Victor was very kind and showed off the space and the features of the building.Place smelled nice and fresh.During a deposit into the unit I noticed a blood stain in the elevator. Onsite staff was notified and took immediate action to clean/sanitize and correct the discovery. Action was immediate after reporting.Very happy and feel storage unit is safe!Thank you again for securing my belongings.

This was the first time Ive ever needed a storage locker and it exceeded all my expectations. This facility is so clean inside and out. I didnt really know the storage sizes so Chuck took his time and explained everything to me. He even showed me around and answered all my questions. Extra space is the worst company to rent from they double your rate increases just to make revenue for the Stockholders… so to make them happy you screw ur customers over with these high rate increases hoping we accept it or move out so new customers can pay the higher rate ridiculous

I needed extra storage and this place was right down the road from me. I rented it for about 7 months or so and easy peasy! The place is very safe to enter at any hour. Super clean as well. This one is one of the newer facilities. I would highly recommend dealing with Joe T. He has great customer service and very friendly and understanding. Wish everyone i dealt with was a friendly as Joe!

Joe and Kirby are the epitome of the type of employees that represents Extra Storage. I Went in on Thursday and met a wonderful Gentleman by the name of Chris, he showed me a 10x10 we spoke about the fees he showed me the entrance how clean the property is an also how to acces the building he also informed me of my access hours and the rules an regulations if i were to choose extra space,he asked me how soon was i looking to rent and if there were any questions i may have which is rare im so used to being pressured to buy or rent he made it completely comfortable for me to really take what he was saying in and also safe enough to store my belongings i will return to rent.

Joe was very professional and knowledgeable! The customer service I received from him was awesome. The service I received from Extra Space Storage was awesome the unit was clean and spacious. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a storage unit.

I am temporarily out of work a single mother instead of Ernesto offering me a cost friendly and per my items unit he up sold me for his gain. Run run run away there are better companies to rent from.COVID-19 has impacted many families when you post you have a solution but the solution is not to the benefit of the customer its about profit pay pay pay or loss all of your possessions. I am writing the BBB that’s how bad the issue is.If you read below they don’t care about their customers some of these reviews may even be fraudulent family members of the attendants even.

The location is newer so the units are clean. Joe is excellent with customer service! He greets me by name each time he sees me come by. We have been so happy since we switched from another company across town.

Great place to store your personal belongings. I love it because even if its after hours (b4 10p) you still have access to your unit. Not to mention, security codes, to get in and then again to get to your units floor... I really like.

I decided to stop by the site on my way from work. Just to get some pricing for my mom who will be moving out of her home soon. Although I wasn’t sure when she would be moving or even she would actually need to space Jay took his time and explained the process to me. He showed me both the 10x10 and a 10x15 and then offered to call her himself. Mike cane from the back as I was about to leave and introduced himself as Jays partner. Another great guy. Terrible! Charged me for someone elses storage then charged me for my my own storage unit. They refunded me but saved my card as automatic payment so they charged me again. After calling them and telling them they overdrafted my account they told me i was lying.. a they offered me was !$25! off of a single month...ALL WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH. THE EMPLOYEE THERE HAD NOTHING BUT JOKES ABOUT EVERYTHING. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL AND untrustworthy. I will be reporting to BBB and everywhere else that I can
