What a great experience using Complete Marine for my 500 hour Mercury service. The attention to detail and knowledge of the Verado outboard motors was incredible. Kevin the service manager was able to walk me through the entire maintenance process before we got started, and educated me on so many things regarding the motors. Mark the mechanic is the Mercury marine master. Beyond the motors, Mark also re-wired batteries, fixed my windlass, and buttoned up many small items throughout my boat. He found many other items that needed to be addressed that I would’ve never known about nor noticed, but the small details made all the difference in the performance of my boat. Throughout the process Tanya kept me informed with daily updates, keeping me in the loop throughout the service. At the end of the repair she called me to come pick up the boat, and I was pleasantly surprised how clean it was after several weeks in the yard. I got the full post-service wash down. Tanya loves what she does, and you can definitely tell by her smile and attitude.Now that I have everything buttoned up, it’s just easy service of fluids and scheduled maintenance going forward.Thank you again for a job well done!!Team Complete Marine for the win.

We had a critical failure on an exhaust tube at the waterline that was occuring invisibly, delaminating from the inside due to an old overheat. I was in for a bottom job, and Daves yard was crazy busy. But when they found it, he held my boat there which further tied up his yard and got on it right away to make sure the boat was safe. May very well have kept her from total loss.Great yard. Great people. Great guy.

Kevin and John the travel lift and fork lift operators did an awesome job as usual. We had a little hiccup with one of the transport drivers and he wasnt able to make it to offload a new Chris Craft until after 12 pm last Saturday and they stayed a little late and made it happen. We tried probably 10 different local marinas and would have been screwed but they made it work for us and the customer was happy at the end of the day. Thanks for your help!

I tried to buy a Crownline 290 they had for sale weeks ago. I called by phone and I was told it was pending sale, I left my name and number if it didnt go through I would be next in line, the guy seemed like he was upset with me asking about buying that boat. for weeks I watched it listed seeing it come up as available now! So I wrote online about my interest in it & I received no response back. A week from that, its still listed I call today and they tell me IT JUST SOLD.something weird about the whole thing, maybe a employee was trying to leave it unsold for friend of theirs to get a deal. who knows, was definitely odd.

On a Sunday afternoon the sales staff is busy as heck but the sun is shining and everyone wants to get on the water :-)Prices for new and used boats are astronomical but they’re selling like hot cakes.My boat is in for service and they are excellent mechanics.

My boat was there 2 months all it needed was 200hr and a led light installed for night time nav they put it such a bad spot it blinds every one the boat when you turn it on its lights up the front deck and not much more no idea how to fix a nautic star they sell them and listed dealer they are slow and have no idea what there doing be careful all i got was ignored and no call backs and we cant get this part and that part is not available asked for the led light bar to be mounted on the t top with the led light clamp kit they had no idea how to do it i did it my self it 5 minutes

Brought my nauticstar in took a full month to install some basic electronics like bulge pump nav light misc. did not finish lots more parts i will install my selfcalling back is not there strong suit only got a few callbacks the rest i had to call them they told me they where so busy and overloaded after a month they called it done went to pickup and the apology came from the owner and service admin they told me covit was causing havoc with workers not showing up and parts are very hard to get but what was the reason it took so long to call me back i never got an answer for that they got most thing on the list done but they never changed the anoids there is about 60% of meat on them and i got a 100hr service over all it was 1-10 i give them 6 i assume after this covit is over it will go back to normal i will not bring my boat there again and for some reason they asked about a facebook username and it was my bad review next they wanted me to wire money to them cause it was over 3k i was very angry ------no problem taking credit cards the first time i was there----- they took a credit card after a brief hold on the phone they told me a credit would be fine got my boat and got out of there way over priced there is no way to really tell how long something took and they charge by the HR i think i get a bit ripped off and no discount for taking so long

Very disappointed. We drove for 4 hours to see a boat we found in the website and it was in really bad order. Pictures in the website different to current state. Upholstery broken, flooring ripped which was not shown in the advertisement. Any honored company that is trusted provide updated information. We lost our time.

Our dinghy motor had failed, other marinas could not get to work on it for more than a week. This put us in a bind as we were traveling up the coast. Mike was very helpful in finding a solution, we arrived at the marina and dropped off our dinghy. As they were also very busy it took a few days but repairs were done at a reasonable price. Mike called during that time with updates. When we returned to pick up our dinghy Mike made some maintenance suggestions to prevent future problems.

This is kinda wordy but a great story. I cant say enough good things about the people at Complete Marine. I bought a boat at Lighthouse Point and needed to have it trucked to Wilmington, NC. Being from out of state you always feel like youre going to be taken advantage of. Previous owners suggested CM to have it prepped and hauled out for the trucker. So I call Matt in the service dept and hes unbelievably helpful. I needed the electronics removed from the hardtop and he said he would have people available as needed. Since my wife and I got to FL early I had the time to remove them myself. Then I call Matt expecting to catch a little flack in case he had to line up some people and he says GREAT, good to see that you could do it yourself. While in FL he called me every other day to make sure we were on schedule...really put my mind to rest about having it trucked. In process of moving the boat to CM he calls me and tells me exactly where to dock, right next to the lift. Then we call the trucker to get an ETA and the trucker is running 5 days late. I wanted to see the boat loaded but Matt says dont worry we do this all the time and most owners dont want to see their boat swinging in the breeze as its being loaded on the truck. Then Matt apologizes for having to charge me for a few days storage...he actually made me feel good about charging me. So my wife and I drive back to NC, the boat ships a few days later and he sends me pictures of the whole process. Matt and David put my nervous mind at ease doing a great job and taking a lot of stress out of the whole process. Thanks again.

