Whenever I need cloth for something, the staff is very helpful. Thats a good thing since I know basically nothing about cloth or sewing. Ive bought cloth and cloth-related stuff, like iron-on patches or buttons there. They also have craft items. I once bought a wind chime for my wifes garden there. I noticed that they have a good selection of compartmented storage boxes. Good to keep in mind.

The New Manager Valerie, is very rude! The way she talks to her customers is just simply poor customer service! Even the way she talks to her staff is rude! People like her shouldnt be a manager! Employees like her are probably the main reason ppl dont want to shop there! Nobody wants to feel uncomfortable. I asked her a couple of things and the way she responded was nasty. I felt embarrassed.Oh, and dont get me started on the other manager with short hair. Shes another one with a nasty attitude. ALL the times ive been there, i dont think ive ever seen her smile.

Second time ever in a Joann’s. Things seemed to be overpriced. Definitely in a market with lots of competition. I shopped for fabric and some other things. I definitely could’ve found of my items for less money elsewhere but decided to just buy in one spot. Could definitely use more staff. One poor girl working the cash by herself with a long line isn’t fun.

It was the first time Ive ever been inside a JOANN Fabrics and Crafts store. I found it fun, tingling my creative bones to the core. The clerk that helped me at the counter, Jan, was the most precious and considerate person ever. Plenty of Cricut stuff and fabrics available, saw quite a bit of yarn and such for knitting and crocheting. I didnt have an issue finding anything I needed.

Price match is not a guarantee. I bought a sewing machine and did not check the prices from the other websites first. I like the machine and did not want to return, so I was happy to see a price match guarantee on their website. I called the store & was told they only do price match with Michael’s & Hobby Lobby. Well, they should specify that on their website so they don’t mis lead customers.

I love going to Jo-Anns when I have Joanns on sale or coupons and things are on sale but lately for upholstery or home goods like I was looking for antique gold chenille or silk dupoi ( curtains pillows) no antique gold fabric for home goods no antique gold or gray brush fringe to make pillows everything is either out of stock or they dont carry upholstery fabrics really anymore and no more special orders for fabrics like these

This was my first time in this store, It was nice but the prices are insanely high, the employees dont seem thrilled to be there, tbey all look ready to leave and not one smile..gees my bad for coming to the store to shop! Overall it was clean and the items were nice, Ill stick to micheals, thanks anyway⁶

Customer service is outrageous exceptional, this trip i was a bit unhappy Saturday because they did not have any Black History fabrics that were advertised, but did have 50% off the african prints that are normally overpriced, so I did decide to get sm yards of that but really wanted the sale fabric, which a employee stated that they dont have it at this location, huh? Other sewing friends n Boston, DC had no issues, they stated that it was n it on advertised area.

I visited your store today and could not be more disappointed with the whole experience.I selected a fabric gold rustic mini star navy 400166767517 for $7.99 per yard. There was no sign saying it was on sale so I planned to use my 50% off coupon at the register. I took the fabric to the cutting station and waited for someone to assist me. I tried to flag down 2 associates before a gentleman came and cut the fabric. I only wanted 1 yard as I am using it for a client for a fabric sample. He cut the fabric and gave it to me with a ticket for the register which read $79.99. I told him it was priced wrong, he apologized and said he put in 11 instead of 1, he reran the ticket and I proceeded to wait in line at the checkout along with several people in line. The cashier had on a face mask but it was not covering her nose. When I finally got to the front of the line she rang the fabric at 7.99 I told her I wanted to use the 50 % coupon which she scanned from my phone and said it was only for 1 cent. I went on the app and the coupon was not there so we went back to the email and downloaded the coupon again. This time it rang up as on sale for $6.99 and she said it did not qualify for the 50 % off but did give me the .001 credit. I was upset and told her I was giving the store a bad review and sending you an email. I also told her to cover her nose.Normally I would just let this go, especially since I visit the store frequently and the associates always try to make sure I get the best deal.Thank you for your immediate attention on this matterMargaret Jane McNicholas

I was shopping for upholstery trim. Im glad Joann is nearby, open (few fabric stores still are) and staffed by such pleasant workers.The trim display is small. I get that they are doing what they can to turn a profit and remain in business, but half the store is not trim (or fabric anymore.) I never buy artificial flowers, crafters stuff, or cute home decor. All of which are available, with deeper inventories, @ Michaels, Wal-Mart, DIY home stores and lots of others... even that why-encourage-intolerance-w/your$?-scary-politicized-(un)christian-HobbyLobby, you know as Hobo-loco ...not that Id ever shop there

