This is an update on a previous review. If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. Ive had this car about a month and something is wrong with it. I took the vehicle back to service and of course they said they found nothing wrong. Yet, they were refusing to even give me a copy of the inspection report. The service manager, Dave was BEYOND rude. They have no interest in their customers once the car is out the door. I was given the run around at every turn. I originally gave this place a great review...now, Im telling you, RUN! Purchase your vehicle elsewhere!

I contacted Dave a week prior to coming in to the dealership and told him exactly what was on my credit and exactly how much money I had to go down. In written via text he assured me that it was not a problem and scheduled an apt for me to come in. Once I arrived he immediately asked for my social and ran my credit without asking for permission to do so. Didn’t ask me to sign anything or nothing. Then he began to tell me the exact things he saw on my credit that I had already mentioned to him before coming in. There was nothing new in his findings or different from what I had already informed him of. Only new thing was now instead of the agreed upon down payment, he wanted me to wait her get a co-signer or give him “a couple more thousands” as he put it. I walked in with 4 thousand but did not inform him and went to another dealership and purchased a vehicle the same day with only a thousand dollar down payment. I chose not to inform Dave of the actual amount I was able to put down once I saw how deceiving he was. The whole experience felt like a scam. He talks fast and use words that don’t make any since in the matters that are at hand. Please don’t waste your time!

Purchased a car in the summer from them.Was advertised with ALLOY rims and had matching tires.After the test drive was told I was getting new tires.They took the nice rims and matching tires off and sold me 3 mismatch tires and stock rims.Did my 6 month check up today to find out my alignment is all messed up, and tie rods are messed up because of it.I had called back in December about them switching the rims and tires out and never got a call back.🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️Not happy.Just spent $300 on new front tires, tie rods and an alignment.

Sounds like you need to gather all the dissatisfied customers that have been wronged by the dealership, for a class action lawsuit. To the customer with the switched tires, that was not good on their part. To Vicki H, I would never brought the car until the AC was fix first. Never go on a promise from dealers, they do not stand behind their words! To everyone else that considers buying a car from this place, you need to take to your mechanic first for an inspection first! Lessons Learned!!

Buyer Beware of this scamming place!They had us looking at an older 2010 vehicle. We told Dawn and Dave we didnt want to buy it because it didnt have working AC. They said they would fix it so we agreed to buy it. We had to take it back to them 3-4 times for them to fix it and the last time the Ac only lasted a few weeks or a month and the first couple times it only lasted a day or two and after the last time they said we fixed it and we arent fixing it again! Well they didnt fix it right so now we are stuck in an old junky vehicle with no AC and that was one of the main features we wanted in a vehicle! And the loaner cars they gave us were junk and not safe to drive! You could see the wear bands on the tires! When we called and told them they just said they would fix them later so we had to keep driving an unsafe car lots of miles per day back and forth wondering if and when the tire would blow out! And the vehicle we bought is a lemon! It needs one thing after another now! It needs front tie rods, rear struts, brakes all the way around, new tires, oil pan replaced, back wiper motor needs replaced, power window on passenger side needs fixed or has short in it, and the AC still needs fixed and we already had numerous things done to it! It needed a battery almost right away...it needed a starter I think twice now. We had to fix theback brakes right away when we got it....thier mechanic kept saying they were good but the place that ended up fixing them said they needed to be replaced awhile back! They just didnt want to pay the costly repair of back brakes so they lie and tell you they good and sell unsafe vehicles to drive! We were told by a different mechanic if we put it in 4 wheel drive something could break and we would be stuck in the middle of nowhere in the cold winter! Beware of this place! They are greedy and selfish and just care about money going in thier pockets! And they dont care about anyones safety at all !!!! If you do ignore my warning at least take the car shortly after you buy it or before to a mechanic and get estimate of everything it needs and have them fix it all first but beware they might not fix it right!Update: This is gonna be no charge right? Because I bought it with ac supposed to be fixed per oral agreement when I purchased the vehicle and it didnt get fixed correctly when you guys fixed it last....I havent been able to use my AC since then, shortly after we brought it to you to be fixed last time of summer of 2018 ...it only worked for a couple weeks or so then it went out again and when I called the girl that answered said Dave said he fixed it and isnt fixing it again but I feel wronged because it was not fixed correctly. Ive been driving around for 3 summers now with no working air. I dont have that kind of money to fix it myself.

They had an advertisement for a big Sales Event so we stopped by. They use Car Fax so you can buy a car with confidence, by having the information about a vehicle before making a final decision about buying it. They have a lot of good looking vehicles to choose from. The Salesmen are helpful and friendly.

