My son and I walked into the store, and there was an employee helping a customer so we walked around looking at phones. A third customer walks in approximately 10 minutes after us and began looking at merchandise as well. The first customer said to go ahead and wait on them because he could wait. The young lady proceeded to ignore us and helped the latest arriving customer before us. This is poor customer service. 10/6/2021 @ 16:20

Staff ignored me for 15 minutes or so(while dusting displays around me), then lied to or misinformed me about accessories that came with the phone I wanted. Then the young lady trying to sell me accessories had a sales pitch that made no sense at all but ended with so youll be saving money in the long run while trying to get me to purchase their overpriced screen protector and case.Glad I didnt leave the parking lot before unpacking the phone because the wall charging block she insisted I would need was provided with the note 20 and I had driven quite a distance to find it.Over all one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. Even the DMV and metro pcs were better than this.

Had purchased a prepaid phone from Victoria cause didn’t have in stock in port Lavaca brought to store and asked for help to get phone setup the associate took SIM card from old phone put in new phone and handed phone back and basically I had to setup phone myself. Had called and spoke to a associate earlier they told me to bring in phone be glad to help setup the phone. The reason I didn’t have them setup phone is Victoria is because my spouse had the old phone with them at work. This is a iPhone XR is the reason for purchase in Victoria I get it’s prepaid not contract but it’s still ATT if someone ask for help and willing to pay for help shouldn’t they get help

I always have a Great experience. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and patience. I highly recommend this AT&T store if you are in Calhoun County. Keep it the wonderful service.

Quality service, very knowledgeable staff and always get my questions answered. May I also add that Eric is very exceptional at math, I can testify that he used to always get As in math in high school and was always selected as best student of the year. He can get your billing questions answered with no problem using his math whiz skills!

Came to this store bought a phone case and lifetime warranty screen protector. I was told by rep that the screen protector would be replaced by att stores for 8$ and some change if it needed replacing. Months later it need to be replaced and there is no proof of purchase other than the phone on my account ???? So who received the life time warranty I sure didn’t??????50$ down the drain with these people! Called att and this store isn’t a corporate owned store it’s simply a retailer, guess they aren’t held to the same standards as a corporate store.

I have to say one of the best AT&T I have been too! Specially the Manager Josh, he know his stuff from AT&T, Directv all the way to phones. Also if you have any question his your guy to go too and if he doesnt know the answer he will find it for you!

I love that our store here in Port Lavaca is quaint, although we may have to have the staff order things we get to know the staff on a personal level.I really love the service but since hurricane Harvey I don’t get service here in Port Lavaca like I would in Victoria or Houston. Hopefully we’ll get that other AT&T tower put up soon and I’ll be changing my 4 to a 5 star

Staff is ight, I just hate when I go in just to pay my phone bill and end up having to wait 25 minutes on somebody buyin a phone. But hey maybe thats just the bipolar side of me lol

The manager Jose Acosta is the one who assisted me and was very knowledgeable about the products and services provided by AT&T. All staff quickly greeted me as well as any other customers that entered the store with a smile and positive attitudes.

Came to store to check my phone. I was having trouble with the general service with my phone. I talked with the manager José and he talked to me and convinced me to get a new phone and a new iPad and get them all set up. I feel like that anytime I have a problem I can go in and they will take care of it. I would rated as outstanding service. I feel comfortable coming in anytime and know that it will be taken care of.

Arrived 20 minutes before closing time and store was closed. We drove 20 minutes to get there. Saw employee peek around corner but he did not open door. We are long standing AT&T customers and this was not the customer service we have received from AT&T in the past.
