If I could give zero stars I would! We have been to this place several times without any issues! My stepson takes my husbands bike in there (which I was told to bring in!) And they look at my stepson and say they have better things to do! I was told it would take weeks and cost hundreds of dollars (I didnt care about cost but dont upcharge me bc you feel like it). The work the bike needs would NOT have taken weeks to finish. They were completely disrespectful to my stepson and lied to me on the phone! My husband picked up the bike the next morning bc he didnt want anyone like that touching his bike. They were relieved that he came and got it! We will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

Every time I am on the lookout I start here (certainly not the closest to my home); best customer service I have experienced in central Illinois. Friendly, comfortable, not intrusive or pushy, does a great job finding the best match without hesitation. Has a surprising selection considering the location. I would love to see an improved web site and a few more options but not at the sacrifice of the business he has set up here... In fact the only local dealer/shop I actively RECOMMEND.

Steve is awesome. I drove from WI to Illinois to pick up my motorcycle and was so pleased with how clean the bike was and Steve had everything ready to go when i got there. He loaded it into my truck. He definitely went the extra mile to send me an extra key and manual that was turned in a week after i bought it. I recommend this place to anyone!
