Excellent service good jamaican food..clean food surface area...even saw someone wiping down the food surface area in between servings i thought that great taking the extra step for all the right reasons

Very disorganized.things are thrown everywhere.Nothing is put in the right position.The ceiling tiles are falling down around you. The store hasnt been moped in a very long time.The regional manager really needs to go through all their stores in South Florida .Corporate really needs to come down on the stores down here.So far Dollar tree in Lauderdale by the Sea is the only good one that I see 🤔.

Fully stocked. Nice staff. Only downside is that you cant see the dollar tree off of university drive. So you have to pay attention or youll pass it.

Its a huge store, but empty, empty shelves everywhere. I am use to seeing some boxes in the aisles of dollar tree stores, but they were literally more boxes then products on the shelves

Dirty and the employees were rude. One couldnt even look at me and mumbled I dont know, talk to someone at the register. Then I waited in a long line, when I got to the register I asked for 4 birthday balloons, she said no we dont have any birthday ones, I clearly seen a few. Not even offering to try to do something. Customer service was horrible.

I enjoy saving money

It was great despite not finding all my items. However, they had my favorite Chewy bars that I was missing for quite sometime.

Store used to be well kept, lately it’s almost always messy and not to mention the lines. It’s a guarantee that there’s 1 register open accompanied by a line running into the aisles.

This is the BEST Dollar Tree I have been to. The staff was friendly and willing to help, the over all general atmosphere was clean and organized and the holiday selection was great. I will be coming to this location until I we move and will return when we visit! Ralph was so helpful and MiMi is my absolute favorite cashier!

Make sure you ask for a receipt otherwise they are not going to give you the correct change they like handing you back dollars but not Change went back into the store to ask for my $.93 and the manager told me that you’re going to have to wait until someone pays cash so they can open the drawer meanwhile I have a handicap ended up standing there for five minutes and the manager had the balls to say to me I must really be attached at $.93 when it was their fault to begin with I don’t think it was by accident make sure you count your change very dishonest

Great place to get birthday balloons

One cashier, line of 9-11 people. Shelves disorganized and out of stock of many typical items —- not just once, but the last 4-5 visits. Understandable at the beginning of the pandemic, but not anymore. I keep telling myself to drive further to a different store — last night I left items in the hand basket (only found 1/2 of what I stopped in for) and walked out. I guess you get what you pay for?

Great deal on journals for girls. As well as little sewing kits. Always appreciate the treasures you can find at the Dollar Tree. Also this Dollar Tree was quite clean compared to most of their stores.

By far the rudest customer service of any Dollar Tree I have shopped at. Both Aneika and Suzette were to lazy to return my broken item. No wonder the shelves looked like they do in my photo... Stopped at another location an hour later and had no problem with my return. I hate when people waste my time by making me make an extra stop!

I had such a pleasant experience at this location. I was looking for a few items for a project I am doing and Angelica was kind enough to help me look for these items! She was very sweet and had so much patience with me! Very charming individual! Thank you for your help! I will be coming back to this store just because of her!

There is always one cashier. You have to wait so long to cash your items. I walk in to purchase 2 things, I stay in there 20 minutes or more! Theyre doing better with organizing though. I can actually find what Im looking for now.

Its close to Christmas, so the mayhem of articles all over the shelves, etc. is not surprising. However there were spills and other stains on the floor that had dried, but had never been cleaned. Only one cashier, who was overwhelmed, but maintained her pleasantness - good for her! Another employee trying to stock more gift bags as people were literally taking them off the hooks all around her. Saw only 2 employees in the whole store, needed more staff. I was there for Christmas gift bags, which are an excellent value here.

