustworthy. We used to take our cars to Firestone to save a few bucks but for the last few years weve used this garage. Definitely recommend this garage to anyone.

As usual, very good service at a very fair price. The repairman tried to sell me a battery that I definitely did not need, but then again, my battery apparently shows its three years old when I bought it only a year ago. Cant blame him.

Woman at the counter was very nice. Had oil change and tire rotation. Mechanic didnt reset computer and my low pressure tire light came on after leaving.

Buying tires sucks but these guys made it better. Price matched a great set and even came down on the price in comparison to a larger chain down the road. Had me in and out in about 45 mins and we’re very nice. Also learned this is an independently owned place so definitely check them out before heading to the big box tire places.

Oil change was a good deal, but the tire rotation and customer service is mediocre and lacks personality. After getting the oil change/ tire rotation special I begin to hear a noisy him that they neglected to pay attention to, and after realizing it myself I returned to this location to rectify it because I didnt feel safe driving my car after they did the work. I only returned because they did the original work. You would think they would make it a priority to fix. Especially since its something that they did, but NO! Im told to wait a few hours. They dont have to worry about me spending my money here, and I dont recommend this location.

These people are crooks! I took my car for one thing just to have them create 2 more issues. I went back to have it fixed. They fixed one and told me the other part is too expensive to fix. They overcharge for everything and try to take advantage of you at every turn. Even when they screw up, management does not take responsibility. Read the bad reviews. It will save you a lot of wasted time and money. Maybe this place is okay for an oil change but nothing else. Avoid this place.

Fantastic service! I stopped in with a tire that wasnt holding air. They took the tire right in and were able correct the problem right away, replaced the tire valve and rebalanced the tire and then wouldnt even charge me! Ill definitely be back when its time for new tires.

After changing my oil I was told I had a MAJOR OIL LEAK. And even went on to say it had been going on for awhile. My vehicle has never leaked. My husband asked where from and they were unable to say. I sent an email stating I was taking my 4runner to a mechanic first thing the following day. I got a call at 8:05 am from Joe asking that I bring it back to them NOT my mechanic so he could show me the leak. Funny because he couldnt show my husband 16 hours earlier! Long story short they installed the oil filter improperly causing the oil to literally pour out. Thank goodness for my HONEST mechanic who only charged 10$ to fix their negligence.

Any kind of real vehicle repair is pricey. But the techs did help me with a tire plug on the house. For a mother with two small kids it was helpful.

I always come here for the $15 oil change. They are always quick and friendly and will allow you to go in the repair shop to look at your car if you want to see the bottom or ask for advice. I came here when some plastic was falling off from scraping against parking blocks and they pulled the car up and took it off for free! These guys are awesome!!

I only give two stars because of the extra stuff they try to tack on during their inspection. Sometimes theyre right and honest but other times they say that you need to fix this, this, and that or your car will fall apart. They said that we had a power steering fluid leak and that it was flammable and would cause the car to set on fire. Its a scare tactic, thats just one example of the many times theyve tried to get us to pay them over a grand for things that just require a new clamp ($30) or a new plug. Other than that, theyre good for oil changes.

I was greeted with a warm, and friendly “Good Morning!! What can we help you with today?”. I enjoy the upfront pricing, and personally informative from the staff, from beginning to end.

While I was on vacation I NEEDED to get 2 new tires. I called around to do some price comparisons and not only did this store match the best price, they discounted the alignment I also needed. They definitely cushioned the blow on what was supposed to be a cheap getaway!

It took 3 hrs to get a front end alignment😖😖😖! I watched the mechanic as he climbed in and out of my very clean truck, grabbing numerous chrome and leather points(outside chrome door handle, several interior leather handles, steering wheel, even the frame near the windshield) all with greasy hands. I expected it to be clean when I finally got my truck back. No! Everything was filthy, including the leather driver seat!!! I should have demanded they pay to have my vehicle detailed. I will NOT be returning to this Goodyear!!!

I change my own oil, but needed a tire rotation so I went here. After waiting two HOURS I get home and find out they completely stripped and destroyed my oil drain plug. If thats the level of care and attention they give to a simple oil change, its scary to think what kind of damage they could do during a more complicated repair.

My family is in Florida for a cruise and just when everything was going great we had car trouble. They could have taken us out of towners but instead he treated us fairly and quickly. Id recommend them!

My whole family takes their cars here. We have always been treated so well by staff and have never left dissapointed. This is definitely a place I trust to have my best interest in mind.

The store does not have a fair policy. I took my car and they analyzed the problem. They said they would have to change the whole piece. They gave me a budget of 350 dollars. I bought the original $ 35 piece and took it to them. They refused. Be careful when taking your car because they will condemn good parts to make money.

From out of town and needed a tire plugged so we thought. They told us initially it would be an hour wait but then said to go ahead and drive around back that they would look at it immediately. DJ was very friendly and thorough in making sure he found out what was wrong with our tire. Highly recommend them!!

First time there wont be back. Horrible customer service. Went on lunch break was told it would be an hour which is reasonable. Was not told there were other cars ahead of me which would cause me to have to wait longer... Very rude and was told Im sorry we are short staffed. Not my issue. I came for a service and physically had to ask for keys back better off going to take 5 in and out

This store never disappoints. Oil changes are half of what you pay at the dealers, and they throw in a free tire rotation even if you didnt buy your tires there.

Not the cheapest but the quality of the work is excellent and they get you in out quickly.

These guys are the most unprofessional people I ever dealt with. They told me in my face they cannot help me with my engine, that they don’t do work on engines. So I said OK and I only got my oil changed and within the next couple of days my engine drainer cap comes off because it was not secure enough. Called them again for assistance but Once again I got tuned down. I don’t want to make this a racial thing but the service that Goodyear in port orange provided me with Was unacceptable.

I have gone into this shop two times now. the first time was for a oil change and to rotate my tires. i knew i had a leak in the one tire and asked them to take a look at it. the mechanic said he could not find a leak. after getting no ware with the manager i left aggravated and unhappy. I left for two days to come back and find my car on the rim. WOW i guess the leak was hiding. Needless to say i didnt go back there for them to fix it. Now this second time i went there i left my car for an oil change only to come back and find someone had slammed there car door into mine. i thought no big deal i will just take the rubber residue off, no harm no foul. well then i notice that there is a 8 in crease in my car. talked to the manager and his response is someone would of told me if they did that. WOW needless to say i will never go back there again and if i were you i would save my time and go elsewhere
