I knew this place was a mechanic shop for automobiles. But seeing as the shop was right up the street from me, I just rode my Goped over there to inquire about getting a bracket fabricated. Will McNeal took to the project as soon as he saw it. He took working on my Goped as serious as working any expensive automobiles. Came out with a HEAVY DUTY steel bracket that he fabricated on the fly. It works even better than my last aluminum bracket. Stand up guy, stand up businessman. The cost was the icing on the cake. In the summer went here to service my A/C very friendly n professional service. I came back for a water pump repair same quality n friendly customer service. Myles made sure to call n keep me updated will definitely be back for all my future repairs....

They have a $79 diagnostic fee. Most places wave the fee if you have the work done with them. They dont. I could see if they looked at it and I decided to have the work done elsewhere. I Dont think Ill be a returning customer.

I drove from Kalamazoo Michigan for these guys to work on my truck.These guys did an amazing job on fixing my truck, I took it to them to fix a gas issue and they found the problem that a dealership couldnt find. Excellent service.

Great service I had a long ongoing electrical problem. They figured out the problem and fixed it and I havent had a issue since, I really appreciate the thorough job they did.

I couldnt be more impressed with this place. First they offered me a ride home that I never expected after I dropped off my car. Then when I went back they diagnosed my brakes with only 30 minutes until close on a Friday. They ordered the parts and they got there in 15 minutes. Thats faster than Amazon! They put the brakes on and got it done before the weekend. They even showed me wear patterns on my rotors and explained how I can drive to make my brake pads last longer. The price was excellent too. Best. Mechanic. Ever.

I took my 2010 Ford Expedition to McNeal Automotive due to the alarm randomly going off at all hours of the day. I worked with Will and he was extremely helpful in identifying the problem. I had been to a Ford dealership previously and they were useless. Within days, McNeal was able to get the part ordered and the repair done. All said, they were very professional and the price was reasonable. Even though I live in the Flint area, I will continue to give my business to McNeal even if it means driving 40 minutes to get there. Highly recommended.

Brought my 2003 Silverado (over 350,000 miles) in for a “reduced power mode” condition. Shop replaced a couple ground wires. The next day same thing happened this time also with a check engine light so brought it back. Shop replaced the whole throttle body unit which was the correct fixed and I wasn’t charged a second diagnostic fee. As of now, so far so good! Thanks to Ray and the crew here!! Prompt service and very knowledgeable staff!! Definitely recommended!!

These guys are great. Im an out of state medical student in the area and wasnt sure where to go when my car had a melt down last year. I went to 3 other places before I found these guys. McNeal Automotive was very helpful and transparent with repairs. They even worked with my schedule me so I didnt have to miss class, giving me rides etc. Miles works in the front and super cool guy and Will is great with repairs. Highly recommended... so I brought in my 1998 Pontiac Trans Sport with a vibration problem. They diagnosed the problem as a failing engine mount and replace it in 4 hours. Let me tell you these guys are great, very professional, now I do most my own work but when you need a professional to figure out and fix your auto I highly recommend them. Clean shop, Will the mechanic did a great job diagnosing the problem with my daughter van then went on to explain to me step by step what was going on with it. He also went over some other signs of a problem that could occur but hadnt added this point so that I know what to watch for. frankly if I had to have a mechanic look at my car or van I would use them again.

Great shop and employees. I love working on my truck and I came across one issue I could not figure out. I took it to one shop where they told me it was a $300 fix. I then brought my truck here and was given the proper diagnosis, which was simply a $25 fix that I was able to repair myself. I am extremely greatful for McNeal Automotive for this and even providing materials in which I could further diagnosis the problem myself.

They did an absolutely wonderful job fixing my vehicle. My water pump busted while driving and I was back on the road same day. The price was a bit steep but there were other small issues with the vehicle that they addressed while fixing. I definitely plan to use them in the future. My truck runs better than it did when I bought it

I did and the gentleman at the counter explained he would be with me after cleaning the garage floor. Im thinking the mechanic is cleaning the floor? Well, Will came out looked at my problem and immediately pulled my vehicle in the garage. He worked on my vehicle nonstop, with me the only distraction, until the problem was solved. Best diagnostics and repair this side of Pontiac. Had a lot of electrical problems suddenly pop up in my 07 Pontiac G5; speedometer not working, clicking sound, doors unlocking and locking when accelerating. Drove it up, waited a day and a half, come to find out it was a ground line that broke off the transmission. They replaced it and charged nothing extra even though it took a while to find the wire, and just like that the car was running like it was before, and it only costed the very generous $70 diagnostics fee. Shuttle was also speedy, friendly and sociable. Excellent service, would highly recommend to others.
