Josh one of the sales managers has a horrible attitude 1 star service not 5 star. Derrick wants to sell you a car thats not even worth what it is. Does not try to make a deal. Still have not got my deposit back and they dont seem to care about you and when they call they speak down to you and its all your fault. Dealership wouldnt recommend to anyone. If you go stay clear of Josh and DerrickThank you for replying. Guessing you must be Josh or Derrick as you like to make the customer the bad one. Dont want to take in account any wrong actions on your part. Dont worry I wouldnt want to do a sale with you. And the dealers around me I dont have to worry about over paying. Have a pleasant day.

I went there to buy a car and the staff was very friendly. Gabby in sales found me a terrific car that fit for me in my means, Laura in finance set up my loan with the most ease for me, and Brian in service, had the car detailed to the max you could ever ask for! Im a contactor based in central Florida, and Im always in need of trucks. But with trucks becoming more and more difficult to find Ive had to expand my search. Im glad I did because thats when I found Performance Nissan, and Gaby. She was very helpful with everything.With me being so far away they even delivered the truck. Thank you George! Very nice salesperson(ROY) when shopping to buy or Lease car.....I got fooled because that is where it ends..Service dept is the worst....will tell you they will have your car ready in 2hrs...expect 6hrs...and if you need a return call from management due to issues that might arise forget about it.they think they are way too important to return a call...In the future I will do my homework better and shop elsewhere...

Worse dealership Ive came across in a very long time had a recall for my brand new Nissan rogue and before picking up u was told it will come with a complimentary car wash which didnt happen I have finger prints all over my door and windows and on top of it all I dropped my vehicle off with no crack windshield now its cracked and the gentleman who works in the service department decided to not show any care to the situation that happened and decided to walk away when u asked his name he then acted like he didnt hear me I had to then walk inside for 20 minutes just for my car keys. The worse dealership in Florida by far.
They offered me an okay deal. Just okay. Florida doesn’t have any buyer’s protection(i.e., two or three day return) if you were to change your mind after purchase. At the end of the day, it’s a business and they will make sure they are protected and make their money. So be sure you want the vehicle before signing anything. If you ask no questions, you will not know anything if you have no experience buying cars and will not know if you’re getting a good deal. If you ask questions, disclosure is never in the consumer’s best interest, in my opinion. I would never purchase again from them. One time only - but now I know better. Marvin was an okay salesman. Laura was friendly but could have explained finance paperwork better. Josh was nice and helpful. Remember, buyers have no protection here - so just make sure you want the vehicle before purchase. Other then that, just a regular car dealership - nothing out of the ordinary. Also, advertisements could be somewhat misleading. Also, I do not wish to be contacted by anyone from Performance if you all were to see my comment - there’s nothing to say.
They never fix the problem. This is my 5th time back for the same issue, and they hung up on me when I was trying to ask one question. I have some choice words for them that I will not post. Wish me luck maybe this time they will finally do something instead of just ripping me off.Edit * the people in service were friendly and helpful. So I might bump it up one star.Edit* just kidding my service got even worse and they didnt even do the one thing I really needed which was to replace my battery. My car was not starting in their own parking lot. Wish I could give less stars.

The truck that he wanted was a Nissan Titan Pro 4X which is similar to the Ford Raptor. My husband had been dealing with Roy from Performance Nissan in Pompano who promised him $7,000 in incentives but they were trying to talk him into a truck that they had on the lot instead of finding him the one he really wanted. When that didnt work, they told him that they would find the truck at another dealer within the next two days and then call him back. Not only did they not find the truck but they never called us back and we lost the incentives because they expired while we were waiting for them to get back to us. My husband ended up searching himself by calling several dealers from Miami all the way up to North Carolina and none had the truck in the color he wanted but they said that they would look for it. In just a few days, I-95 Nissan in Riviera Beach called my husband back and told him they found the truck in exactly the right price, color and model that he wanted. Performance Nissans customer service sucked and they cost us $7000 in incentives while we waited for them to get back to us. Thank goodness for I-95 Nissan who came through for us! When I dropped off my Nissan I really enjoyed the experience. I felt that everything had been explained as I left the dealership. When I received the call around 10AM that my car was ready to be picked up, I went there immediately. When I arrived, I paid for my service and went outside. This is where things went downhill. First, the car that was outside they had pointed to me was not my car. I had to go find Corey again to get them to retrieve my car. When they brought my car... I rushed inside and hurried home but as I noticed going home... the car was not cleaned at all when I requested it. I became furious as I headed home. My car was dirtier than when I dropped it off! Never again will I go to Performance Nissan for my service.

