Took my 87 year old mommy there a month ago and she is so happy. Her hearing aids are paired to her iPhone so now she knows when she is getting a call, a text, can listen to the music on her phone plus watch YouTube, and all other social media’s that include sound! They are professional and caring! I highly recommend Costco and will be going there when it’s my turn!

Dr. Summers is great! How wonderful to have an actual doctor of audiology help with hearing aid selection of top quality heading aids at a price that has not been inflated. She is patient, sweet, and very knowledgeable.

We had heard how great Costco was so my wife and I drove over two hours to buy memberships and purchased her the most advanced hearing aids...the Kirkland 9+ series. We were impressed until on the ride home one of the hearing aids quit working. Due to the failed over the phone troubleshooting, they determined the hearing aid was defective. So no problem right? We would return tomorrow to return the defective hearing aids and exchange them for new ones that worked...but NO! Even though my wifes new hearing aids did not last the ride home, we were told that we would have to go through the inconvenience of driving back the two plus hours and Costco would send back the defective hearing aids for repair...and then drive back for a new fitting when they return in a few weeks. Why doesnt Costco stand behind their costly product and issue my wife new hearing aids and properly fit them and send us on our way with an apology like any other electronic stores? Then Costco should send in the defective hearing aids for reimbursement from the manufacture. They should suffer the inconvenience for the defective product instead of passing it on to the consumer.

They were closed on sunday. thats to bad.i like costco i go there all the time.
