Tried to start my car today and I just got a click. I put the battery charger on for about 15 minutes and it turned over and started.After starting I checked the gauges and they showed a charge going into the battery so I drove it to Advance Auto for them to check the battery. After removing the battery they put it on the tester for about 30 minutes and discovered that the battery was toast.Great friendly service! So glad they made sure it was the battery before selling me a new one.Definitely recommend this location and company!

This is my second time going to advanced auto this week ( separate issues ) I can not say enough about the gentleman name Kevin. Both times I was met by unenthusiastic employees who could not be bothered to walk outside and help a customer. ( checking a code and testing a battery). Both times Kevin jumped into the recuse and came out to help me. His professionalism and kindness is something any company is lucky to have. I know during these times it is hard to find good employees but advanced auto is very lucky to have a person like Kevin on their team. He is the sole reason we are still customers after being our treatment by other employees.

I purchased Peak Blue European coolant to pick up in store as I needed it immediately. my wife goes there to pick up the coolant and bring it to me for them to pull a coolant bottle for Asian cars. Clearly they shouldnt be working in an auto parts store and clearly they cannot read either. Their inventory shows they have 5 in stock and they had 0 in stock. on top of that they didnt even want to call another store to see if they have it. look at the pictures for reference they all have what mixture they are for

Big waste of time. Janelli Couldn’t find my online order. Made me call retail and sit on the phone for an hour so she can take care of the guest behind me lol. Meanwhile the part was sitting right there but she didn’t know how to figure out if it was ordered at the store or online. Sat there for an hour when she couldve just gave it to me with my ID and phone number. Need to learn the job before you work

I’ve been buying from Advanced Auto Parts for many, many years. Everything from Car Batteries, Oil and Accessories to Replacement parts, but 2 day’s ago that has changed. I will NEVER walk into another location as long as I live. The way I was treated is inexcusable on so many levels and take this from a Business owner myself…..Especially in these times that many Businesses have now gone out.2 to 3 weeks ago I purchased a HID Headlight bulb from the Plantation Florida location for my Chevy Suburban and it was sold to me at a competitive price of $87…..this was not a Sale price, but their standard price. I should have replaced both at that time, but I didn’t……Anyway the other bulb went bad and back to the Store I go. I even brought the box of bulb I recently purchased so we could make sure they matched up. They typed on their computer and the same item I purchased a few weeks ago was $160 ……almost double the price. I unfortunately didn’t bring the receipt, but was happy to go home and bring it back to show proof of purchase with price. They said that would be great, but even if I did they still wouldn’t honor the previous price. I looked online to show them local competitors were half the price and they assured me they wouldn’t match any other prices. I spent about 30 minutes trying to see if they would even lower the price slightly so I could just make the purchase and be on my way. The Manager assured me he wouldn’t do anything to try to keep my business.I understand prices go up, but in business sometimes you have to work with your clients especially the loyal ones and especially clients that just purchased the same item at almost half off your current asking price.By the way in conclusion I drove 2 more miles down the road to Pep Boys and bought the same item for $62 and installed it within minutes in the parking lot. Saved myself almost a $100 and now I will buy all my parts for my 3 personal vehicles and my 4 business vehicles there for now on.Thank you Advance Auto Parts for really taking pride in your Company and Thank You to Max the Counter guy/His Manager on Duty at Advance Auto Parts that day for Absolutely nothing. I’ve never had to try so hard to reason with a Manager to honor or discount something I just recently bought from them only to come out empty handed.Be Warned Consumers do not buy from this Establishment, buy somewhere else that they will respect your Business.Price isn’t everything, but Attitude is and I assure you that they don’t care at Advance Auto Parts if you buy or not.

Do not shop here! I can not emphasize that enough. First off their staff including management are some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. Not to mention they are also incompetent. I came in simply to buy brakes for my car. Not only did they give me the wrong brakes. Even though I gave them year, make and model. I also gave them my vin#. When I went back to the store to return the brake pads, because of course they gave me the wrong ones, I was told by the supervisor to shut the f up and get out of his store. So if you want to get the wrong parts, and have terrible customer service. This is the store for you!

Quality service here. Fernando was extremely helpful and polite over the phone and assisted me immediately when I got there. The store manager, Anthony, has been great to me in the past and Damane who used to work up front always knows the best way to assist with an issue. Great team and great store.Shout out to Mia as well for picking up the phone even though she is a commercial driver and doesnt work in parts. I definitely admired her desire to help someone even though I know that technically isnt her job.

Ask for Jared I went in today needing some help with my car and he was so happy to assist. I really don’t see a lot of people who perform their job with alacrity anymore. This place is awesome. Everyone is super nice and wanting to help. There are other “automotive stores” closer to where I live but I’ll definitely be making the trek to this location just because of the customer service.

