Manager is very unprofessional, hung up on me when I asked for help for something they did wrong. Went in just to buy an I phone and they upgraded my account and added insurance without my permission and refuses to refund me. When I asked to speak to the manager she was rude, would not help and hung up on me.
To sell me the phone they where very helpful but. They told me that they signed me up for auto pay n they didnt so I had pay 19.50 extra on my bill for reconnecting fee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Associates were helpful and friendly however the parking lot had been repaved and instead of them parking to the side they took up the spaces in front making a already difficult parking area hard to get in to pay the bill. Customers should be able to park in front of store not the employees.

Store sucks and service sucks. Went in to buy a charger, didnt had it. Had to go to the convinience store and buy one.Went to cancel a phone number, couldnt do it. Had to call costumer service.So what are they for ??Went to buy a phone and they made such a big deal on information and details. They literally made us do all the work. They said its because of personal info, but all the info they asked was in their system. I got fed up with them and I went to best buy and bought it with a swift of a card.Disappointment at its best
Store manager was really helpful. As busy as he was he made a point to communicate with everyone who came in. He was patient and calm despite how busy he was, which made it easier for customers to be patient.

Cricket is the worst, and the CSRs are uninformed and rude! We switched one of our 2 Cricket kids lines to Verizon today. We were told that everything went through and we were good to go, so they cancelled our 1 Cricket line we requested. Well, the port # switch didnt end up going through successfully, so in order to successfully switch the phone number over to Verizon, Cricket wanted us to pay a $45 reactivation fee to reactivate the phone (for 2 seconds) to switch the phone # over to Verizon correctly. They were very rude and unhelpful, after they turned the line off in the first place, because we were good to go. After spending 2.5 hours on the phone with a Cricket CSR and a Verizon CSR simultaneously, we said f u very much and ended up cancelling the other line with Cricket as well.
Not enough people working there. Long waits. Very frustrating.

I lost about 80 dollars at this place yesterday. Purchased a new phone had them activate it. When I got home just 10 miles from the store I had no signal at all. When I returned to the store to get them to cancel my service I literally had to threaten customer service to cancel my account
