Very pleased with the customer service Michael’s in Pompano Beach always provides. This is my go to store for custom & stock frames and craft supplies when in the area. Recently, the Store Manager, Doug took time to help me & provided several suggestions & alternatives for framing. Also, Becci was able to use a frame I brought & cleaned it on site & managed to fit the piece I brought. Very clean & organized store and the employees are pleasant and friendly - always provide excellent “Customer Service”

Id like to share this short story:I purchased a print from an online merchant, but when it arrived the dimensions were not what Id anticipated. Finding a normal frame was now impossible without altering the print. This led me to approach a custom framer for the first time.I walked into Michaels with zero knowledge regarding framing. Becci was so patient with me and took so much time to educate me about different framing options and pricing. I wasnt even planning to make a purchase. I just wanted to gather information. Normally I like to shop around, but I made a purchase on the spot.Peace of mind is priceless. I knew from speaking with Becci for some time that working with her was the right choice. She is so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and talented at what she does. The item she created for me is a gift for a friend, but the quality was so outstanding that I now wish to acquire something for myself. The Assistant Manager found the 8 four leaf clovers I could not find & I was VERY GRATEFUL as my nephew just entered an 8 training program in the Military & I wanted him to have a lucky 4 leaf clover for each week. The store was clean and the staff were very friendly.

The micheals here as a staff that makes sure youre making the most out of the deals and coupons. Downloading the app is definitely worth saving 40% off or more. They have a really wide selection of crafts here, and theyre in a convenient location next to part city. Their seasonal selection is great but Id look put for deals because as a company sometimes they mark stuff made out of plastic too much ;>

Friendly people there who take good care of you. Bagels are delicious..eggs benedict yummy and my favorite sandwich is the rachel..a grilled Reubens but made with pastrami . Homemade soups etc.

My regular Michaels was closed due to the Covid19 situation so had to go an extra 15 miles to this branch. Not knowing the rules for online ordering & new curbside pickup rules, I got there before my order was ready. The items were for a job I was doing for a first responder award so needed it asap for a presentation to them the following day.However, not knowing this, the customer service rep who met me at the curbside went to look for the order anyway, fulfilled herself & got me going in no time.I enjoy going to Michaels & this kind of service reminds me why.

The aisles are not wide enough. If one person is pushing a cart down them, you cant squeeze past them. Its hot in here too. Why is it so hot in here? This is Florida, its hot everywhere but I shouldnt be breaking a sweat just walking down the narrow aisles! Prices are a bit high, you can definitely find cheaper online however the coupons help if you use them. So use them. No staff ever out on the floor, and usually only one cashier checking out a very long line. Dont visit here in a rush.

I always find the best things to do my craft in here. I got some white frames to redecorate my gallery and one of the associates gave me a cool idea using some of the mini wood accessories they have. After I paid they told me to get one of the Chritsmas bags they were giving away, wooow what a nice people!

I love this store! The deals are great if you sign up for their rewards program and check up on the coupons. The seasonal displays are beautiful and I bring my young son to see the decorations and holiday cheer! I prefer this location as the staff are always helpful and friendly, lending a hand if needed and with a smile. Great to have such a nice store in the neighborhood.

The big thing I look for when it comes to any chain store is consistency of store experience while ensuring that products are consistently stocked, in store service is friendly, and that the store is generally clean and in good condition.This Michaels hits on all points, and seems suited to a slightly higher end community in that they offer a couple of more unique products you might generally not see in other locations.We went specifically to check out their embroidery products, and they had plenty of what we were looking for minus a couple of very specific products we were just curious to see if they may have or not. Along the way we found ourselves attracted to a couple of neon indoor/outdoor designs of a Flamingo and Palm Tree and some other interesting home interior items.All in all, I can definitely recommend this location for any of your crafting or home decorating needs.

We went looking for liquid latex and sadly they dont carry it it there. They may have it online but we have not had the chance to check yet since we have just now gotten back home. The employees were as helpful as they could be considering the circumstances and friendly as well.

The staff is always very helpful. The selection of silicon molds is wonderful with lots of options during the holidays. If you sign up for the rest program you get some great coupons and like most people I like saving money.

Nice store but I wish they carried more sewing fabric, more embroidery patterns and the embroidery frame+canvas packs. Otherwise, everything is neat and organized. Black Friday deals are ok. The best savings are probably on the equipment and stickers. Everything else seems to be about at the same discount that they are always running. Free parking.

Cashiers are taking the covid to the extreme making no sense to who will handle the returns and how and her actions make me feel very uncomfortable and it look like I came to a paranoid gal, totally ridiculous.

A great store to find your hobby craft things to start your home business. I found some simple bracelets with a message that I bought my wife and granddaughter. A lot of neat things in this store you can buy for gifts.

I felt bombarded by a woman who had asked if I needed any help finding anything (my hands were full), I wasnt looking at her and I didnt respond. She proceeded to follow me and asked again in a louder voice that seemed a little aggressive. I told her no thanks that I was just looking. (She could have offered a basket.)Also, there was supposed to be a huge up to 70% off clearance sale but items were not marked suffciently to reflect the sales. I didnt know which items were on sale or where to find them. I ended up buying less merchandise because of this problem. (Turns out the items I did purchase were all regular price anyways).
