Very disappointed in the cost I was charged. Be careful and know your prices on what your buying so you don’t pay double the cost for the product. I also brought some equipment in to have fixed and was charged a ridiculous price for the service as well. All my equipment was returned back to me with grease smeared all over every piece of my equipment and I had a piece missing from my backpack sprayer the tip had been replaced with someone else’s tip.Obviously I’m very disappointed with choo choos and their over pricing and poor service. Lesson learned and if I could give a 0 star that’s what I would have left. I had them change the handles on my edger and weeder. Brought the equipment back to my guys and they complained for the past two days that the throttle wasnt working correctly on the edger. I took the cover off and found that when they replaced the handle the throttle cable was not put back on as you can see in the picture causing damage to the throttle cable. I spent $410.00 on repairs and this is what kind of service I received so my best suggestion is BUYERS BEWARE. The same gas can is $15 cheaper at Brandon Rentals. Ive probably spent 20k at choo choos in the past few years and this is what I get in return. I also needed another part but the charge was $150 with choo choos and the same parts was $54.43 with Brandon Rental Its always the consumer that gets taken but its definitely the last time I get taken from choo choos lawn equipment. AGAIN TO ALL BUYERS/CONSUMERS BEWARE. I only approved $75 worth repairs and never received all call back letting me know it was going to exceed that $75 repair amount they just did the work without my approval of the expense. TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS OTHER CONSUMERS FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BY CHOOSING CHOO CHOOS FOR THEIR LAWN EQUIPMENT/SERVICE. 0 STAR RATING

Had to pick up tires for work. Counter staff greeted me right away and had me headed to the pick up area. Guy came out and waived me in to where the tires were, he loaded them in the truck and I was on my way.

They did great work I am not disputing that! But I spoke to them 5 times and said if it isn’t covered under warranty not to touch it because I had someone to do the work if warranty didn’t pick it up. They said they always call before they do work to mowers. Spoke to one of my friends said they used them until they was doing stuff on the mowers that they didn’t ask to be done and charging them without talking to them! So after speaking to him I called and stated not to do anything If it wasn’t covered under warranty they said they would not next phone call I get is it is done and going to be almost $400 dollars! So kudos to the men working on my machine! But terrible communication to your customer after being told so many time not to do something

So irritated. I will start by saying that Todd at the front was awesome. He is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1. He was the reason I went to my parents house and gathered up the Stihl chainsaws and cutoff saws to bring in, after I dropped off my Husqvarna chainsaw and blower and my mower, with the intention of dropping them off for tune up too. As you can see in the pics I uploaded, they all say please investigate and call with estimate to fix. I received a call that my equipment was all done. I went to pick them up and they hit me with a $160 bill. Mind you, the chainsaw was unfixable, the mower need a spark plug and air filter, and the blower needed a spark plug and carb adjust. They never called with an estimate to fix. The labor is also prorated at $85/hr. So, if it only takes 15 min, youre billed $21.25. So that is good. The blower is

I own a Gravely 152 Pro turn.I came in on a Saturday morning because my mower was throwing sparks around the center spindle when blades where engaged. I was nervous that I was going to have to wait several days to fix this issue. The service guy (i think Daniel) was super helpful. He sold the exact part I needed and gave me some tips on how to change it. I was back mowing again before lunch. Great Service guys!!!

The guys at the service counter are pretty knowledgeable and helpful (most of the time, but nobody is perfect). Dropped off equipment Sat. Called them 3 days later and they tell me itll be at least 2-3 weeks before they can even LOOK at it to tell me whats wrong. Why didnt they tell me this when I dropped it off?? Ridiculous!!

Paid big $$$ to have my mower overhauled. Less than six mos later and the battery is dead (no, we dont mow at night), and the mower drive belt STILL falls out from underneath. We were going to buy a new one from them, but weve decided to go with another dealer. I will not recommend this bunch to anyone.

Even though my paper work had “ call if over $100” but noo they took the initiative to replace my starter and charge well over 200$ just for that 1 component without even a phone call. Good customer service, but horribly slow on sending out parts. I have ordered parts from them on two different occasions, and both times it took at least 2 weeks to get the parts. In todays era of quick shipping this is entirely too long, especially since their shipping costs are fairly high. Like I said, they are good to work with otherwise, but I will be shopping for parts elsewhere in hopes of getting them in a reasonable time.

Repaired my generac generator as a hurricane threatened the area. Did job fast. Charged a little bit more than quoted.

After Hurricane Irma came through central Florida and we were without power. I called and asked if they had any generators. Once I got there, I told Jason at the counter that I was planning on running my well to at least have water. I did neglect to ask, and he certainly didnt offer the vital key information that this generator does not support a 220 outlet. So after buying a high priced Honda generator and driving an hour home, I still had no well. Thanks for taking care of your customer guys.
