A few years ago, knowing I likely had hearing loss I went to a different Audiologist. I felt rushed to make a hearing aid purchase. I did not make a purchase and decided to wait to purchase hearing aids.This summer I made my first appointment with Ron. It was a completely different experience! Ron has taken the time to make sure I purchased the correct devices for my needs. Even more impressive has been the follow up care. He really listens and addresses any concerns I have.I highly recommend Ron! Of course I still wish I did not need hearing aids, but its wonderful to hear so much better.

Centrum hearing & audiology are very kind, courteous, and professional. All the staff is great. Visited their office a couple of years ago with what I thought was a hearing issue in one ear. It was just some wax buildup. I will definitely go back and suggest their business to others. Thank you.

A few of years ago I had a hearing test from another service and was told I needed hearing aids. I decided now was the time so I could get them before retirement; did a little research on the potential vendors; also knew Ron Conlin served my mother well*; so I went to Centrum. After my hearing test with Centrum, I was informed that the higher frequency deficit I have can only be marginally improved with hearing aids and tinnitus cant be corrected. So hearing aids probably isnt worth the investment. AND, he didnt charge me for the test! He will do free screenings. *(It took patience to work with my mother.)

Ron was great to work with and helped me get my Oticon hearing aids working well. He took the time to do the job right, great service!

Absolutely The Best. Wonderful, experienced service. Ron is without doubt a very experienced and knowledgeable audiologist. Great customer service, you cant go wrong. These are the best hearing aids I have ever had, and they are linked to my phone. I can make minor adjustments as I go, and hear my telephone calls directly through my hearing aids. Ron set everything up for mem and nothing is too much trouble. I recommend Centrum Audiology whole heartedly.

I have been tested and told my hearing is really really bad....so during the C19 the company I was going to purchase devices at closed....Ron kept his business going to help the unfortunate like myself...He didnt just take extra steps to help me..he jumped the hurdles and searched up and down to locate the aids I needed....then he had to swim through my problems to set them up for my problematic ears.....Excellent work..works for the client..beyond what others will do for your needs...Thx...Centrum Hearing

I have had hearing aids all my life and I have never received the great service I receive with centrum, constantly getting ads from other hearing business but I will never switch Ron takes the time to make sure you are completely satisfied he is not there just for the money like other places I would recommend him to everyone I know
