My 94 yo mom tried many devices but continued to torture all of us around her and made us scream to communicate to her (thank God she learned email). This ended when we entered the Pompano office and met Ken. His patience, his clear understanding of the patients needs, his experience with geriatric patients and most of all, empathy, led her through this process magnificently. I cried when she said Jeff you really have a nice voice after not hearing it for some ten years and I spoke to her at normal amplitudes. A new world has opened up for her. Great professional Services, Ken really knows what the hearing tests mean and what Aids work best . My wife has a severe loss in one ear, and her old aids were not helping.Ken used a Sigma unit that had a cross over feature so that both ears were picking up the sound. It has made, a world of difference, my wife can actually hear with out reading lips anymore . Actual cost, was another bonus

Two years ago we bought hearing aids for my mother-in-law with bluetooth capabilities from Ken. Mom loves her hearing aids and especially loves hearing the phone through the hearing aids. It has made phone conversation so much better as she does not struggle to hear what the other person is saying. About a week ago she started to hear crackling in her right hearing aid. We made an appointment to see Ken in the East Pompano location the same day. He was able to diagnose the problem and we are sending them to the company to be fixed as they are still under warranty. (she is currently wearing her backup hearing aids). I love his new office location in Pompano. He has a larger room to meet with you as well as a separate room for hearing tests and evaluations. All is clean and pristine! We all wore our masks so no worries regarding COVID.

I was shopping around for good quality swimming ear plugs. He said “ it’s not something we do a lot but come in and see me, I think I can help you out”. He was able to make custom made ear plugs for me to swim with. They work better than any other pair I’ve ever used. Ken took my concerns serious and hand crafted the best plugs to date. I’ve never felt so comfortable in the water before. I highly recommend him!