Worst Customer Service ever. I stood waiting for 15 minutes, waiting for the Manager to figure out how to process my online return in store just moments ago. Before he was called over to process the return, I advised the cashier that Id like for the funds to be debited back to the card they were charged from, the Manager confidently responded the funds will go back to the card that was used. The Manager on duty, while I dont recall his name; hes very petite and wears his hair faded. He was having a hard time trying to locate my order, he seemed uncoordinated, unprepared, unknowledgeable, and very unfamiliar with what he was trying to do, I allowed him to see the order number, he reviewed it several times, could not locate the order, then finally, he reached out to what I am assuming was his Superior for assistance via phone. Once he did make the call he was guided on what to do. When it came time for the funds to be replenished, I asked him, did I need to to swipe my card, he says No very certain, (although I knew I needed to) this Manager then tells me to enter my card. I entered my card and the Machine timed out, instead of the Manager attempting to replenish those funds back to my card again, he gives me the cash instead, and tells me it wont go back to my card even though he was so certain at the beginning they would. This Manager handed me the funds in cash, the receipt and didnt even bother to apologize for the hassle, of such a simple situation neither the inconvenience, despite me requesting those funds go back to the method of payment in which they came from. He seemed more intrested in just getting it over with, rather than taking the time to learn, make sure it was done properly, and per the customers request; to have the funds debited back to the method of payment in which they came. Im not sure whats going on with the Joanns brand as a whole or even this location in particular, but I am extremely displeased with such distasteful Customer service, as it does not appear to be a strong point of theirs, and I am a regular a this place. Its extremely unbecoming of a Manager to be so incompetent with the functionaities in the way the POS system works. Another thing that needs to be addressed is the employees comfortablely reaching out for the Customers devices when trying to scan barcodes; there is no reason for this to be going on especially during a time of COVID. The customers should be asked to make the necessary adjustments to their own devices so the barcodes can be scanable, instead of the employees reaching for their phones and taking them to fix the problem themselves, what kind of precaution measures are those? Certainly unsafe ones.

Hands down the worst experience ever. I placed a customer service request through this store to have fabric transfered from a store in lowa to them. I called them on Nov 8 at 1:11pm to place the order. was told it would show up and after 3 weeks I called back and explained that it had been 3 weeks and was told its not there yet. I called the lowa store today, Dec 9th, to see if it was sent. It was not. no history of a service request, this store says its not their fault. everyone said its not their fault. If they suggest it. just forget it, or else you will literally have to micromanage the process until its in your hand

This is by far the worst Joanns I have been to, and that is hard to do. The workers are slow or non existent. If you do order fabric online, they will claim it’s not in stock when it is. Stay away.

Dont go there without your coupons, unless you like being robbed. They have stuff for people who sew. For the rest of us: Nah!

The fabric can be a bit pricey. The selection is fantastic. But, there is always something on sale and the coupons are incredible! I am happy to be able to share my coupons with others and still be able to use them. Even though I usually visit the same store, I have been to 5 of the south Florida stores and the customer service is great. It is really nice how most employees are genuinely interested in what I am going to make. They also ask to see pictures. I feel appreciated and that is very important to me.

Great selection of supplies for the crafters and quilters. I can always find quilt supplies on sale and many stores have talented clerks that serve as trouble shooters. Being a huge chain, you can usually find one near you. I appreciate coupons being sent to my phone so I can take advantage of sales. They offer classes and online classes. They are handicap accessible and plenty of parking for customers.

I prefer the Joanns in Coral Springs. However this is a fine option if youre in the area. It seems like it doesnt have proper staffing, the staff it has is wonderful, just not enough of them. The floral department is usually a mess. They always have a good selection of clearance items. Fabric is a little iffy. Sometimes it seems great and others I find less selection than other Joanns. Overall, try another location if you have the time, but this location is fine, if youre in the area.

Although they do have an extensive aray of fabrics for nearly any of your projects, I wish that the prices where a little more affordable & competitive & that their staff where a little more approachable & personable. Some are very helpful, but it seems that you have to be fortunate enough to catch them at the right time. They are not rude or disrespectful, its just seems like they cant wait for the shift to be over.Overall, the place is very clean and properly stocked.

Love this location! This store compared to others is always stocked with any items youre looking for. The staff is helpful and patient when you need to find items.This location is far from where I usually shop but I prefer to make the drive over here just because of the quantity of products available.

This place is rude and disrespectful!!!! I ordered online order was ready for pick up and waited more than 30 mins to get my order. There was only 3 people that was in front of me and they left before me. The person who took my ordered finish taking care of everyone who came after me to give me my order. There was a white girl who had a mouth and was telling me to come back in 3 hours that there busy but I had an e-mail saying my order was ready for pick up. Worse place to get supplies.

The staff at this location are fabulous. Jan and Louise at the cutting tables always do an excellent job to be sure things are square and straight. With some of these Fabrics, that is not an easy task! There is always something on sale and a good assortment of remnant fabrics too.

I love coming to this store. Ive recently taken up embroidery and every time I go into the store nice employees help me up about what Im working on. Gives me wonderful ideas, places to find ideas and introduces me to different techniques and tools that would help me along in creating vision I have for various projects.

I love all of the Jo-Ann locations. They have a huge selection of fabrics, crafts and decorative items, their sales are the best, and if you are a Rewards member, the discounts are out of this world.
