Went in for some new wiper blades and a few things I needed for my car. Stephanie was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable, she made the whole process smooth and painless. Thank you for being so helpful!

I went to autozone like last week, can’t really remember when but I needed new windshield wiper blades for my car and brand new seat covers. That’s when I met Kyle and he was literally the most nicest respectful employee ever, just by helping me out and giving his opinions on seat covers for my car. Kyle was like the nicest worker there. Everyone else was very nice but Kyle was the one that had the best supportive opinions on seat covers and helped me fixed the windshield blade on.

Cesar was very courteous and helpful. He installed a battery for me, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism.

Eryka was super helpful. Helped me get rotors and pads. I was able to get my correct fluid too. She is the best! Thank you eryka

The Auto Zone Plantation Store has an awesome team. We had an issue with a part that was still under warranty. We return the part but had an issue getting the brackets off. They were very helpful and I got the whole team working on my issue. A big thank you to Kyle, Albert and Jean. It’s always a pleasure going into that store as they are so helpful and the always remember us. It’s always about A+ service for these guys.

Well I came to the store everyone was so nice but the guy Name Kyle Banic was extremely nice to me he explained what I needed and made a copy of my report so I can show it to my mechanic thats what I call Custer Service.

I came in because my my battery kept dying. Didn’t really want to spend the money for a new battery, but I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful young lady that explained/recommended the best battery for my vehicle. So I was informed by Michelle that the battery was still under warranty but thats not all, she also recommended that I could get a better battery and a 3 year warranty instead.I ended up paying around $25 more and got a battery with a longer warranty.Thanks michelle you are a great customer service provider!

Was a bit surreal. The place was running entirely on a temp staff so they didnt know where things were but they were extremely polite and helpful. The young man that rang me up even asked me if I needed help. The regular staff were detained for questioning because thats where they arrested the MagaBomber. It is a very well kept and clean shop. Very well stocked.

I wouldnt really say its the staffs fault. I would say its the companys fault for. Having someone with no experience in the automotive field representing their company. If I tell someone that I need something for a certain year certain car. I dont need them questioning me about why Im putting it on another car and then going as far as telling me that it wont work. Ive been a mechanic for 20 years. I dont need anybody telling me what will and wont work. Certainly, not somebody standing behind a counter that can only tell me what the computer says. Once again not blaming the people who work there blaming the company.
