Understaffed, didn’t communicate well. Progressive priced a new headlight, and they just “fixed” it for the “same” price(765$) as a new headlight. Now my headlight that was fixed gets moisture inside the lens. Wish Pontiac had a honest family owned shop.

The job may have taken a few days more but he went over and above the job he’s a perfectionist I’m totally satisfied and I now know that he’s the man for the job