I walked in with the expectations of just looking but Shirley listened to my wants and needs and was able to present most of what I was looking for in my 2021 Rogue. She went over all the options, answered all my questions, knew her subject material extremely well, was a very pleasant person and made me and my sister very comfortable. She made a very stressful situation easy and I did not feel pushed but felt that she would spend as much time with me as was needed so that I felt I made the right choice. I walked out with my 2021 Nissan Rogue . All the staff at Performance Nissan were helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I Love my new car and all its safety and performance features.

No stars given here! Ok, they advertise some program, no money down, $99, or $199 monthly payment, etc. When I got there, the sales person they have me, I could barely understand. Then they say theres no program/voucher and tell you you need a big down payment and no cars under $18000....with payments starting at 400+...what a total waste of my time! Especially having to drive an hour to get there and an hour home....

They are treating us very well here at the dealership. They are also taking care of two recalls while we are here. It was a pleasure to have met Rebecca Hussle, the loyalty manager. With her professionalism and friendliness, she definitely is a great asset to the company. To sum it all up it was an a+ experiences here at the Nissan dealership.

Pros: Friendly staff, good customer service and great location.Cons: staff turnover seems to be high..when I go for routine maintenance, theres always someone new working.Wait time is long at times but staff offers complimentary water and coffee in the waiting room.
They helped my mother get into a beautiful vehicle. We love everything about it except we have to get the front right speaker fixed. It is a 2018 sentra and my mother just fell in love! The staff was extremely courteous. Even the women at the front desk who welcomes u in was extremely kind. The manager told us we were family now! That means alot considering most car places we have went to in south Florida have been a joke. Thanks guys

They went above & beyond, with assisting me understanding some features & even gave me my car Owner’s manul, which did not come in my car, when I bought it.. Each person I came in contact with were professional & friendly. Linette Jimenez in the client service, is top notch! A great asset in keeping the customers comfortable, informed & a Satisfied customer. Antwan was fantastic & I did not catch his name, who helped me learn how to readjust my trunk lift to the highest setting.And have to mention the tech Brandon Thomas, who did the work on my Rogue, THANK YOU! Friday July 16th around 5pmVery uncomfortable experience. I leased a car with Performance Nissan and was left feeling awkward. I asked the lady at the front desk if i can meet with Kelvin since he told me over the phone to meet with him Friday evening to follow up on my temporary tag. I wanted to buy a whole new plate and thought it would be easier to just walk in. I was definitely wrong as the lady at the front desk looked at me with 5 heads. She clearly was tired and didn’t want to be bothered since it was the end of the day for her. She went ask Kelvin about me, and comes back with a very “yeah he can’t meet, he’s dealing with a customer”. I told her i could wait but she said “no just come back Monday.” I then ask her about if i can just go somewhere else to purchase a car plate (since my temporary plate is expired) and she had no idea. No questions asked, i walked out.

Performance Nissan was a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealerships. I had a pre-approval and they actually helped me find a better deal. Most other dealerships were dismissive to the fact I was looking to buy a second car and not trade in my current one. Roy was patient and helpful. Although the terms didnt align on my first visit, it worked out because I got a SUBSTANTIALLY better deal. I ended up waling away with GAP and a 6 year bumper to bumper warranty where initially I thought I wasnt going to be able to get either.Forgive me I forget the sales managers name and I really should have remembered but he made it happen. Without his help I wouldnt be enjoying my brand new Nissan Kicks. This is the most comfortable riding lawn mower I have ever ridden in. All jokes aside, I am pleased with the Kicks performance, given the fuel economy. Now I need some wheel accents for the super dope black wheels...
I have NEVER WRITTEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR ANY COMPANY IN MY LIFE!!! But this one I can not let go. I would give the auto body/ service department a 0 if I could!.Had my car repaired due to an accident in June. When I picked it up, the car vibrated badly and had a grinding noise that came from the same side of the car that the repairs (body work) wereclaimed to be fixed. I brought it back the next day for them to look at and was told it was my engine mount. I told them I strongly disagreed that the engine mount was making a grinding noise but they insisted. After replacing the engine mount the grinding noises persisted and the grinding noise still could not be identified. 2 days ago, I was driving and nearly spun out of control on 95 with my 2 year daughter in the car, because the side that was supposed to be fix completely collapsed on my tire. I was able to have pep boys remove the falling undercarriage and I took it back to have Performance Nissan to stand behind their work and the auto body manager tried to tell me I ran over something and I cause the damage. Seriously, the undercarriage was melted from tire rubbing against it. This kind of damage could have only happened over time and not within a 10 minute ride driving less then 40mph to get off 95 or from running over something. There is nothing I could have run over that would have cause this kind of damage. I informed them that I had photos of the damage and that it was no way what he was trying to suggest was even remotely possible. I have since then file a complaint with Nissans consumer affairs with my photos to prove that their work was faulty.Not to mention they have made random service appointments for me, sent me email/text appointment notification and then had the balls to try to charge me for missed appointments I never made.In my experience, they do not uphold the Nissan standards, at all. Stay as far away from Performance Nissan service and auto body repair. You will end up needing more work done to your car then what you originally came in to have repaired.

