This marina is the WORST!! We took our time purchasing our first boat. After meeting with Vince at Sundance in Jensen Beach we liked what we saw and his professionalism. we wired transferred the money for the price of the boat, with him and the marina knowing what we wanted done to the boat.so below is the events that transpired after wardsGood evening sir, after reviewing the documents you sent us I am having a difficult time signing anything at this point. I will go into everything in this email as to why.-Dec 30,2020 got the price for the gelcoat $2300.00, also owner putting new tires on the trailer.-Jan 1,2021 Vince informed me he needed $1000.00 from me in order for the tires and gelcoat to go forward. To which I did.-Jan 5,2021 Survey done on the boat. We came to an agreement with Vincent to move forward with the gelcoat, the zinc’s, alarm’s figured out and corrected, tires as well.-Jan 7,2021 Total on the boat sent from my checking account to your corporate office.-Jan 12,2021 (Tues) Vince told me the boat would be delivered by the end of the week.-Jan 15,2021 (Fri) I had to reach out to Vincent to find out delivery time since it was Friday and the end of the week. Vincent then informs me you all cant deliver the boat b/c the Stuart boat show was going on.-Jan 18,2021 Boat delivery scheduled for Friday the 22nd. Vincent informed me thanks for my patience and he didn’t want the boat dirty when it was brought to us.-Jan 22,2021 Colby reached out to me and said he would be running late b/c the boat was a disaster with dirt and grease from the service techs. Yet per Vincent the boat would be clean for delivery.-Jan 22,2021 We put the boat in the water and immediately alarms are going off. Paddle wheel and horn alarm ( the gauge read “horn” which again is different from paddle wheel. Same as it did on the sea trial.-Jan 22,2021 we stopped and filled the boat up with gas while seeing if they would clear, they didn’t.-Jan 22,2021 1:30 pm we arrived at our house dock and Colby said he would get a tech down to get these alarms cleared. Boat tied off at the dock.-Jan 22,2021 I spent 5 hours that morning cleaning the boat bc it was still filthy. At 1:09pm We turned the engines on and the motor started to diesel and the engine caught on fire.-Jan 26,2021 Colby picked the boat up. He got about 4 miles from our house and one of the new tires blew out the sidewalls on 95. I then went and helped him change the tire and get him back on the road.-Jan 28,2021 Vincent informed me the parts were ordered and the tire taken care of.-Jan 29,2021 Vincent informs me the Starter was changed.-Feb 2,2021 Vincent informs me you all were waiting on parts.-Feb 11,2021 Vincent informs me they just put the starter in (um wasn’t this done on 01/29/21)-Feb 12,2021 Vincent says the Monday or Tuesday the Mercury dealer would be out. The boat wasn’t coming up on plane. Then 2.5 hours later tells me the tech is there and it’s the fuel injector.-Feb 15,2021 Vincent calls me and says the air injector is bad and well you all aren’t covering anything.-I know you and I spoke today but at this point I feel like a yo-yo. I feel like my money and my time aren’t worth your time. You want me to sign a piece of paper taking ownership of a vessel that honestly I don’t know if its safe at this point. My wife and I really like this boat and this is our first boat and experience. I’m a straight forward man and I don’t appreciate any of this.-March 2021 get the boat back after you repaired it, SAME THING happens, Starter blew up, you didnt replace the wiring harness, didnt run a new wire nor replace the battery as you damn well know should be done on an electrical issue.. You JB welded a nut and bolt to the battery holding the hot side wires. WHO DOES THAT? THANKFULLY my wife wasnt injured! Now I have another Marina fixing it correctly. Owned it for 4 months an havent used it yet, shame on you all!STILL DONT EVEN HAVE THE REGISTRATION, bc now supposedly a number was off when YOUR people put it in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!
I highly recommend Grande Yachts. My husband and I worked with Ryan Steele, GM and Steven Cox as the brokers on a boat that we purchased. Steven handled the financing, inspections and delivery of the boat. My husband and I took quite a while to figure out exactly what boat we wanted. Steven was incredibly helpful and patient. We needed to complete some maintenance on the boat and Steven was on top of everything making sure that we were well taken care of even after the deal closed. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were 100% happy with our purchase.

Regal Boat dealership will NOT service a Regal Boat that is older than six years. Think about that if you are considering a Regal Boat.
Horrible to deal with getting Service. No communication, updates, honor warranties. They are all over you during the Sales process but when something actually breaks with the boat they find numerous ways not to fix the boat or honor the warranty in a timely manner. No communication and game plan. They had the ability to fix the boat by purchasing a part from Marine Max across the street but instead wanted to wait 3 weeks. It is apparent they do not care about the client post sale.Go somewhere else.
