I walked into the store on the last day of a sale of liter Biotera products. They only had one conditioner left of what I needed. The sales guy told me that I should try the Ultra Color Care conditioner instead of the regular Color Care conditioner. I told him that the product I want is the only product that seems to work for me...it does not make my scalp itch and it has super slip for smoothing frizz. He told me that the Ultra one is newer and pretty much the same thing. So he convinced me to buy 4 liters. I went home and discovered that it was NOT the same product and it made my scalp itch and was not as moisturizing as the regular one, so could I please switch them out. (I will also add that they had all their Biotera liters marked at $12.99 so they had to honor that price for me, the Actual price is supposed to be $14.99) They apparently had restocked everything, so plenty were available. (I will also add that they now had the proper price marked at $14.99). He proceeded to refund me the sale price and charge me the regular price, so I would owe money....and quite a bit! He refused to do an even exchange. I called corporate and they told me the same thing. Once again, they doubled down and wouldnt budge. So, this is their policy, BEWARE! I have never heard of such a policy in all of my life. Most stores would not want to lose a sale or a customer. After 30 years of shopping at Sally, I will no longer be a customer. They lost me for life. There are plenty of other stores to shop in, even online! My business will go elsewhere!

I came in to grab a few things and it was so easy to find. It is was my first time and I was treated very kindly and felt welcomed. Will be definitely coming here again!

Yesterday I came in to purchase Mousse.Cashier Emily was alone as when asked if there’s anyone else to help me as well as other customers was available. She said helper was on break.However this young lady not only was answering our questions, directing people and running the register, she was doing it professionally and with patience😳Kudos to Emily 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Unfortunately this store does not give store credit. The customer service woman was completely rude and not understanding. Been going to this Sallys for years. Completely disappointed.

Found my product easily with help from a staff member, she was absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be shopping here again.

I will forever come to this store and this store alone. As long as your manager Rachel is there, I will bring my business there. I hated my current hair cut and figured if it was going to look terrible then it’ll at least be purple. She was so sweet and friendly and so so compassionate listening to my story and my worries. She helped me pick everything out from the bowl to the actual color and helped me pick the right level developer. She made this very bold move that much easier. And as promised, I LOVED the color. Thank you so much!!!

The Sally’s here is the friendliest one I’ve ever been to. I don’t know why or what it is but I’ve heard this before where people have been to other Sally’s like I have and they are down right nasty. I have a Sally’s near my home and I prefer this one which is close to my work because they are so darn friendly. The manager is a doll and always helpful and the staff is as well. I would highly recommend this particular Sally’s because they go out of their way to help you. Period

***Sales associate pocketed our merchandise***We were travelling from Canada and my mom wanted to buy some thinning scissors, so we stopped by this store as were staying near the beach. We decided to go to the store before closing, which I regret.The young male associate was preoccupied with other customers and when it came turn for mom to ask a question, he abruptly left and went to help someone else.When we were ready to pay, he scanned all the items but when we checked our bags the next day the $70 pair of scissors were NOT in the bag. Out of all the items my mom purchased, conveniently the most expensive item was missing. I am very certain that he pocketed this item, as we were the last customers in the store before closing we wouldn’t notice before the next day.I would exercise caution when shopping at this store (or other places in south Florida), as this is not an isolated incidence. I have never had this happen while shopping in other states or Canada.

Lady with short hair was very rude when I asked her questions about hair products. It seemed like throughout the entireity of speaking with her she just wanted to walk away and kept trying to. Her suggestions on what to purchase were very blunt and did not help me with my purchase at all. She did not seem to know what she was talking about as her answers contiuniously changed and she seemed very argumentative when we were discussing a topic. Very disappointed in this location, the one in Pompano on Powerline is a lot better and a more friendly environment. Over in this location on Federal I felt very saddened by the way the place was ran. The whole store reeked of cigarettes and the floors were dirty. I DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL!

I bought a China glaze nail polish on sale and I am so disappointed because I can tell with my experience with my own nail and nail polishes this was bad, is like just has acetone on it and as soon as you applied it it looks horrible ☹️
