We brought our Chevy Express van in to Endurance after taking it to another auto place and having a terrible experience. We worked with Dylan at Endurance, who did a diagnostic for us for free (which is apparently standard there, how is this not standard everywhere!), and Kimberly gave us a breakdown quote of the repairs needed. We loved chatting with Kimberly while the diagnostic was being done - very cool that the owner is also the person managing the front of house. We scheduled a time to bring it in, and Dylan did all of the work that day. He kept us up to date, and the price ended up being less than quoted!!! which was such a relief. Dylan explained clearly what was wrong with it, what needed urgent attention, and what could wait if we wanted. It was so nice to go somewhere where we didnt feel like we were being scammed on repairs that werent needed. When we got the van back, it felt like it was a whole new van! We had never heard it run so smoothly! We also were able to ask Dylan and another mechanic for their advice on our set up and really appreciated that they actually took the time to talk with us. This was our first experience with an auto repair shop and a mechanic where we walked away feeling 100% happy. Thank you Dylan for the amazing work you did for us!

Repair was done in excellent time! As usual, staff is friendly and courteous. LOVE their new beverage machine.. LOL. I was free to enjoy my day off and do errands!

I thank God for the people at Endurance Auto. They kept me safe. I was having a thump sound when hitting a bump.. They took it for a drive and heard the noise then put it on the lift and found that the frame had rusted through by the rear wheel. Thank you for keeping us safe

By far, the best mechanic shop in Minnesota, both for their Honesty and outstanding value!You can tell they really want what is best for you, not just whats best for their bottom line. Friendly service, and good communication every step of the way.If you provide the parts, they are happy to install them for you, and they also have an arrangement with Napa for fast delivery if you dont have the parts you need. Lightning fast turnaround, on every repair weve ever had done here.I always shop around for every major repair on my vehicles, and Endurance always came in with the best prices. One time, I was quoted $1,800 for a timing belt replacement at a nearby shop, endurance did that same repair for about $1,000. I was so happy, I had my transmission flushed, new spark plugs, a new water pump, and even with all that extra service, I still paid much less than the competitor.

I have been very happy with the service, staff and pricing too. Always good communication.

This was the first time I went to this shop to have the oil change and tire rotations for my vehicle since I moved here. I told them the jacking points on the frame is slightly above the bottom of the plastic trim pieces. I noticed the technician did pay attention when jacking up the vehicle. I took a peak over the windows a few times time to time and I was very satisfied with what I saw. I will definitely come back again.

This place is a local gem. I’ve been there twice for brake repairs on two separate cars. The first time was years ago and it was a very significant and huge job. They let me make payments on it. The other night I was trying to replace my brake pads and rotors and messed something up. I called the next morning on Saturday when they opened (they have shortened hours on this day 8am-12pm). Took my car in at 10 and it was done by 11:30, they were even happy to use the parts I bought so it saved me money. The mechanic and receptionist were professional and very friendly. I will be moving out of state soon and will miss this place!

Endurance won me over soon after I moved to the neighborhood. My tires werent right and they fixed the problem. They could have charged me $300+ and I would have thought, OK, fine. But the bill was, like, $25 bucks. These people are friendly, accommodating, and very good at car repair. And oh, did I mention less expensive and totally honest?

Regarding my review. I am very glad I stopped in to speak with you about the car. And yes, you were correct in that I did not have the whole story. Unfortunate, my visit came after I posted my review as I trusted what I was told. I had a knee jerk reaction based on being take advantage of by other mechanics in the past. You were more than willing to show me all of the photos and explain to me exactly what was done. I know when I’m wrong so please accept this as my apology.

Best customer service I have had with any mechanic. Prices are very reasonable and they get me in and out even when they are busy.

In 3 years of using this shop, they have never ripped me off. They will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and what it will take to fix it, or to fix it so it at least will run some more. They also speak to women like they are people, not idiots. I recommend this shop highly.

I never write reviews but for this I feel like I need to let everyone know how amazing this place is. The people are always friendly and go above and beyond the typical auto service. They never pressure you into buying unnecessary things and thoroughly explain anything wrong with your car. Being a young person with little experience with cars its truly a blessing that I found this place.

Great experience here. My car wouldn’t start 10 mins before my 1pm appointment; I called and let Tammy know I wouldn’t make my appointment time - she said no worries call us if you get it started and they’d work me in. Sure enough at 3pm I got my car jumped and called, and she told me come on over. I was in and out in 30 minutes! They also checked my battery for me for no additional charge. Without a coupon it was a total of ~$34 for oil & filter. I look forward to giving them more of my business!

My rating is more of a 4.5. The Endurance staff is very courteous and they take the time to get to know you. They are also nice enough to explain the issues your vehicle may be going through (when you dont quite understand). If your vehicle has lengthy repairs, Endurance will provide a loaner vehicle for you to use until your vehicle is repaired.

Food is good and they serve large portions. I always bring home leftovers

Long story short. My wife and two small children broke down on the side of 494 in the heart of rush hour on a very hot day. AAA came and picked them up and towed the van to Endurance Automotive. Thank God they did! Endurance fit us in before other vehicles knowing our situation and got the job done quickly, fairly, and even returned a lifetime warranty alternator to OReilly Auto Parts for us for free. By far the best auto mechanic shop in Plymouth and surrounding areas.

I wouldnt recommend going here - went in a while back because my SRS light was on, their solution was to replace my entire console. That, an oil change, window wiper replacement and lights replacement came to just under $1000.When I asked what their tests were bringing up, the mechanic said that he was receiving a miscellaneous error regarding why the SRS light was on - so instead of at least googling why my car may be having this issue, as far as I can tell he decided to give up researching after one test. After my own research, its likely a sensor issue - in other words, not something worth spending hundreds of dollars over.Either way, my SRS light came on again even after the replacement. Not giving Endurance another chance.

My sons old Cadillac need a repair and we knew no one in the business, as my husband and I work in dealerships and never needed to find an auto repair shop. But my son needed one and we chose Endurance because of the proximity to my Sons home and the reviews we saw on-line. And we could not have been more pleased. He was given a cost-effective repair with no upselling (as could definitely have been done on THIS car, lol). He was given a great repair at a fair price in a timely manner, by friendly & honest people. We now have a repair shop!!

Bob Crook (owner) and Rob (exhaust) were absolutely incredible. I upgraded the exhaust on my Charger R/T with their help and got exactly what I was looking for. The place was clean and everyone was exceedingly friendly.

Kim was amazing to work with!!! She was so helpful and made the truck rental experience for our move much better and even gave us coffee with a therms so it would stay warm and not spill!

I would not recommend. Taking vehicle. Here, the new guy bruce is a scamer !! I took my truck in for gas leak he called back told me over 1100 i told him no he called back with some bs lines how he found unbelievable. Price thats unheurd of so he is doing me all kinds off favors so its now 856 out the door well i had a cupon 100 off 750 or more ..when i got there he said he already gave me that deal and he took the cupon. And said ill atach it what a bunch of. Bs and i look at my bill and it said 88$ discount .. Lets just say i will not be bring my tuck or cars there if he is still working there !!!! Iv had problems with him befor trying to over charge and not honor cupons ....

They had the Budget rental truck ready for me, however the trailer was not compatibile with my car like it said it would be. I ended up going back the next morning and they had no other options, so we had to rig up a way for the car to sit properly.
