Very good experience. I got a new phone and service set up in just a few minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I went in to find one clerk with a line of people. I had my elderly mother in the car and it was chilly outside. I waited in line for 20 minutes and the line was barely moving. I had to go because my mom couldnt stand the cold any longer. There should had been more than 1 clerk . I was very disappointed .

The absolute worst connection possible. I cant even make calls. I doubt 911 will even work. T-Mobile is a fail on all fronts
