Sold boat out from under my boss. Not the way our business does business. Thomas spoke with my boss on Friday afternoon and told him that he wanted the boat, was out of the office until Monday, but to contact me for what he needed. At 5:20 p.m. on Friday evening, I emailed Thomas the paperwork he requested. He emailed a Purchase Agreement to my email after 9:00 p.m. that evening. My boss had told him that we would be out of the office until Monday. I had appointments Monday morning and printed the Purchase Agreement as soon as I got to the office. When my boss called Thomas to confirm that he was coming from Indiana to Florida in three days to get the boat, Thomas informed him that he had sold the boat to someone else on Saturday. Not a man of his word. Again, not how business should be done. We will not be using Thomas again. Will look elsewhere. Apparently, he cannot be trusted.

What a refreshing change from what we’ve been experiencing. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and went over in detail what was both good and bad about the boat. All concerns were addressed quickly and honestly. They were more than fair on the price and was able to ship our boat up north at half the price a competitor was quoting. I would defiantly recommend using this company - honest, reliable and knowledgeable.

As a Surveyor for 40+ years and nearly 9,000 vessels, I have to say the the owner and brokers in this co are unethical, and have no interest in the public’s safety or repeat business. I was asked to survey a 55’ Azimut 2017 which should be an easy and straight forward survey, but when they heard that my buyers wanted to wait for my services during my busy schedule, the seller refused to let me on board his vessel.He refused because I am thorough in my job, detailed in my reports and I explain and discuss all the findings no matter what a seller or broker tries to coerce me into not reporting on.Due to the prevention of being able to do my job, earn a living and help the public, I am forced to File a LAW SUIT against the owner Thomas, the broker Freddie and the company of Boats Int’l for DEFORMATION OF CHARACTER to my buyers and the loss of my fees, and much more...I gave them time to reconsider their rejection if letting me do my job, but as of now they won’t comply. I am forced to contact my admiralty attorney Michael Moore to change their negligent actions and fraudulent representation to the public...

Would not recommend dealing with for boat purchase. Cant comment on shipping aspect. Boat missing parts afterwards, many things not done that were promised. Typical poor boat dealer experience.
