Great Honda Experience 10 years;*** Absolute worst experience ever with honda at the Plymouth location. ***I came from ocean honda which had amazing service team. I was sad i had to switch because I moved recently.Honda of Plymouth- First service, lost my car registration and told my wife she needed to go to the RMV to order another one. (Later, after my wife ordered a new one ($25), a service rep said that was weird because they could have printed us a new one which the service rep that day didnt know I guess This cost us $25 for honda losing our paperwork.- Next apointment, different vehicle, was for a sticker and mulipoint inspection. When I got there, they had failed to inform me that the inspection tech had called out sick. This was the main reason for the service appointment. They should have called me to reschedule.- Same appointment, tech didnt know if they could do multipoint inspection alone, had to call the manager.- Next call with service at Honda of Plymouth for a simple headlight bulb replacement, they blind transfered me to parts and blind transfered me back to service. None of which even had my name or issue upon picking up the call. (Other Hondas, the service rep owns the entire service experience.) I would expect at least a warm transfer or rep to explain to the next person in transfer for continuity of customer service experience.- Upon discussing with another Honda, found that Honda of Plymouth lied about obtaining my previous honda record. They performed services upsell on that lack of information.- They only included the price of the parts in the quote, so the upsell price which I verified with them for $375 became $488 at checkout for 30 minutes work. (I was in the waiting room 30 minutes) Seems the free inspection time gets back charged if you perform a service.I have moved to Silko Honda:Upon my first call with Silko, without mentioning anything, the service rep checked the parts themselves and also was able to get me into a service time a week earlier than Honda of Plymouth. Im normally really chill and friends with service but so many issues in one week with Honda of Plymouth, especially when Ive had great service from ocean honda since 2011(10 years)I am shocked.

I just bought my first car with Tufankjian Honda of Plymouth last week. I have worked with several car dealerships throughout the years, and this dealership in my opinion is without question the best in New England for overall customer experience, service, quality, and price. I called the day of, made an appointment (Kristin was so nice and accommodating- answered all of my questions). I showed up an hour before closing time, and I met with Jim. Jim was refreshingly transparent and accommodating throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. Jim and Joel were both unbelievable- patient, answered all my questions, and did not push anything onto me. I signed off on a car that night- Jim and Joel stayed almost 2 hours after closing time to help me complete the process all in the same night- AMAZING. Joel was incredible- so informative, funny, and made the finance/insurance experience a 10/10 quick and painless - that dealership is very lucky to have him. I would highly recommend Jim, Joel, and this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. The prices are competitive and reasonable- and you cant beat the service here!! Clean interior of the dealership! Not sure if I’m going to buy from them, but great experience so far.Update: there is a $400 documentation fee, which is only disclosed when you are finalizing the sale. Not ideal for someone during a pandemic. But the car is running nicely.

All around good experience. Christina the receptionist was kind pleasant and helpful. Brian in sales was very nice and performed good customer service. I will have to say Joel DiLillo did everything he could to make sure we drove away in a new car today amazing customer service he was funny and personable.

Lacking integrity. The maintenance intake personnel disregarded my mechanical issue due to the fact I am a female. I am a new customer to this dealer as I recently made a new purchase. The tire pressure warning light came on, they filled the tires, reset the light, once I got home, the sensor light came on again. This happened twice. After the second time I brought my vehicle to an independent reputable garage and was told I had a bad sensor. Upon this diagnosis I returned to the dealer a third time, and my concern was dismissed. I was told, that if it is a sensor, it has to fault completely. Until then theres nothing we can do because we do not know which sensor it is and we cant replace all of them to find the bad one...,If it is EVEN a sensor maam, your tire just needed air. Again, on my way home with freshly filled tires that light reappeared.Bottom line, Once theyve sold you the car and you drvie off the lot, they wipe their hands clean off you.I will not purchase my next honda from them.

I stoped in to look at the cars. They offer a wide variety to choose from at this location. They are friendly and courteous when you enter. I was greeted by a salesman who assured me I was at the right place to purchase a car. They practice social distancing and offer you hand sanitizer throughout the dealership. Although I didn’t purchase a car. I would highly recommend this dealership.

We had the best experience at Plymouth Honda! Unsure if we were ready to purchase a new Pilot we test drove one with Eduardo. He was very informative, friendly, and easy going. After we test drove we left and kept in touch. The following week we ended up needing to purchase a new pilot so we reached back out to Eduardo and he helped us with everything we needed. Even after we left the lot he assured us we could reach out to him with any questions or concerns. We recommend working with him with any purchase!

