If I could give them 0 stars I would. They tried to charge me $10+tax each on the freetress water wave hair a few months ago just because it was in high demand. Which means I’m paying over $100 just for the hair which a synthetic protective style not including install. Little do they know I do hair and can get packs online for $5.

Horrible unprofessional customer service . Will not be returning. Very rude ghetto unhinged young girls who work there. Spend time on their phones, ordering pizza, listening to loud Rap music and catching an attitude with customers. Not worth it

Diamond girl has went completely down.. I hated my visit there today I couldnt try on but three wigs.. How can I figure out what wig that fits me if I never wore a wig Before??? The lady there today said I made her job hard because Im asking her questions about the wig.. Well why Are you working... I never want to visit there I prefer Oakland park its sad because this is where I live.. I should not have to travel far for hair products
