AVOID THIS SHOP!If you have an insurance claim. This shop is well known for their ridiculously high fees that leave vehicle owners with a low settlement and they enjoy the rewards of your loss. They are in cahoots with the tow company Emerald Towing and will have obvious total loss vehicles moved to their shop to overcharge your insurance and share the profits with the tow company. This is not a common thing and they are widely known for this legal immoral robbery.

I was recently in a minor car accident that required a tow and body repair. I was referred to Empire Auto Body of Broward in Pompano Beach by the towing company. Having not needed auto body work prior to this, I did not know what to expect.The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Very responsive, patient, and they explained the process to me. The longest wait was related to insurance delays and miscommunications dealing with my claim.When the car was done, it looked showroom ready. I could not tell where the damage had been and the car drove like it did before the accident happened. This was a great customer experience from start to finish with a company I had never worked with before. I will be working with them again should the need arised and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks. Kudos!

So thankful for the team I had supporting me throughout the most stressful time of my life. My first experience in an accident at a young age and wanting to make the best choices through this horrific process thanks to empire auto body and Dalida for assisting me in every way possible even the times I wanted to give up she just listened to me vent. The process has finally come to an end and I can honestly say this body shop is the best and if I ever get into a situation again I will definitely come back! Absolutely 100% recommended, we took our car here because of the great reviews and I am very happy to have done that. Alex is an amazing shop manager and thanks to him our car came with 100% Toyota parts, we took it previously from another crash to another shop and they used aftermarket parts which came apart in a few weeks. This shop did not allow progressive to just throw on aftermarket prices. The issue in timing is NOT with this shop it’s with the insurance companies that want to use cheaper parts and finesse your car. You pay for insurance make sure you get top quality parts. My 2019 Corvette Grand Sport was hit by a driver who ran a red light. Empire Auto Body Of Broward fixed my baby like brand new. They used genuine GM parts and would not let the insurance company bully them into using inferior parts. The turnaround on getting my car back was not so bad considering Empire fixes cars to perfection. Dalida, who runs the office, is a joy to work with. She helped me make the claim with my insurance company and kept me up to date on how the repairs were going.Corvette owners are very picky about our rides and I am telling you that my car looks and rides like a new car. Even though my accident shows on Carfax, I was offered a considerable amount of money more than what I paid for it two years ago! That is how good the repair is. Also, Anthony the shop manager is the best. He just wants to make sure that the customer is happy with the repair and is very accessible. I have had other cars repaired after accidents by the Insurance companys preferred body shops but I have never been 100% satisfied until this time. If Empire can fix a Vette to perfection, they can fix any car.And to those who think this review may be fake, it is not. I am just very appreciative for the quality of work done on my car. By the way, I kept my car.

Stay far way!!!! They do not follow what the insurance companies want from them. That is why many of the insurance companies don’t want to deal with them. You will most likely be paying out of pocket for something like I did . The body shop took took way much longer than was promised to be finished by the insurance company which resulted in me paying out of pocket for my car rental for the time they passed for the deadline

Most amazing auto body experience Ive ever had. They call you almost daily to give status updates, they work as adjusters with the insurance company to spare you the pain and most importantly their work is second to none. While I was there the team was working after hours on getting additional certifications, these guys are really dedicated. BTW, no relation, this is an honest review of a great company.

Had my new Hyundai Santa Fe only 2 months when I was hit by a car. Tow truck driver said he could take it to an authorized Hyundai dealership. I immediately agreed (I was still a little in shock from my accident), he said he would bring me the paperwork to sign. At that time I asked him which dealership he was taking it to which is when I learned it was an authorized Hyundai auto body repair shop. He said they were really good and with some hesitation I said okay. Well I have to tell you, I was more than pleased with the work Empire did on my vehicle. Although it took longer to repair than both expected, they made sure with the insurance company every piece of my vehicle that needed replacement was done. Because my vehicle was hit hard at the passenger front tire, I was very concerned about now having vibrations of some sort driving at high speeds. I got my car back in February (Im writing this in September) and have had no issues with my SUV! I would highly recommend Empire Auto Body of Broward.

We are from out of state and needed our car repaired. They helped us from day one. They got our car picked up from two yard right away so we did not have to pay storage fees. Our car was fixed in a timely manner and got all they handled all of he insurance appointments. Being out of state you never know what you are getting. We had a not-at-fault collision towards the end of February, 4 hours away from our home. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, communicating with our insurance about the repair was a nightmare. Some parts were missing for the repair and the payments for the parts were not sent promptly. Despite all the setbacks and delays in picking up our car, we could not be more pleased with the level of service provided by Empires staff.Lisa and Anthony are wonderful people to work with. When we had issues with the insurance company, they stepped in to handle the calls and made sure we received an update about the situation.The car was fixed up beautifully. When a small error came up with the car after pick-up, Lisa and Anthony were prompt in addressing the issue and gave us the information about fixing it. We are very impressed and grateful!

