This place is a scam!!!! bought a few months a brand new iphone 6, found out today that the guy lied to me. the phone is used and dont even have warranty. i had problems there before but this one omg. the manager is a joke she always pretend to dont know what are you talking about if you arent buying anything.Taking my business to another place!

I left my ipad on Thursday to get it Saturday, I didnt go, and I left it for an extra week at the store, totaling 9 days and to my surprise I went to get it today, Friday the attendant simply said she didnt have time to fix it. but it was to be ready with 3 days, I left 7 days more and nothing... DISAPPOINTED with such neglect.one day I needed it ready to give my daughter.

Horrible service

Quality product in good condition but in terms of communication with the sellers, it failed, I had already said that I already had a metro chip and even so I was instructed to enable my chip in a specific metro store with a specific person who would be free, after that at the metro store I was charged $ 25. Today I went to the cell depot again because I had already said that I would take another cell phone to make the screen change. Once again I say that the product has quality, it was great, I commented on the metro charge and the salespeople were not very attentive to me, they just said that they would have done it for free just by calling the operator but it was the saleswoman herself who misguided me. At the end of the day they couldnt do anything for me or a discount or anything, just to mention it was a $ 320 cell phone, a $ 42 exchange screen and my $ 25 loss on the meter due to the lack of cell depot information, I was upset by the lack of commitment because I was treated like I was crazy. Anyway products are good but do not expect too much on the service because selling and everything is beautiful but if you need a put it will be treated like crazy.

I bought my cell phone less than 30 days, I have warranty according to the invoice, but it took off the screen !!! I took it to the company and their answer has no guarantee, being that they gave me 30 (thirty) days and I have an invoice proving it !!! Note: the phone has no drop on the floor as the company technician verified !!!
