This is maybe the second time I call to ask if they offer certain services they always say no on the phone like, doesn’t accommodate anything or ask questions ?? To maybe help.

FALSE ADVERTISING, BEWARE!I went in to inquire about a iPhone 7+ battery replacement. The ads on Groupon said $19.99 (this review done same day as screenshots). The service person claims the price is only for the iPhone 5.... The second pic says otherwise.... he will not honor this price nor negotiate a similar price with the customer even though I showed him the prices he advertised..! Just keep away, period.

DON’T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CELLPHONE!I was there to replace the screen on my iPhone 7. The screen replacement was done in less than 10 minutes. After i left the store, i realize the sensor that locks the screen wasn’t working and I can’t answer a call or put my cellphone in my pocket, because the screen doesn’t lock.I took my cellphone back to the store, they open and closed my cellphone and said that they couldn’t fix it.I said: What do you mean?He said: I don’t know how to fix it.So, i still have problems with answering call and caring my cellphone in my pocket.

Paul took care of my phone at a price that cant be matched/beat any where else. The service took no time at all and he even apologized for the small 15 minute wait I had. His prices are amazing on everything from the new screen, to new digitizes and tempered glass screen protector! Would recommend to everyone, and will definitely be going here again with any issues I have

My phone was completely ruined with damage but I came in to buy a entire different phone but they were able to repair my phone and I was certain it wasn’t going to be possible but little did I know. The amount of time it took to repair was very quick! And great pricing!