Great experience with these guys. My vehicle was in a hit and run accident and these people were able to help me file a claim get my insurance company out right away. Lisa always kept me updated and Anthony is great he texted me the whole process and even picked me up from my house and took me to my bank because I did not have a vehicle. Really great shop. I needed a shop after I got rear ended on 95. My dealer told me to look on the Nissan website for a certified shop. I live in Coconut Creek and when I put in my zip Empire popped up as the closest. After I called Progressive I told them that’s the shop I wanted and they went to see the car, handled the estimate and two weeks later it looks beautiful. Big thanks to my service guy Ron at the dealer for the advice.

I got into an accident 1/29/2020 I had a 2016 VW JETTA from the day of the accident all the way until the end Empire Auto Body kept me up to date and stayed in touch with the insurance company for me to make sure they moved as fast as possible. Really nice people. So caring when my daughter crashed on 95. She called me after the accident and said she was towed to this shop. I spoke to the owner over the phone and he assured me they would handle everything, and, like a man of his word, Anthony did. They got Statefarm out to look at the car, got her a rental and the car came out really nice. The only unpleasant part of the whole ordeal was watching my insurance company balk at the items needed to fix the car properly. Honestly, I switched to another insurance company after this. So this was how my recent low point in life went. Im driving down Atlantic and some idiot swerves into my lane and side swipes my car. Typical Florida drivers, no insurance. My car gets towed by police. Great, now I get to pay for some other morons mistake. Then BAM! Alex comes to my rescue. He was the guy from the police tow company. He asked if I had any friends in the repair business, obviously not, so he gave me some options and Im so glad I took my car to one of them. Empire is a great place. They truely know how to lighten up a bad situation and make it fun. Anthony and Lisa are like a husband and wife show but really nice, so funny!! Lisa called my insurance, got me a rental car and someone from their office even gave me a hug. Seriously my car was bad, the wheel had even come off. When it was done I was so happy with the work. I had to use my own insurance because of the useless jerk with no insurance, but my little Kia is back to new. Thank you soooo much. And yes Anthony, I will bring you donuts 😂😂.

My car was in his lot for 2 days - Anthony the owner wanted to charge me $1000 to have my car taken out of his lot. Anthony IS A CROOK- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM-Highest towing and storage fees in all of the land!!! Changed name to Empire but still will drain your wallet fast. Tow your car here if you want to go broke and make your bad situation much much worse. Buy a new car instead of taking your broken car here it will be cheaper. ...In response, to your comment Anthony, since you initially charged me $1000 for my car to be released back to me, I dont know what to believe. But dont take my word for it my dear readers, here are some additional comments from passed customers.They kept my car from May thru July 7th. My ins co paid there bill but then they added (5) additional supplements. I feel they took advantage of our being out of state and kept adding to the bill for something that was cosmetic damage. Then they didnt do it correctly but we had to drive back to Ga.To correct paint job they did and get the door hung properly will be another $1200.00 The mgr was very unprofessional and used profanity.Worst experience with a body shop. After being convinced by the tow truck driver that my car would be perfect if I took it here, I went with it. 5 months later, my car is still a twisted mess from a crooked body shopTerrible management team. Of course not everyone there is like that, but prepare for headaches from the moment you arrive! Certain workers have a big temper which I was surprised they worked there by treating customers are rude as he did.Beware of this Business. They have been known to lure people from the tow yard from people that seem to recommend them and when they get your car they will scam you. They will overcharge you and offer you an estimate much higher than the industry standard and if you decline to use them they will slap you with absurd fees and charges to rip you off. They have seven complaints with the Better Business Bureau and they have numerous complaints on several sites stating that they will scam and overcharge you for services they provide. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and save yourself a headache and hassle.If I could give this business negative stars I would. These people have a scam down to the T by pairing up with tow companies and having them take advantage of people at the scene of an accident. They continually lie about the status of your car and never do anything that they promise. My car went to their shop on 2/4 and was not returned to me until 3/15!!!! I went to pick up the car and found a crack in my windshield, scratches that were not even where the damage was, the steering column falling off and the car was not aligned at all and they tried to tell me the car was complete. This place is a complete and total joke run by people who do not care about return business because they just keep scamming more people at the scene of an accident. You will see by the large amount of crashed cars behind their business that they are in it for the money and dont care AT ALL about customer service. If you somehow end up at this poor place RUN dont walk and take your car somewhere ANYWHERE else. If only one person sees this review I hope it saves you from making a huge mistake!!!
