I took my husband to get an initial hearing test that was referred by hus doctor. Thomas went through all the steps and explanations. He placed hearing devices in my husbands ears to get a correct adjustment for his hearing. After sometime my husband could hear others better but still had a back sound with his own voice. Thomas gave up a said he would eventually get used to the noise. He then showed us his sales pitch which was only the most expensive hearing aides.. Between 8,000.00 to 10,000.00. Then he read a paper to my husband asking him to sign it. It was some kind of agreement. My husband put down the pen and told him that we were on a fixed income. He then mentioned financing. Then he mentioned the cheaper models. We told him we would go home and discuss it, he then tried to convince my husband to take the hearing aides he fine tuned and keep them for a week. No way were we going to be responsible for 10,000 dollar equipment. The next day I called to have them fax the test results to hi doctor. They would not do it. They said they usually mail the results but must get a request from his Dr. first. They never mention any of that before. And they knew exactly why we were there. Been looking around and can get the same type aides many other places fir half the price. What a scam.
I love this business. Barry has helped my Grandpa, mom, and both my sisters find great fits for hearing aids. They can hear much better now, which makes my life easier😅 The technology offered here is top of the line, and they work really well to find exactly what hearing care you need. You DEFINITELY get what your pay for. Miracle ear has taken such great care of my family for years and years. Worth every penny!

In my experience, the political views of a family business should not get in the way of customer service, but here it has. It’s incredibly unprofessional to hoist a political flag, no matter the side, on the flag-pole outside of a business. Politics should have nothing to do with business. It is in Miracle Ear’s best interest to remove the political flag.
The providers here are so nice! They really care about the hearing impaired and want to provide the best results for those in need of help. Definitely worth every penny!

This business doesnt even deserve a 1 star. My husband and I went in and did the hearing test and it all went great until we asked the prices. He gave us the prices and they were outrageous. We asked if they had anything different and he said no. Then we wanted to get his hearing test and they were going to charge us $100 just for the test. They were very rude and arent good people to work with.
Was going to go there for ear help, but the political flag outside left me feeling that it would be a hostile place and experience. Also, not professional.
I received a piece of junk mail designed to look like a check in my mailbox the other day. Seems like a dirty move designed to prey on the elderly.Dont you think that your advertising principles reflect upon your business? Why would you send out such dirty tricks and expect the community to support you?Beware everyone! This place lost all my trust.
The Team at Miracle Ear have been awesome. I have had my aids for a couple years and just recently went in for a scheduled checkup and evaluation. Barry made some suggestions and adjustments on my aids that have only enhanced my hearing experience. I would highly recommend to anyone the Team at Miracle Ear.
Barry always goes out of his way to care for my hearing needs. I couldn’t be more pleased. He has taken care of 4 generations of my family with our hearing loss. Several family members have tried cheaper devices and have found that Miracle Ear are worth the cost for the quality of care that we receive. The devices are superior and we can walk in anytime to have adjustments made. The staff know our family members by name and are always friendly when we come in. When I originally purchased my first devices 12 years ago, I used care credit and had a monthly payment that was very doable for our family. They were paid off that first year and are one of the best investments Ive made. I had no idea how much I was missing with my family, unable to hear the little things. I knew with my own father and grandfather that family members tend to just start ignoring those that are hard of hearing after growing weary of hearing what? repeatedly or being asked to constantly repeat comments or conversations. I could see that happening with my own kids and my husband agreed it was time. Since then, we have had to purchase Miracle Ears for 2 of our own children. We all love the option of having our podcasts, music, and phone calls right in our ear for optimum sound. No need to ear pods anymore! yay!
I have tried and tried to tell these people to leave me alone, but to no avail. I first got hearing aids from miracle ear in about 2013 and my initial experience was positive. The lady who fitted my hearing aids was knowledgeable and professional, but when she left my experience went south very quickly. I had a pair of hearing aids that needed to go back to the manufacturer for repair. When the hearing aids came back from repair, they did not work right. The hearing aids screeched in my ear every time a certain pitch of sound came on the TV or radio. The screech was so loud my wife could hear it across the room. I went in and saw Mr. Finlay and he could no adjust them properly, even though he is supposed to be the expert. The woman who adjusted them correctly was no longer working at the Pocatello office. I went back and another guy tried to adjust my hearing aids but was unable to stop the screeching, so I stopped wearing them and told miracle ear I wanted no more contact with them. I had to pay over $5000 for my co-pay and these jerks did not know how to make them work right. Only after the warranty expired did they reach out to me to try to make it right. I am fed up with these con artists and recommend you go elsewhere for hearing aids. I am back to saying what a lot. IT SUCKS, and I feel like I have been cheated and lied to .
Ive been a miracle ear customer for 6 years now, and my experiences with Barry Finley and the excellent staff in Pocatello have been remarkable. The hearing aids I received were a huge improvement over the old style I had. I recently upgraded to the latest technology and find my hearing capability at a whole new level. The staff is always eager and prompt in making any adjustments I need, or ANY type of service needed to keep my instruments in tip-top condition. Theyre like next-door neighbors; we call each other by first names, joke, talk about our families, jobs, etc. Its great to have people in this profession you can trust to take the best possible care of you in such an important area of your life.

Very disappointed in a company who refused to take back refurbished hearing aids that they sold for $3000.00 ($2000.00 which had already been paid for) to a ninety year old lady, which she may have wore approximately two times and the company refused to take them back AND billed the estate for the rest. The manager would not even talk to me and had the receptionist tell me this, over the phone. I had been into the office two times before the call but he was never there. I will say the receptionist was very kind and I understand whoever was assisting with getting the hearing aids adjusted was great. Unfortunately, my family will never deal with Miracle Ear again.
I have used Miracle Ear aids for 5+ years. I used Starkey previously and had constant clarity problems. Since using Miracle aids the clarity has greatly improved and Barry and his staff have provided friendly and professional service. I will continue to use Miracle ear products.
Never was something so important.. and we knew it. But we didnt expect a MIRACLE. My sweet husband had been losing his hearing for years (eventually they told us he had 70-75% hearing loss). We couldnt talk, he couldnt hear anything I said unless we were looking eye to eye, and I spent so much time yelling that the rest of the family was looking at me like I was crazy. It had actually become a danger, look-out and be careful were not heard. Odd noises in the car went unattended. He could hear little of what the grandchildren said.. until .. Yesterday, when the people at MIRACLE EAR changed our lives.. literally. Thank you very much.