So I set an appt for 630 I called ahead and said I was coming but my co-signer was running late could this be done tonight they assured me as long as I arrived before 7 they could handle it. Soon as I got there I was put with this black middle aged man.. I can’t tell u his name because he didn’t even introduce himself. As soon as he realized he had to wait all he talked about was how he’s suppose to be leaving as people walk out say LOOK THERE LEAVING I TOLD YOU. I genuinely felt like he had no intention of selling me a car as soon as I walk-in there. This was the worst experience of my life I wasn’t shown one car my credit was ran they told me the only thing they could give me was 2k down I specifically said I only have a thousand to put down I sat there for 40 mins they told me my payments would be 595 a month then I asked could we try another car so I could find something that was more reasonable… as I was talking he turned around and walked away came back told me here’s a paper application your co-signer can come tomorrow we closed at 7 pm and I came all the way from west palm and told him that. I will be taking my business and money else where. End result I ended up walking out at 7:14 with my credit ran no car or plan for me to purchase one

Ad shows 4000 guaranteed for any running vehicle.. they offered my 500 and would not honor their ad.. tried to talk to a manager and the sales person said they were not available...Update. I totally understand but your ad specifies Guarantee 4000 for your running vehicle. I uploaded a picture. Why would you offer up to 4000 for a trade. When all you are giving is the blue book value. I really wanted to purchase a vehicle because of your warranty and good reviews. Someone reached out to me and hopefully they can fix this.. Thank you.
This is my 1st day here. Unfortunately, I bought a used vehicle from Nice Car in Hollywood and decided to bring it here for service. Linnet, my service advisor was with me every step of the way. She answered questions I had not even thought about asking. My mechanic, Brandon, even came up and talked to me about the issues going on with my truck. Being my truck had over 80k miles - the manufacturer warranty is no longer valid. Rebecca, came over and spoke with me about an extended warranty - in which I decided to buy. These people are good. And I hope to do more business with them in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with the sweetest teddy bear Charley. He was awesome and gave me the car I actually wanted. I didn’t have any real expectations because I thought they wouldn’t be able to help me. Charley ensured me that he would do everything to get me my mid size SUV. He kept offering to feed me while I waited and I had a rental car the day of purchase and he personally took me to the rental car company, waited for me and tried to feed me again. I had chick fil a so I was ok with waiting. Everyone was so nice. The finance manager was also a delight. He was so sweet and walked me through all the steps and explained everything. I don’t have the best credit so I know with this loan, my credit score will go through the roof with great payment history. I Needed A New Battery For My Key. I Went To The Parts Department & The Parts Man Was Very Friendly & Helpful. He Replaced The Battery & Only Charged Me For The Battery. It Only Took A Few Minutes & I Was Out Of There.
I visited the Performance Nissan in Pompano Beach to exchange a Nissan Emblem that i ordered, but unfortunately came in the incorrect size. Prior to coming to the facility i called and spoke with a Parts Representative who said just come in and they can exchange the old one for the new one. When i arrived i stood there for a couple of minutes in front of Manny in the Parts Department before he acknowledged that i was there. I explained to him that i was there to do an exchange because i received the wrong part for my car. I gave him the one that came through the mail and the one i was looking for. He begins to tell me he cannot assist me without the box it came in, mind you i gave him the part in the bag it came in and provided him with the online receipt which included all the information that was needed. He continued to give me attitude and say he cannot help me and toss the emblem back at me. Me being confused at where the attitude was coming from says to him I spoke with someone over the phone. He yells to staff and says whoever spoke to him on the phone needs to come help him. I explained to him i spoke to someone a couple of days ago. He grabs my phone looks at the receipt, goes on the computer and then walks through the aisle comes back and says that he cannot help me without the box. That to me is equivalent returning an item to Target and saying that they cannot exchange the item because i am missing the Target bag. Even though i have the receipt and item. That to me just doesnt add up. So, he calls to another associate (Alejandro Caballero) out of frustration and continued attitude and says that i need help but i dont have a box. Alejandro comes and ask me what i was there for and for the receipt and was able to assist me within that brief time i spoke with him. He was able to resolve what i came in there for minus the attitude. My frustration is that i gave Alejandro the same information i gave to Manny and he was able to help me without the attitude and without me having a box. Manny is in a position that he deals with customers, so Customer Service should be one of his priorities. If not he is in the wrong position. Whatever issue he may have been going through prior to me arriving should not translate to bad customer service. Also, instead of Manny assisting me he passes the work off to Alejandro. Then gets mad at me and gives me attitude and raises his voice when i express to him that the service that was provided was bad customer service. There are plenty of people without jobs during this time that would be grateful to have a position with Nissan Performance that would provide great Customer Service and know how to do their job without passing the buck onto someone else because of laziness or incompetence. Alejandro and Elijah in the Parts Department was able to assist me and also apologized for how Manny acted. I was appreciative of the Customer Service they provided. I spent time writing this letter because i do not want another customer to have the same experience that i did. I will continue to escalate in hopes that customer service becomes priority.
This place is the worse dealership I have been to. On Sat me & my husband went to this dealership saw on FB nice offers etc. Our sales rep gave us our options at the end of the day we left, so the the finance girl calls me after like 30 mins told her the the offer was not the payments we were looking for. Well she said let me see what I can work out. She called me back reached an agreement and said I will be there Monday afternoon to sign since they are closed Sundays. Monday comes around 8/2 I called in the morning spoke to finance girl 2x about questions I had and she said let me know if you passing by. Called her again left message “yes I’ll be there” make sure all is ready because I have kids with me including a 3yr old. Sales rep contacts me to send him my ID, ins card etc ok fine. Well we arrived to dealership after major traffic at about 6:15pm, nice gentleman said give us 10mins ok no problem. Well 2 hours passes finally I get to a finance guy ( very nice person) because the girl left early. Finance guy was very honest to us and was surprised when I told him what I was promised. Come to find out that on Sat the mgr entered incorrect numbers to bank and she didn’t review it apparently so my so called “approval” was pending and higher payments! No one bothered to inform this to me through the day before I wasted my time going over to sign!! They have absolutely no communication there it’s like a circus act! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
One of the most professional and attentive staff I’ve been around from the minute you walk in until the minute you leave. Customer service 5*. Mr. Greshford Warren helped me sell my car and talked me though everything that I needed to know. Also the manager,Derek, was very present and helped with the process. Everyone in the building was happy and smiling, through their masks! You could see it. All the employees were happy to be there and work. I will definitely be back.Happy New Year!

