When I buy from NAPA my parts always fit with no problems. They always can find an answer to my questions. Worth the extra dollars.

Had my order on a cart and ready to go. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Parts were exactly as expected. Using the website for OEM parts was a breeze as always.

I was super tired and then i was goin gto sleep so i wnet here and i couldned even sleep and i was banned from here. i ahte the workers because they made me leave wgehn i was just tried to sleep

Knowledgeable and helpful counter employees. There is one senior employee who is loud when talking on the phone. Loud to the point that you want to tell him to please tone it down.

Purchased a $4700 heavy duty scanner. Not only did Nick get me great pricing, he was instrumental in getting the scanner expedited. It takes about a week and communication between the store and myself was exceptional.

The staff is very helpful and service orientated. They also seem to stock a lot of stuff that the other guys generally dont. My experiences here have been WAY better then going to an Autozone or Oreileys. I am now a loyal customer because these guys are great.
