My brother and 93-year-old mother both go to Hearing center of Broward and Palm Beach. They both see Dr Wagner. I can’t imagine a more compassionate and understanding Doctor anywhere. Dr Wagner is determined to do everything he can to give you the best experience possible with your hearing aids. Hearing aids can be pretty Tricky things to get used to and they can be difficult to learn how to use. Dr Wagner patientlyshows you how to use your hearing aids and how to charge them how to hook them up to your electronics and how to use your hearing aids properly and get the best hearing you possibly can. I wish all doctors could be as thorough and conscientious as Dr Wagner. I would recommend Hearing center of Broward and Palm Beach and Dr Wagner to anybody who needs hearing aids. As Dr Wagner always says “I love my job” and boy does he do it well.

I have referred this business to so many. Excellent Customer Service, at front desk. Doctors are nice as well and very knowledgeable . It feels like a family atmosphere.I’m so grateful my Nurse Practioner referred me here years ago.

I have been to this hearing center office since 2012. And have been tested and purchased hearing aids twice from the team. Joan and Andrew are the reason I still go there. They are so friendly and pleasant and know all necessary Hearing issues etc. I recommend them highly. Their in person manner is tops. And even phone calls are handled so well.Love my new Signia aids. Called in for an ear cleaning expecting an outrageous price and days out appt but instead got very fair pricing and they were able to squeeze me in the same day considering I had pretty much lost half my hearing! Very nice, friendly staff and doctor and clean office. Will definitely be going back in the future.

I was introduced to the Hearing Center 18 months ago while I was dealing with a case of vertigo. This is when I was introduced to Andrew and the staff of the center. The facility is very comfortable and very professional. The staff is kind and very accomodating. Andrew is a young, very dedicated and talented board certified Doctor of Audiology and Au.d, CCC-A so he is considerable qualified and overall just a very kind person. Recently I went for a hearing screening They are just so kind and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I have been seeing Dr. Wagner since December 2019. He is extremely knowledgeable about his field and the equipment he uses. He is easy to talk to and actually listens and offers good solutions. He is non-judgmental about my inadequacies in the proper use of the hearing aids.

After thoroughly investigating hearing centers in and around Broward County, I chose the Hearing Center of Broward to take my Mother for her hearing test. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly and courteous staff and were offered a freshly baked cookie! The Doctors were extremely knowledgeable and particularly gentle. Would recommend this hearing center to everyone!

Dr. Cindy Heise fit me with Starkey hearing aids a couple of years ago to improve my hearing. Recently my hearing had become distortedand I would find myself asking people to repeat themselves. My appointment with Dr. Heise today included testing my hearing, updating the software on the hearing aids, tailoring them to my specific deficiencies and then informing me how to use the software to best suit my needs. Her patience and general concern for restoring my ability to hear was evident. She has a passion for her work as well as for those whom she can help. I would definitely recommend her for your hearing needs.