I want to start by saying this was my best experience in buying a car, Alex the sales rep explain everything to me and my wife, he explain the ins and outs of the car, amazing job great personality def ask for him when you go to get a car you can tell the guys truly cares, than Derek also helped me from the beginning on getting the best deal for my trade in and for me to get a new car, and lastly Laura treated us amazing explain everything we were signing in order for us to walk out with our new car above and beyond attitude ! Performance Nissan on Federal Highway was the worst place to do a deal with. Before you sign anything, make sure to check all the hidden fees. They will rip you off like they did with me. The owner Bob, the sales manager Josh, the salesperson Ed and the financial lady Laura, all work together to rip you off. Be careful and cautious when purchasing a vehicle from them. I bought 5 cars from them and I want to undo just one car. They tried ripping me off in almost $7,000! Speaking with everyone and finding a way to get an understanding was useless. After you sign the paperwork, you don’t have any rights, the ONLY person who can undo the contract is the dealership. They opted to not help me out. Instead, they tried making me pay almost $9,000 to trade in for a smaller one.

January 4, 2021 Excellent sales and shopping experience. They offered me a very good deal to replace my car. My Sales Representative Renee Rikeman was outstanding, very patient and a pleasure doing business with her. Stay far away from this dealership. I had the worst ever experience. Mike Lewis in the body shop agreed to fix my car and he never followed through. He made me keep coming back but never finished the job that he agreed to. They charged me for a new tire that they didn’t replace properly. Mike was yelling at me in my face. Horrible person and horrible customer service.

Over the past 6 years, I have leased 3 cars from Roy at Performance Nissan. He has gone out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. In addition, I love Nissan cars. I’ve had the Maxima, the Murano and the Altima. The interior is upscale and I love how they drive. Performance Nissan is a family owned business and you can tell. Bobby Serpentini, owner/general manager, makes customer service a priority. Rebecca Hussle is the Owner Customer Loyalty Manager and she is perfect for her job! Sheloves what she does and it shows. I came over to this location just to see what all the fuss was about on Facebook. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Marvin Saunders and he really made the experience easy especially one of the managers I forgot to get his name. The cars on the lot were very good deals and mostly new and pre owned with great miles! We came expecting to see some cars but ended up leaving $0 down surprisingly. The manager and Marvin said we shouldn’t have any problems. My wife’s credit is fairly new but good so we thought we’d put like $500 to $1000. But we walked off financing with $0 and $300 a month. There’s a bunch of bonuses you can get; First time buyer, recent college grad etc and they’d get you discounts off your purchase!!I’d advice you to head over and let Marvin get you into your new car. I think trade ins are a plus as well.
