The Legacy is no question the best adjustable bed i ever had. Zero gravity was perfect for my back and the rising adjustable pillow feature was a game changer when watching tv.

This is a sham. They just want to sell you a bed and will tell you anything to get your credit card. Do not purchase or give them your credit card. You will be very disappointed. They pray on seniors! What a disgrace!

No Merchandise was received. The rep on the phone told my father the order was cancelled and they are still trying to charge us. No one will return a phone call to clear the issue up. The delivery company also damaged our house and took the old bed, bed frame and box spring leaving my father with NO BED, A DAMAGED HOUSE, AND WILL NOT RETURN ANY CALLS TO CLEAR UP THE ISSUE AND SIMPLY REFUND THE ORIGINAL CHARGE IN FULL. **** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very disappointed in the customer service. My family member ordered white glove and the shipping company left the bed outside, saying they would not bring it in. That would have been understandable based on that companys covid rules. However it was days before anyone from Craftmatic called him to set it up. During that time, he actually passed away unexpectedly. The bed is still sitting where it was delivered and after all the calls I tried to make, I still have not heard back from anyone in the returns department. Im sorry, but I have been in customer service my entire life. When you have a situation where someone has passed and a bed that has never been used, that should be a bigger priority than someone returning because they dont like the bed.

My dad is enjoying his bed very much. I would like to thank everyone at Craftmatic for being so considerate to our needs. This means a lot and shows me just exactly why I buy American made products. I will gladly tell people I know how satisfied we are with the product and the people at Craftmatic.

They are superb. Craftmatic served me 110% excellence. Its been great. Theyre wonderful. At this point, I will always use them. They came with what I needed. I bought in the mattress that I bought originally. I didnt get the expensive mattress so I had to pay another thousand dollars. The Craftmatic bed was worth every penny.

I have been sleeping on my Craftmatic Bed for about a month now. It is wonderful. The mattress and remote control along with the massage function work great. I have finally gotten off my air bed and into a real bed. I sleep much much better now. This newer Craftmatic Bed is so much technically improved and oh! so much more comfortable. I have told all my friends to get one. Thank you Craftmatic for making my night sleep time so comfortable.

I like raising the head of the Craftmatic bed and makes it very comfortable for sleeping. Also, Craftmatic took our old beds away and they set up the new bed and it was ready to go. I appreciated that very much. Their sales rep was wonderful as well. Vote 5 stars for Craftmatic Beds !!

Everything is just fine. The experience has been good. The Craftmatic bed is for my mother because shes bedridden. Its just fine. Everything went on without a hitch. I would recommend it.

The Craftmatic bed was for my son and he likes it very much. Weve owned the bed just since last fall about November. The ordering process took quite a while and I was worried about it. But it all turned out okay. The installers were fine. The bed is very good because my son has a sleep problem and it helped a lot. My experience with Craftmatic has been very good.

I wanted an adjustable bed and I know that Craftmatic has a good reputation. Now I enjoy the beds soft, cushiony mattress and the fact that it’s adjustable. Also, the sales reps were very pleasant to me. I’m satisfied with Craftmatic. So amazing !

I just spoke with the companys agent Peter Solo and received a price for two Craftmatic mattresses. He quoted a price of about twenty one hundred dollars, he then advised that he would call back in about five to ten minutes. When the phone rang he then quoted a different price. when advised that he gave different prices he became nasty and disconnected our call. It is apparent that he either was having a memory lapse or he is practicing a bait and switch. The recording advised that the call was being recorded, I really hope so, he has caused the business a sale of two Craftmatic mattress. I called back and spoke with Randy, who advised he would talk with him. Its appears that Mr. Peter is immune from being held accountable, as he (Peter)spoke in an abrasive toneThe customer is always right I said no I dont believe that I only relied on your quote. This guy will continue to cause the company to lose a lot of sales. Just review the recordings. I will take my business elsewhere.