I was looking for a good quality pre-owned boat to go fishing and take the wife out to the sandbar,Driving on US1 in Pompano there are several places that sell boats, I looked at boats at all the places and ended up buying a Boston Whaler from Complete Marine, their sales department was very professional, they took their time and helped me find the right boat for me, Marty their sales Manager made my buying experience relaxing and easy, I got a great boat for a great price and can have the boat serviced there as well, Overall an excellent experience!

If possible I would give 0 stars. I brought them my 12 year old Suzuki 115 that was running very rough and had quit on me a couple of times causing me to get towed home. Ill spare you the whole long and torturous story, but the bottom line is that these guys fixed nothing, made the motor worse, and charged me $2300. I think they actually dropped something into the motor when they had it apart, causing a bad knock that was never there before. Total incompetence! As a result, I sold the boat with the caveat that it needed a repower. Obviously, I would never go back there and would strongly discourage anybody trusting these guys with anything.

They are straight shooters, Patrick was my sales guy and Marty is the sales manager, about as honest a sales process with very little bull sh*t as Ive seen. Nice product line as well.

New and used boat dealer in Ft. Lauderdale. Good selection of Nautic Star boats. We bought a used Nautic Star 243dc. Overall nice boat and they were pretty easy to work with. Unfortunately when we got the boat delivered, the radio was not working and the table support was missing. Not a big deal financially but not what we expected. Otherwise would have been five stars.

Went there for gas and engine would not start. It soon became obvious they wanted me gone, with several employees coming out making me feel unwelcome. Complete idiots, unfriendly and unhelpful. Will not go back to this unfriendly place.

I just bought last month my first boat. I have no boating experience and was very nervous to spend all my savings on a little used boat. Everyone knows you can make a lot of mistakes if you dont know what you are doing in buying a used boat with no warranty.I started my search with calling some boat places up fro where I found a boat posted online. Most of these places didnt even answer their phone or called me back.By Complete Marine someone was answering the phone right away and I got connected to Mike the sales representative. He was very friendly on the phone even the boat I was calling for was sold and they didnt had any others in my price class. He didnt pressure me at all to go for a more expensive one. He sad, he might get one in exactly what I was looking for, I should check the website in a few days.... I liked that he didnt pressure me to come by right away.... I had a good feeling with him as my sales person and I just showed up and looked around and he was right... There was the right boat for me. It was a little over my limit but Mike was able to get the seller dropping the price to exactly what I told him I wanted to spend!Since it was my first boat I was buying a was very insecure and had so many questions! He was patients and even gave me a boating crash course! Thats what I call a FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thanks Mike! I know I will be definitely back if I want one day a bigger or newer boat

We bought a nautic star approximately a year and a half ago, but we did not buy it from complete marine. We did, however, go there to look at the boats they had before we bought our boat. They had a nice inventory of boats, and we were interested in one of their nautic stars. The gentleman, cant remember his name, showed us a boat but with such attitude, As if we were taking him away from something more important. he seemed annoyed when we asked him a question, like hurry up, I have better things to do then try and sell a boat to you. Rude, very rude. Needless to say we bought our new boat from Palm City Yachts in Stuart for a much lower price. They were very helpful and answered all our questions without attitude. Well recently, I contacted Complete marine inn regards to finding out if they can help me replace the transducer. I was referred to them from the company that services our engine because Complete Marine sells Nautic Stars. Reluctently I called them, and and spoke to Kevin in the service dept. He was nice on the phone and was told that they can install the transducer. I asked for a ballpark price and he said he would look into it and get back to me. As i spoke to him on the phone, I felt as if this was something he didnt want to deal with. Well needless to say again, still havent heard from him. My husband and I own our own buisiness and would never treat our customers like they didnt matter. And we have been in business for 22 years. We will be taking the boat to another place in Stuart that specializes in boat electronics. So to Complete Marine, you not only lost a boat sell, but you have lost a good customer.

Where to start... I went in for a bottom job, I left a deposit for the bottom job... I asked them to look at my electrical (for which I would have paid a diag fee.) But apparently their technician either doesnt know how to check if my solar is providing a charge, or didnt want to, so instead he would rather tell me how to YouTube it. I asked them to find out why my head wasnt drawing in sea water... Instead of looking for the problem, they just replaced my pumps on the head and even noted on my receipt that it still doesnt draw in water and charged me to replace good parts... the only phone call I got from them was to tell me that while pounding out the cutless bearing it cracked the fiberglass on my strut... I asked how much it would be to fix, the service writer told me he would have to ask his fiberglass guy and hed call me back... I never got a call back, I never authorized the repair, and they just charged me to fix it... problem with that is, you are supposed to use a bearing press to remove the bearing, they used a hammer, and they broke it, and they charged me to fix their mess up. I asked them to check my mast light, my anchor light, and my spreader lights.... work order says they work, but they dont, my only lights that worked were my nav lights... They removed my front stay in order to put my boat on their lift... when I was receiving my boat it was still disconnected... they scurried to put the pin back in, then they told me to tighten the stay myself... About the only Job they started and completed was my bilge pumps and high water Alarm. I went in thinking they wouldnt hose me because I was referred to them by a friend of the owner... I gave them a $1,500 deposit on the bottom job, and only authorized an additional $2,000 In repairs, my final cost was $6,700 and the only thing that Im happy with is the bilge pumps, because they never painted my drop keel...
