I just wanted to say the receptionist at this establishment is very kind to talk to! Thats the kind of personality ya wanna have running your business! Kudos to her! The place I bought my car uses these guys for repairs and I once actually even bought a car from this shop! I Believe the guys name is Jeff. That grand am I bought years ago was very good to me! I looked at your lot before any when going to buy a car but i didnt see much and the lot was locked. So Im sure you were closed. Anyway just wanted to give a big thanks to the secretary for being so pleasant on the phone, glad I see you guys are busy and still a staple in Pontiac area! Have a good day!

Tune Masters are honest, dependable and quick. To be really honest a groups of my friends and myself have been getting our vehicles repaired there for about a year now. They sale cars too. I am so confident that I didnt even test drive car because I know from experience of dealing with them if anything is wrong they will repair it.

Mr. Jeff is one of the best out here and this is the ONLY shop that Ill go to now! His price was so much less than what someone else was trying to charge me and he got it covered through my janky warranty company that constantly denies my claims on known issues with my truck! I ended up only paying my $100.00 deductible for my transmission...which they initially refused to pay before I took the truck to him that is! He even called me a few days later to make sure I wasnt having any issues. Ive had nothing but wonderful experiences dealing with him...my only gripe is that I didnt find him sooner! #A1Service

I just took in my 2008 Saturn Vue for what I thought was a transmission problem. The mechanic took his time and went through all the codes one by one. Ended up I only needed a tune up. Great, quick service I couldnt be happier. VERY REASONABLE COST too. Will definitely refer people there and return myself for future repairs. Thanks Tune Master.

BE WARE!!! dont get ripped off at this place like we did. these people will tack on some extra money to the price of the parts to put in their pockets. very unprofessional will keep you waiting and waiting on a quote and get snappy when you call them to find out about your car. never ever again and I will deter people from going there. a $350.00 job at belle tire that would of took 2 hours costed us $485 and 3 days with these bozos. they added an extra $100 to the price of the part. BE WARE! !!!!

First off I used to work here.one of the mechanics hit my mothers front grill with a blowtorch.cant even express how bad the owner is.

Everything was explained in laymans terms and car was ready when it was promised

Car got fixed here in march and same problem messes up now and he tells me he cant fix without copy of paper work. I tell him i have my credit card info cause i cant find paper. And he tells me i have to have paper work or he cant fix problem. Dont recommend shop.