I was visiting the store to fill balloons with helium for my 1 year old sons birthday party but when I asked they said they didn’t have baby shark balloons so I said is it okay if they can fill my balloons and I’ll pay the same price and tip afterwards but after this the young man and lady started to get aggressive and rude towards me for asking a simple question...I don’t understand why they have to be this way, I have been shopping at this store for years now and I went that day earlier in the morning, all I ask is you to not hire people who don’t want to work there, if there just going to disrespect the customer then might as well not work there, after that I went to Publix and they gladly accepted it for a $1.50, Publix actually gives there customers the respect they need and deserve,I don’t recommend this store to anyone in the area unless you want to be disrespected.

As usual like many-a-Dollar-Tree the store looked like a Hurricane had hit it. That didnt bother me as much as the 2 registers open with about 15 people waiting in each as 3-4 (high school/college aged) employees just hung out in the front of the 2 closed registers having a good old time talking and laughing while one of the 2 girls behind the register busting her butt, had to ask them if they were clocked in/out? It would have been nice if half of the gossip girl gang (that were on the clock) could have helped to make things move along a little quicker.

Its always a wonderful and fun treasure hunt when I go to the Dollar Tree. This one in particular is well organized, most of the staff is friendly and helpful.

At times it looks like a hurricane hit the store. Items all on the floor, nothing in the right place. That doesn’t bother me though, what bothers me is that there will be the longest line and literally 2 registers open.. 2?! Seriously! And no one is trying to hop on the register to help and or the cashiers are not moving with a sense of urgency. It’s just all bad... BUT! Still love me some dollar tree! Lol

Would be nice if they answered the phone. My mother in law and I bought a couple cute Santa tins for the holidays to put candy in for aunts and uncles and we needed 3 more. All the Dollar Trees in a 5 mile radius of us said they were out and I called this one 3 different times and it just rang and rang. Really disappointing when you’re trying to finish holiday gifts and businesses don’t cooperate with customers.

I come from Kissimmee I went to this Dollar tree 8341 w sunrise Blvd Plantation fl 33322 the customer service was great Sue was very nice and the store was so clean compared to the one Kissimmee and well decorated for the summer I found beautiful thing that they don’t have over here at Kissimmee. It is true, you can get different things in this store but almost everywhere is something out of place. Most part of the time I have been in this store only one cashier is open and therefore it is highly probable you will see a line waiting.UpdateToday I went there, bought some cookies and when I got home realize the package was already open. Stupid me for no checking but anyway I am not happy.

Almost everything in this store is $1, so you can get party supplies, food, greeting cards are $0.50 each. ... If you buy any foods just make sure you check the expiration date. Overall great store.

This is by far the most disorganized and disgusting Dollar Tree I have ever seen. Things are all over the floor in all isles. Shelves are a mess. It’s rediclous.

I stopped in to purchase mothers day cards and to my surprise this store was a mess. Floors dirty, empty boxes strewn all over just a mess. This store has always been organized I dont know what happened. I will not be returning here. Management wake up and smell the coffee.

Well, its a Dollar Tree. Its a little disorganized though, and the cashiers seem to have friends visit them quite a bit--theyll check you out, but theyll talk to their friends the whole time. This has happened to me three times at this location. Theres no frozen foods section. Id recommend going a couple miles south on university to the dollar tree located next to JoAnns.

I just left this store, not only was dirty, in disarray, the floor looked like it had never seen a mop, I went to ask the cashier for something, in English ( I’ve been in this country for 25 years, lived in GA and NY and speak perfect English) I said : excuse me, do you have anymore of... and she cut me off and dismissed me with a “ I don’t speako ( yes with an “o”) spaniole”!!! I didn’t leave my shopping because I had already spend my time picking it, but needless to say, I’ll not come back to this store!!!

Clerk very rude.. Short Hispanic lady that worked on sat. 6/18/17 at 9:30am... Let the other clerk ring up an entire line of people alone .... She opened her register briefly to help one woman at the back of the line with a buggy full.. It appeared she may have knew the woman ... Maybe not.... They need more staff there ... There is always a long line

Thank you to the staff, I though I had lost my prescription glasses in the store and when I went back to ask if they had found them they told me to check the following day. I ended up going back a week later and they had and kept them in the L&F
