Rush Collision did an amazing job on our vehicle! Very fast and reasonable. They were very easy to work with. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We almost sent the car to the junk yard, but Louie said he could get it back on the road. He did just that! Check out the before and after. Would recommend to anyone!

Rush is the perfect name for the business. My windshield was poorly installed to say the very least. They used duct tape to gold my window in place which was very hard to remove without damaging my paint. After I paid in advance for my service, i got a chip in my window which led me to another glass shop the very next day to fix the chip. They said whoever did the job used to much glue so my window is in a raised position and the rubber lace is protruding like a fin at the top of my window base. I work for an leading automotive glass company myself. When i went to get the chip fixed the next day the other glass company did it for me free of charge in response to what Id already been through. I wouldnt recommend Rush for anyone. They did a rush job.

Said my vehicle would be done in 2 weeks it took them 6 months and I still had to pay full price for 1 crushed rear quarter panel, do not go here paint job had tons of orange peel and started chipping away within a month of having it back. Very very expensive outrageously expensive

They will F up your car. For you to gome back i guess. Took my girl car there to get sunroof checked out. Breaks came back squeaking. Worker told her to think of them whenever she need something

I took my car here yesterday to get my windshield replaced I was told it would be done late afternoon didnt hear from them so I go up there and theyre closed and my car was still sitting in the same spot I parked it in and it had not been worked on. I took my car home yesterday I just went in there to get my extra key they didnt even notice my car was gone and the guy tried to tell me he had my windshield removed and was about to put the new one in. I will never recommend this place for service dont waste your time.

Terrible service. Very unprofessional. They need to be more transparent in services they provide. Missed a family trip because the lied about being able to put a windshield in only to go there and find they were closed. Didnt call me or anything.

Don’t ever use this Company for anything rude and unprofessional. I ordered a replacement window from them and gave a $500 deposit. Was promised the window in 3 days. Window came in they never came to install. After they failed to install I called several times was promised to install again on 2different days. They didn’t show up and wouldn’t answer the phone. So today I go there oh suddenly the person that hasn’t been answering the phone calls. He states the window broke I can refund your money. Stated so sorry. After a week of avoiding me u would think they would have ordered a new window. No one seemed to be concerned that the guy wouldn’t return my call or did he even order it. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I went to have some front end work done on my car not only did I get great costume service but the guy who work on my car his name was Dave hes stayed until the job was completely finished. Anyone looking to get great service great price come to Rush they will take care of you.

They did a great job replacing the windshield on my RV. I scheduled a day to have the glass repalced and their team made sure it was done that day. In addition, one of the techs saw that I had a check engine light showing and hooked up a diagnostic laptop and assiste me with a resolution. Thanks for the extra mile Rush Collision.

They have had my car now for a second time to replace a windshield. First time had my car from 9am to almost 5pm and the windshield didnt get replaced because they claim they ordered the wrong windshield. Took my car back once they got the correct windshield at 9am. Its going on noon and they still have my car unfinished. Very poor communication and time

Ive had an bad experience with my car a couple years ago which was not good results,But recently my sister took her Malibu 2014 up to their place to get her bumper fixed, nothing was wrong with her car, except her bumper needed to get fixed, not one car problem. Rush collision had her car for 6 days, and also some extra days because they needed to take longer & when she finally get her car back she drove out of rush collision and her car was rattling, she drove back home instead of back to the place, but the next day she took it back up there and they said something is clogged on her engine and that she might need a new engine, as if they was the ones responsible for this, its just remotely impossible for her car that never had any enternal problems from the inside out, drove fine and never rattled or made sounds until this piece of f***ery place did something to her car, she didnt drive it up there like that, it wasnt NOTHING wrong with the car, it just needed a new bumper, but it could be some type of fraud going on, they mess up something thats working good, and have you come back for other problems that you are not aware of, I will have someoneinspect this place and I will not let this fall over.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE. Very unprofessional and dont mind lying to their customers. I took my car to Rush Collision on August 2nd for a Estimate on the front of the vehicle due to me receiving an photo estimate from Progressive Insurance. I wanted a proper estimate done. Luis agreed to do the tear down on that following Monday, August 5th. Well instead he called me and stated he had gotten approval to repair my vehicle and was calling me to get the okay.Im sorry you just told me you had an approval. I asked who had given him permission. He just stated Progressive. Informed him that I would didnt believe that and I would call Progressive. Called Luis back and informed him that of course he didnt get permission from Progressive because permission had to come from me and per our conservation when I dropped it off, I thought I was clear. He informed me that if they didnt repair the vehicle, there would be a fee for the tear down of $450. I said yes I know, I was told that when I dropped it off on Friday and already agreed to pay the fee if I decided not to get the repairs done. Well the Progressive claims adjuster came out to inspect my vehicle after the tear down on Monday, August 12th and my car had not been touched. Another claims adjuster came out Tuesday morning, August 13th, still my car had not been touched. Front desk is constantly telling me the adjuster hadnt been out and Progressive calls you and put notes in their system, so why are you lying to me. Because everybody there lies. Just like you got permission to fix my car and you hadnt got permission. Very unprofessional and drinking beer at the job. I wouldnt recommend this shop. They lie to their customers and probably drunk repairing cars. NO THANKS.....

They are rude and disrespectful. If the job is even finished that day, they take 9 hours on a job that should only take 1.5 at the most. They take your money with little regard for you or your belongings. Deeply regret coming here.