This purchase started off at another dealer that could not even provide me the approval lenders name, APR, or even the windows sticker to a car that I just placed money down on. Wonderful experience from start to finish. We new exactly what we wanted going in and already negotiated online. Brian greeted us at the door, we test drove our new vehicle, and decided it was the one! He worked quickly and effectively to get us through the process. We were only there for an hour and a half before we had our financing and all. It was the holiday weekend so we didn’t leave with the vehicle, but Brian was in touch with us. I knew I wanted a Honda; did my research online and decided on Honda of Plymouth based on previous experiences of friends/family. After submitting a pricing request, I was contacted by the very professional and friendly internet sales manager (Kristen). We discussed what I was looking for; she made recommendations and reviewed pricing and I made an appointment for that evening. Once there we were greeted by Eduardo (Edo) and -- once again -- the service couldnt have been better. He was extremely friendly, respectful and courteous, I never felt pressured and he always spoke directly to me (never tried to defer to my husband -- a pet peeve of mine and a common occurrence at other dealerships). The salesman who sold me the car was scattered, not knowledgeable, and unprepared. Be prepared to pay an excise tax immediately after you purchase the car. Typically, the dealership will pay this tax then when you pay off the vehicle, and obtain the title, you will pay it. Or, they will include it in the price. They will manipulate you to get the price they want for the car by charging you later down the road. Go elsewhere.

Best dealership buying experience I have ever had. Just bought a new vehicle and I was impressed by the lack of game playing. They valued my time and didnt waste it. They sold me the new Pilot at a very good price and gave me a fair price on the trade in. Marion was a superb salesperson to deal with. I will be calling him when its time for my daughters car next spring. The sales managers Mark and Jason were very fair and honest. The finance manager Matt got my paperwork done as quickly as possible. It is great to deal with a dealership who doesnt use high pressure sales tactics. All around buying experience was amazing. I hope their Service Department is at the same caliber. Really the only thing they could have done to make this experience better is run the new vehicle through recon and clean it before I showed up. That being said the cleaning process was done before the paperwork was done so it didnt cause any delay.

Marion is the exact opposite of everything you dont like about an auto salesperson. He is calm and kind, and a really good listener. Marion does not just make believe your input counts, he begins with your input. The CRV I purchased here speaks for itself but the sales staff and, dont faint, the finance dept (thanks Joel) make the entire experience a pleasure.

We worked with Edwardo who was superb. He made our experience quite comfortable. I would work with him again. The only issue we had was we waited for finance for over 5 hours because there was only 1 finance manager working at the time. We bought the car on Friday but because it took so long to work with financing we had to wait to pick the car up on the following Monday. I asked to have splash guards put on the car since we waited for 5 hours and they would not agree. My time is valuable as well as theirs, it would have gone a long way for them to somehow acknowledge this and at least meet us halfway on the splash guards.Sean Montgomery

Great experience. Went to purchase a used 2015 Odyssey, but due to a recall I was unable to complete purchase. Joel was great and worked with us to get the best deal possible on a new 2018 Odyssey that ensured the safety of my family. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and the process was quick and painless. The whole sales team put in a team effort to complete the deal that was agreed upon. This is my second time using them this year and they just keep getting better and better! Even their used cars are in great condition and run amazing! It’s honestly hard to find something wrong with any of their used cars because these people care about what they are putting on the road. I’ve worked with two different sales guys, (Dave and Brian) and both won’t give up until they are able to find you a ride that you want.Joel is the only guy I ever want to get me financed for another car. Not only is he amazing at his job, but he truly cares about you and if you are going to be happy in the vehicle you choose. Joel will look out for you and take time to explain things to you. I never once felt rushed in his office. Joel really does an amazing job treating everyone that walks through his doors like family.Both times I went there, I was by myself with my two young boys and both times, everyone helped me with my boys. They also have a play room which is such a nice thing to have in a dealership. The toys are well taken care of and there isn’t any small toys that could be a choking hazard.When I went there for my second time, it was very cold outside. Brian took all my requests and instead of us running around the lot with two babies, he ran around solo and brought the cars out front for me to look at so my kids could stay safe in the play room.I’ve honestly never found a place where I can pop in once a year for a car and everyone remember my kids, husband, and myself by name. These people are absolutely amazing and I won’t ever go to another dealership again.

They offered me a good deal and Vitor was very helpful arranging financing. When I picked up my car, Eduardo spent a half hour showing me how to operate all of the features. We were in the market for a used car and went to another dealership which was a nightmare. Although it was an hours drive for us to get to Plymouth, we decided to make the trip to test drive a car we saw on the web. From the moment we walked up to the door, we were completely impressed. We were greeted warmly by Marion who helped us find a car we liked even better than the one we went for. He was excellent. Never pushy but listened completely to what we wanted. Marion, along with the manager and finance person, got everything completed quickly. They were fair and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. I told Eduardo what I was looking for and he brought me to exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful when it came to financing and turning in my old car.