Oh my goodness, first let me thank Anthony the General Manager, and his team. He himself made this whole experience worth going there to find such great people. My car died on site, needing a new starter, gave me a place to rest inside, loaned me a phone charger since Im on vacation over here! He is incredible, and his team is, too. A great place to have to spend the afternoon haha. They have a mechanic close by who did my repairs. Very time efficient, caring staff, went out of the way to make my experience good.. glad I broke down over here instead of elsewhere

Battery was in stock which it was a problem after looking on Walmart, pep boys etc. However the best part was Michael he wasn’t even on the clock and he saw his friends were super busy helping other cars and I jumó in to help me install my battery, by the way he wasn’t even on the clock he was helping the store and friends. Ive had multiple issues at this location. I go to other advance auto parts stores because i have the rewards program with them. But this was the last straw. With only 2 customers at the store and 3 employees doing absolutely nothing. And i mean nothing. Literally standing around behind the counter. I wasted 20 minutes. And the kid behind the counter was not able to find an oil filter for a 95 camry. F*cking unbelievable... This happened friday, feb 19 2021 at 7:50 pm

Seems they were very busy today. My engine light came on so I wanted to see if they would run a diagnostic test. Due to Covid theyre only doing the battery testing. Next time, at least they were nice about it and there were quite a few pepper working the counters so no one was made to wait long.

I went there to replace the battery of my husband’s car. I’m not used to his car so had to ask for some extra guidance. The first employees to attend me seem very tired but were polite and helpful. I asked for some extra minutes to double check with my husband, and when i came back the new person that attended me was a nightmare: was extremely rude to me, instead of being helpful tried to confused me over and over on purpose just to get me buy something more expensive. Even told me that my battery didn’t fix right because I chose “the cheap one”. Complained that it was getting late and kept hurrying me up to pay because without sunlight would not install me the battery - which didn’t make sense since they have lights and still had 2 hours left to close (I even used my phone flashlight to stop the complaining). Didn’t answer my simple doubts after the Purchase was made, and after I asked to test my old battery just told me “anyone else can do that here” and left me in the middle of the store. It really was an awful experience, an awful treatment and I only stayed there out of necessity of not being left there with a car that didn’t start.

Terrible service! I went there to change the battery of my car key. The salesperson told me he had batteries, but not a screwdriver to open the key. I turned left, and there it was: a whole aisle full of screwdrivers. I opened the key with one of the screwdrivers I picked from that aisle and gave him the code. He said he had it, and went to look for it on the back of the store. While waiting for him to return, I looked down, and there they were: all the batteries. I picked the right one, paid for it, closed my key and walked out. They made a sale despite their salesperson. Will not go back.

Just what youd expect from an Advance Auto Parts but the service here is pretty good, which makes it different from others in my opinion. Jarek was very personable and took his time to help with selecting and installing a new battery quickly and easily. He also did not try any overly pressuring tactics to upsell. Store has a ton of parking space and they usually have a few good deals going on. Only negative is that it can get pretty busy and it takes a bit of a while to wait.

Rich was very nice and explained everything about our dead car battery. He gave fantastic advice and is incredibly knowledgeable. He definitely was very helpful and gave great customer service. He was super nice about our little baby too and rushed to help us so we could get him out of the heat of the car. Best customer service weve ever received at this store. But also, every other employee stopped to ask if we needed helped while I waited inside AND one even offered to give me a chair while I held the baby. Definitely some great employees at this location that really consider everything.

It makes me crazy that their online prices are so much better than in store. It also makes me crazy how easy it is to find coupons to use online but they wont let you use them in the store. Check online for better prices if you have time.

Ok, lets be clear that I didt get any service done here. I had some old oil from oil changes in my garage. Like pulling teeth trying to locate a place to take it. Even the County shut operatuons for Covid-19. These guys took all the used oil I had and an old car battery. So they care enough to recycle. A++ in my book. Neither Pep Boys nor OReillys would take more than a few gallons. So, Advanced Auto gets all of my future business. I cannot say enough about this. You guys are great!!

Typical Advance Auto store very clean this one on 595 and Flamingo Road. Got what I wanted right away and got the second half off so not a bad stop. I have an 18 year old car I throw seafoam in it, thats the product I bought and it works great I knew Advanced would have it in at a lower price too.

I came here to buy 2 parts (a thermostat and a radiator fan) after I was mistreated and quoted $650 at another auto shop for parts and labor (lets just say these boys have lost their pep). I wasnt sure if I got the correct thermostat but the woman there was very kind and said if anything I was more than welcome to return it and get the correct one. I ended up getting the wrong thermostat but my husband was quickly able to get the correct one picked out and ordered. Thank you Advance Auto Parts!!

Advance Auto Parts is great. Free battery installation. And if your check engine light comes on that will diagnose the problem for free. This is normally around $70 anywhere else it goes towards the price of your repair. that is my auto store. And I highly recommend it.

Car was not starting. I wasnt sure what was wrong. They diagnosed problem and installed nice new battery. Took less than 30 minutes. Very happy now. Car runs fine again. Phew!

Great place to shop for auto parts, they have knowledgeable​ and presentable employees. Parts are always available, although sometimes they may have to ship it from another location but I still get my part.The competitors have a reward program, but at Advance auto parts they have SPEED PERKS REWARDS that give me a $20 coupon in my email a few days later if I spend $100 or more before taxes.They also have a fuel rewards program that is linked to the speed perks rewards.Napa gives you only $5 for every $100 spent.

Always quick and very friendly service. Very professional and helpful. There always seems to be at least two cashiers at all times, so there are no lines. Parking lot usually has plenty of spaces as well. Its a smaller auto parts store, so there is not that many OTC products available compared to pep boys or Auto Zone....but they have a full selection of any vehicle parts you may need for your import or dometic.

Stopped there for a new battery (not cheap: $198). Tons of signs around the store stating free installation but the representative said there was nobody to install it and he couldnt do it but could refer me to a mechanic. Seriously?! I think Im better off buying the battery elsewhere, at some place where they stand by their word and advertisement.
