Unprofessional and rude customer service. Called today at 9:50Am and the guy answered seemed bothered he even had to answer the phone; he was hardly helpful. I still thanked him for answering my questions about an item and thats when he abruptly hung up on me. For a business that relies on customers you would think they would have more appreciation for the people who make it possible for them to pay their bills. Totally unreal.

Sold our 2007 Chevy Impala that had a blown transmission to them. They pay fair prices for your broke down vehicle, even tho they told us our catalytic converter was aftermarket and it was not, just watch out for that. But they gave us a fair amount and offered us a free battery which is almost a $100 value. Thanks Moe

Very bad customer service ... called and asked for a part that was supposedly available. Rep was too busy to check it, drove 1 hour to see that they have completely different model car than requested.Waste of time and they don’t care !

3 out of 3 times these guys had parts i needed for my truck. Personally I really dont think they are over priced considering someone was paid to salvage the part, then of course tested for operation, then entered into their database for inventory, and finally having someone retrieve and sell u the part. Seems it is handled a few times. Tomorrow I will yet get another part ... pretty sure I amgoing to be satisfied seeing as i called ahead verifying that they had it and the part is being sold for like 30% of new.

Amazing staff, very professional, prompt with service! They take quality control very serious, when buying a part from them they are very honest, told me an engine couldnt be tested due to the accident and it turned out perfectly fine! Not to mention the price saved me a ton of money considering I was heavily discounted based on their honesty of the engine not being tested! I would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for any aftermarket parts or used parts!

I want to give the warmest and most possible positive review. These guys are friendly and polite. They sell really good tested used parts at a price that is very affordable and will 100% always save you money. I think the best thing about this place is the fact that they have an ONLINE INVENTORY so you can search the parts you need to see if they have it in stock ready to go. So it can save you a trip.Also, TRUE STORY my car broke down across the street from this junkyard. But the people at acme were just barely moving in and they werent even open for business yet. Well a very friendly Mexican employee of theirs walked across the street and he diagnosed and installed the part my car needed with his own tools and everything. I even made it in time for my job interview I was headed too. I was lucky to break down there!!!I guess my only complaint would be is their high prices. I needed a headlight for my regal and they wouldnt budge from their 70$ asking price even though that was the highest price i found. I ended up not buying it and I went to a junkyard in Detroit instead.

Great place to go if you need anything for your car or other mechanical parts. The staff is awesome, selection of inventory is great and the prices are as competitive as you will find.

I called for a price on part because the website would not let pick my part. I said the yr, make, model, and style of my car when rep picked up call. I asked for either cylinder and they kept me on hold with replying

These guys do not know what they are doing. They are incapable of pulling a part without destroying it. 2 out of 2 times I have been there for interior parts they break them and bring them to the counter dirty. A suede set of visors that were perfect (I inspected them) and only require a torx to remove ended up muddy, broken and with YELLOW PAINT ALL OVER IT! I try to support local businesses but I will never go back there and I suggest no one else trust them either. If I could rate zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I needed my starter replaced, the service was quick and efficient, and i was in and out in under an hour. The person behind the desk was professional and friendly, and i felt welcomed and comfortable. I reccomend this shop to anyone that needs their car done.

They said the grille was not damaged so I drove 85 miles one way, only to find out it was damaged. Best part of the trip was Big Nicks Coney that was a 5 star.

Pretty awful customer service, but they had the part i needed. No one greeted me. I sat and waited 5-10 minutes, meanwhile every guy in there made eye contact with me. They were more concerned with their lunch order than a paying customer. Finally i approached someone and he helped me. Hope you enjoy your lunch and your 2 star review.

I called for a windshield wiper arm yesterday at 4:00pm, the phone call took about 30 seconds. The Chevy dealer wanted $70. Acme charged me $15. The part was on my desk before lunch today. Brought back my gas tank because I ended up not needing it. As I was taking the tank out my back seat a small cord came off (Something they could put back on) and they said they couldn’t take it. I was so upset I threw it on the ground outside. But I’m actually going to get it back so they won’t resell it. Horrible service smh
