When we drove over to the East coast and walked into the dealership because my husband had spoken to Steve they all knew our names. It is a wonderful way to be greeted and welcomed into an establishment. Customer service is lacking in so many ways these days but not here. Dan, Steve, Lise and the mechanic were so helpful and full of knowledge, patience and kindness. They were easy to deal with and made sure that when we picked up our new boat everything was ready to go for us to enjoy our time on the water. When we are ready to sell and trade up we will definitely call them first. We would recommend them to anyone.Thank you all of you for taking great care of us and making sure things were right for us. Dont hesitate if youre in the market for a boat, call them go there you will be glad you did!

Had the pleasure of buying a boat back in 2005.Dan Hunt was the salesman bought online he handled the deal greatly since I live in California he made sure that the company I hired to deliver it did its job and I had some tax issue in 2020 called them and he was still working there and sent me the information on the boat that I had only owned 2 years.highly recommend the service I recieved

The dealership and service has been outstanding. I waited to get my first 20 hour break in service before I posted this ad and I have to admit that my experience has been outstanding. I moved up from a 21’ Mako Bay Boat to a Key West 239FS. Set aside from the quality of the Key West Boat, this boat dealership is far ahead in customer service, sales and support than any dealership I’ve dealt with. This is my 4th boat purchase through the years and this by far was the most pleasant experience. The owner and sales staff have been wonderful and supportive with literally no hassle or haggling. I’ve been to every dealer down US 1 (Federal Hwy) all the way down to Miami. They treated me with such awesome respect and never felt that sales pressure that they all push on you. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Steve and Dan. I love the boat and you have all made it a great experience. Thanks for the quick and quality service as well. Your a hidden gem.

All sunshine and Daisies and smiles when taking your money.., then when you drive off the lot and stuff they installed stars breaking its a constant back and forth. They had no problem selling me a boat knowing where I lived but when they needed the boat to FIX their mistake it was “too far” and we had to make the trip down there and said they don’t do business outside their area because of this... yet had no problem taking our money before. So many issues, their service department is sub par and do not follow manufacture instructions, they just do their own thing and when it falls apart 2 weeks later “oops”. There is so much more to explain in detail but with all of the constant back and forth with them that still continues I fear retaliation. DO NOT BUY from this company... they turn their backs on you the second that check clears.