I can’t really review the product yet as I still haven’t received it but I can attest to the poor quality in customer service. I have been lied to by several different people and even screamed at by one. They are quick to take your money but slow at holding up their end of the bargain. Do your research before jumping into this contract. They advertise free 30 day trial but in all actuality, it’ll cost you over $700 to send it back. BEWARE, for this amount of money, you should get an excellent product and customer service. Very disappointed to say the least!

My husband is handicapped. And he needs a hospital bed and this is a step up from a hospital bed -bigger, softer, so on and so forth. I also have a bad back, about a broken hip and I just love it. I have had it for maybe six months. I inherited one from my grandparents and then my husband didnt want it. We were much younger and I sold them and I love them but he wanted to get rid of them, so I did. And now I have them again and I love them. They did install it and showed me how to use it. It was great. We appreciate it. It was very helpful.

After I talked with the guy the other day, my massager ... it still doesnt work on either of the beds but the massager and the way I could put my head up or down, it helped me. I really just love the bed. Its firm ... what I want. Its adjustable for my need. So yeah, Im very satisfied with it.

I would prefer to rate NO stars. I bought a Craftmatic adjustable bed about 12 years ago. 25 year warranty. Did not last 9 years! The side I never slept upon, collapsed! Can nolonger even sleep upon! Very dissatisfied customer!!Toni Dieroff

Watch out! My mom had 2 Craftmatic queen size beds and lost them to hurricane Micheal. I asked for a quote for an insurance claim and got a run around from 4 sales personnel, Raphael, David, Mark and Peter. David or Mark started yelling at me on the phone and demanded a credit card number to purchase the bed and then hung up on me. I called customer service and got sent back to the sales staff.... What a run around. My only conclusion is that this must be a company that is struggling to stay afloat as they only care about the sale and after that you are on your own.

OK, I understand the sales pitch...play up the bed an play down the high cost to return since you will love it anyway (or maybe not), but when I only live 4 hours from the warehouse it seems a bit excessive to be charged $1000 for a return. The real issue is the Assurance Program though. If you pay $3800 for a bed and adjustable base, and you dont like the mattress...you are stuck with a $3800 base (not worth it). The assurance program only covers a one time mattress swap, but if you dont like the second mattress you cant return the base (buyer beware). As so many other adjustable bases they call the massage quiet but it is very hard to hide the should of those vibration motors...especially on any setting higher than low. In the end we found the dual density mattress too firm or slide sleepers and the risk was to high to get stuck with the base. Best to go to SERTA where they will pick it back up for FREE! The high pressure sales reeled me in, hopefully you will read this first and move on.

Terrible customer service, if you want to call it that. Just like the other reviews, yelling at the customer service rep is a waster of time.

WORSE experience in purchasing a bed ever. Customer Service is the worst ever. Their mattresses are by far the cheapest ever made. They tell you that they will make sure u are satisfied but by the time u mess around with pictures and certified mailings and getting answers from customer service you end up out of time. You end up with a mattress that you cant sleep on and have spent all this time and money trying to get a mattress to help after 11 back surgeries and a husband whos had 2 hip surgeries who also cant get a good notes sleep so now we have tried toppers and everything else to get a good nite sleep and end up fighting over the couch each night. You pay all this money to throw it out the door.would never buy from them again. Once the sale is done the salesman Len Rosenberg never even bothered to call to check on our satisfaction. WORST PURCHASE EVER.

Worse Customer Service EVER!!! Take your business elsewhere. My stroke victim Father in law has been waiting for the delivery of his bed for OVER a month! First they delivered it to the wrong address and since then its been excuse after excuse. I will NEVER purchase anything from this poor excuse for a company EVER!!! I think I got the Craftmatic on the 23rd of November. This is the first time Ive had a Craftmatic. It helps me on my back, everywhere. I have got problems big time. Thats why I said I wish I had it long time ago.
