Love this place, but I was upset to learn that one of my favorite fragrances has been retired, so I had to go online and order it. I did try the new Mid-Summers Dream, its ok I will continue for a new one. My favorite is Into the Night! The gentleman that helped me was awesome!

For the most part my experience was nice, the ladies were friendly and I was with my sister so we bought a couple of the little on sale, buy 2 get one free, the lip glosses and things like that. After we were at the register I decided to go back and get another nourishing lip butter, a night lip chapstick and a lip scrub and when I turned around an older lady with short red-ish hair was staring at me sort of bending her back backwards and when I turned around she tried acting as if I didn’t see her, and I said, “I’m sorry.” And moved back to the register to finish paying, and I got the vibe that she thought I had the intention of stealing. Didn’t appreciate that very much, and if you’re worried about people stealing small items maybe keep them by the register? Just seemed like a bit much when I was already at the register with my sister in the process of paying.

Its close the people were very friendly and helpful.

The young store clerk was very helpful. I went in for the candle sale and really didnt feel like smelling every candle to determine which ones I liked. I asked a young clerk for some suggestions and she didnt steer me wrong. It was a very pleasant experience because she was happy to assistant me and other customers.

Would give 0 stars if I could I have been shopping here for years literally and they had a 3.95 sale on lotions however it never made it to my email and I dont know why I usually get coupons I was told by the blonde on the last register to the right dont worry just get me the barcode on retail me not its fine so i proceed to shop for almost 50 minutes gathering lotions. I get in line to check out and the woman working on the register to the right who was also training someone could not have been more rude, she denied the coupon then and proceeded to be rude to another customer who also had the coupon printed the woman told her you could honor it and she looked at her a yelled next in line. Honestly I have never been more mortified in my life on the way we were treated in front of a bunch of people I have been giving my business to this company since Im 16 and honestly my nerves were so shot from embarrassment that I honestly will never shop her again Ill take my business to Victoria secret or else where I vant even believe the way I was treated today and I didnt yell I just calmly left .I mean even the blonde worker was looking on in disbelief on how her co worker was acting. Bath and body works food for thought please scan better when your hiring it should be totally acceptable that this is allowed I know I probably wont ever hear back from this store but I honestly did expect anything less...

First and last time at this location. I was the only customer at 8pm (closes at 9) looking for hand soaps, I wanted a special fragrance and was told that if I cant see on the shelves, its probably because it sold out When at the register to pay, I mentioned I had a coupon, I didnt physically had it, but I had a clear picture front and back. was told rudely that it couldnt be accept it due to not being able to combine coupons (I was already using one) and explained that I read both disclaimers and it didnt mention that (there are some that cant be combined) than cashier went on to say, its probably expired, I again told her that it wasnt, if she could only see and scan it she would see that it wasnt, then she rudely said I cant scan it from your phone nor enter the code, the cameras might think that Im forging it and I could lose my job). the coupon was 20% which in no way affected me in anyway, but it was this employee lack of assistance and rudeness that did affect me into writing this review. Lets remember, we are ALL in the customer service industry, a little compassion will go along way, I was the only customer, there was still an hour left of work, this is a retail business, a simple, I apologize, it is the companys policy that doesnt let us enter it into system. but you are still getting a great deal! will have turn this whole experience around. I will still buy Bath & Body Works products, just never from this location - thanks for that Christina!
