I ordered an aero spoiler for my trans am. I expected to have to do some sanding and filling once I received it. What I got would not fit the car. I took it to two body shops and both said it would not work and to get my money back. The company would not give me a refund. Terrible quality.

A great inexpensive alternative to the carbon fiber version. Was not so sure when I first saw the item from Exotic Euro Parts but ordered it anyway. Have mine in black and it looks great on my Red Tesla Model S. The fit was pretty much perfect as well. Have scraped the underside of lip a few times on steep driveways and no cracking or structural failure of product so far. Would highly recommend this to others as well.

Ordered a hood for my 75 Stingray. I ordered it on September 30, 2019 and as of today (November 7, 2019), I still do not have a delivery date. It took a while to get a response by email from them. They stated that they were having to custom build the hood. They had no timeline for me on when I would get it. I asked about a refund because this was a build, and they avoided the question. When I called their number, no answer but go voicemail to which they have not returned my call. It is now Dec 16, 2019 and still no call back or any updates. Keep getting the runaround.

Those guys are very great they know how to serve. I had my windshield done somewhere else and because of the weak insulation Im told it caused a bad rust problem. These guys took the time, before removing the new window, and try to clean up the damage caused by the other company at no extra charge.

I was searching for a carbon fiber substitute for my F250, and looking at multiple options, Exotic Euro Parts was a clear choice, and HALF was the price. The carbond fiber parts that I bought were of wonderful quality, and youd think they were factory parts after the installation was complete.

Customer rep was a good chap and told me what I wanted to get my Renault tyres changed. It was a shame that they didnt have my Meganes tyre switch. Its a 4 star this is why. This place is amazing, I get all the pieces of my GRAND CHEROKEE SRT LOOK. I removed an alternator, different engine bay covers, decals, pedals. Basically, they buy cars that are sometimes only damaged in one, and the rest of the parts are in great condition at much cheaper prices than the dealership.

The company did do a good job at shipping but when asking for a return because the parts were no where close to fitting and from the wrong year they have not reached back out and they have disrespectful people managing their chat, I do have a screenshot if interested. When I went to message back no one answered. I have sent their complaint email and no one has reached back out to me and that was over a week ago. I was told that my time wasnt adequate enough to have someone reply. Will never order again and I am probably going to send these parts back without an RMA number and have to dispute the charge. When emailed back they pinpointed that they reviewed but gave me return policy that I already read just prolonging it. Was really hoping they would work better with their consumers, shame.