My experience today was nothing short of wonderful!!! Walked in being greeted immediately with a smile and positive attitude all around!! I was asked a few simple questions in regards to what my needs were and quickly met with offers to choose from!! Russ was helpful in showing me what was available and getting me comfortable and familiar with the vehicle I had choose. Loan process went quickly and painlessly as we were approved with a reasonably low interest rate and a nice warranty to protect us and our vehicle!! Our vehicle broke down right in front of the lot. Saw a Ford Edge in the lot while out vehicle was being towed. My wife and I walked in and ended up buying the Edge. It was a pleasant experience. Fixed a couple of issues with the car with no problems. Would definitely go there again.

Very pleased with overall experience. Got a fair price on the truck I wanted. Had to return it right after purchasing for an electrical issue but Dale provided me with a loaner equally as nice, if not nicer than what I purchased and worked with my warranty and Chevrolet to have it fixed on my behalf. I just purchased a new car from Great Lakes Auto Superstore. It is a Burgundy 2016 Chevrolet Cruse with less than 33,000 s on it. I paid what I considered to be a fair price for the car. What made the difference for my wife Mary Ellen and I was the high level of personal service we received. There were several questions that we had along the purchase process. The team then addressed every one of our concerns and each of them made sure no detail was too small or insignificant towards insuring our ultimate satisfaction.

Just bought a Dodge Ram from here. Within the short time I’ve owned this truck I’m discovering many issues!1. Check engine light is on2. Abs light now on3. Parking light now on4. Broken tachometer5. Broken speedometer6. Broken odometer7. In serious need of wheel bearings8. Needs heater core9. Truck randomly shuts off when making left turns(this can’t be safe if this dies in the middle of an intersection and I get hit by another car)When I told the dealer of my issues, they word for word told me “it was cost of ownership”.I thought dealerships fixed broken cars before they sold them. I guess not this dealer. This is going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix all this.I don’t expect a perfect used car but I also don’t expect to be ripped off or scammed.It wasn’t worth the $9,850 it cost. I was scammed.Buyer beware!

Purchased a Chevy Silverado and the day I left the lot, my oil light came on and my leaf spring snapped in half and was digging into my rear driver side tire. Owner attempted to fix it, kept the truck for about a month, still isn’t fixed. My engine and oil light came back on about 2 weeks later. It’s been to 3 different shops already and my problem is still not resolved. Haven’t even had the truck 9 months. Owner sold an after market warranty to me and then says to bring it in to fix it. Total shisster. Don’t risk the headache. Go to a real dealer or any other used dealer. Just not this one.

BEWARE! What a skid mark of a dealership. These guys trIed to sell me a vehicle with a clean title but happened to be a corrected title for a vehicle that had previous structural damage. They were trying to sell it as a legitimate used vehicle. Slimy sales tactics. I drove all the way from Grand Rapids only to come across a vehicle that not only was in an accident (of which they told me was in none), but was in complete disarray. Cushions were dirty. Smelled like smoke. Tires were bare. You name it. What an awful experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Even with my average credit Dawn, Tommy and Dave were able to help me get a car! With great mileage and exactly what I needed I couldn’t be happier thanks again guys!

I purchased a car here back in early December 2016 and as of today (01/19/17) I still dont have a plate!! The car is a lemon; Ive already had to spend money for repairs, two different people have told me that my plate was there, but I just spoke w/Heidi and she states that she has to go get my plate!! This is the worst customer service experience that Ive had in my ENTIRE LIFE!! I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to purchase a vehicle from them!! This is bad business at its finest! Well I will say this they made it easy for my huband and I to walk out of there with our dream truck. The price we got it at was amazing and competable and beat any dealer around. Russ also connected me with a great insurance and we got full coverage at a super affordable price. They have a great staff and Im glad we went back after visiting them on one of their tent sales.

I purchased my vehicle in early January and already having issues with the transmission. I followed a sales man that I previously worked with and took his word on the reputation of this dealership. Havent even had the car 6 months. I was told to take the car to Nissan by the mechanic there, but Nissan wont even look at the car because it was manufactured in Canada. I really dislike these dealerships that prey on you because you really need a vehicle.

Bought a car from them the girl was super nice but the work shop owner Dave will scam you chargers money for anything had them get a warranty on my car how bad it was they tried to charge me on a loaner for a detail cuz I had a bag of trash in it and some normal stains and get my car back full of dust paint needed to be wheeled out sand blasted next to it only drove my car a total of a week keep trying to take the car back instead of fixing what there exposed to fired one of the girls cuz they wanted to help me paid to get a plate and all over a week still haven’t got it only had the car for two months and pcm needed to be flashed window regulator new tires all where bald new radio and lower crank seal and took over a month

This dealership treated me like FAMILY .... I am now driving the car of my dreams a 2008 Mercedes-Benz. .. Love it!!!
