His customer service, prompt responses and overall demeanor is an absolute asset to this company. Like most people I shopped around but after my encounter with Ty and also the fair and reasonable price I received they have gained my business for life. Ty was very informative and accommodating to all my needs and questions. The sales manager Marc was great as well. There really isn’t a better duo than the two of them! Little hesitant about switching to Kubota from John Deere. Stopped in and seen Ty my salesman and he made me feel like weve been friends for years. Very friendly and answered all my questions. The parts department and parts personal is exceptionally good,but the sales department is really not trustworthy, and I have bought my last piece of equipment from gulf coast.

Place is an absolute joke. Machine messed up due to them, dug into the motor of my 2019 svl 75 and found issues they could warranty instead of fixing it themselves. 5 weeks later had to pay all rental fees to rent equipment to stay in business they won’t loan out a loaner, pay for rent fees or even pay for half. Let alone the service department being very unprofessional with choice of language used towards me. Go somewhere else

Havent bought a tractor from them yet will be soon. Went in today and was very happy with the experience. Mr. Ty walked me around and explained everything. Was looking to get a smaller b series tractor but worked some of his magic and got the bigger and better L series for only $30 more. I recommend doing business with these guys.
Darren was the sales rep we dealt with over a year-and-a-half ago he continues to this day giving excellent customer service when I have any problems that I may have caused myself. He goes above and beyond to straighten it out and get me back on track the guys in the Parts area are fantastic as well if I could I would give them 10 Stars

I recently bought a Kubota B26 from Gulf Coast Tractor and am happy with the machine so far but have problems and questions. The tractor did not come with the attachment point hardware for the 3 point hitch. I bought a Land Pride RCF 2060 Rotary Cutter and have not been able to use it yet as the dealership has not yet gotten me the attachment hardware parts. Also, the Land Pride owners manual has assembly and setup instructions and on page 14 details the procedure for checking driveline length. It warns, A driveline that is too long can bottom out causing structural damage to the tractor and implement. It then describes the procedure for checking inner and outer shaft length and cutting them if necessary. It seems to me that a Kubota dealership should attach and set up any such implement(s) prior to delivery but that did not happen. I asked them to do this but they claim they are short staffed and can not. Now I am wondering, if I cut the driveline myself and mess it up, causing structural damage to the tractor, is Kubota going to cover that damage under warranty? If the rotary cutter is damaged, is Land Pride going to cover that damage under warranty? It seems to me that a manufacturer should be reluctant to stand behind my work as Im not a skilled professional. I recommend that customers not accept delivery nor make final payment before seeing the tractor and all implements working. I wish I had done that. Now Im stuck waiting for parts that should have been included and not looking forward to doing setup work that the dealership should have done, possibly voiding my warranty.
Horrible customer service, we spent hundreds of thousands here, and dropped off a large machine, one of the biggest Kubota makes, to get repaired. It sat there six weeks, we keep calling them and they stated the parts were ordered, and they were working on getting an estimate for the remainder. The service manager kept promising he will call me right back with an update. never returned our calls. We sent our truck down today after we were told they were working on it, and picked the machine up. They were shocked and surprised, and was simply caught in a lie. The machine was still parked in their field in the same location we dropped it off that. Absolutely nothing was touched! 6 weeks! This machine is a $200,000 machine that we have to make payments on while they are too incompetent to fix the simple things. We are giving our business to another Kubota dealer

Wish I could give it 0 starsTHIEVES! My father has used this place for years. He had his tractor picked up to be worked on. They gladly took his $1800. He went into the hospital for a heart attack and we called them to hold the tractor and they agreed. After he was out and stable, we tried several times for them to deliever the tractor to our house and it was always excuses. They finally brought the tractor to us. it had a flat tire, the shifter boot had duct tape on it, and **Shock**...it wasnt fixed. we have been calling for 4 months for them to come back and get it to fix it correctly. The guy kept giving us the run around. We were told this week they would be here this week to get it and that they had fired the guy who had kept running us around. They called my father today and said they werent picking it up and refused to work on it, that wed had it for 4 months. We said check the hours, that it hadnt been used and the other guy had run us around. The owner said and I quote...take me to court. I can see you obviously needed my fathers $1800 real bad. Such a shame. We always told people to go there, since you opened and John was working there. Not now. I will let everyone I speak to and will yell it out on every social media about how horrible you all really are.
Awesome group of people that work there and a wide variety of equipment to purchase but gulf coast tractor is a joke to me now. I own a l2800 and have been there 5 or 6 times they never have tubes or drive train parts. A multi million dollar operation doesnt stock a $50 tube...... But I will be back guys sorry for the bad review

In fact, Rick from service rebuilt my bucket cylinder to help me sell my old tractor. The service work was done at the quoted price and a high quality job done, thanks Rick! Parts Department has terrible customer service. Was sold the wrong parts even after advising the parts department representative that it appears to be the wrong parts. He ensured me they where correct. I asked him to look up recent Invoices to cross reference part numbers since Ive been buying the same parts for 10 years. He once again ensured me they where new packages with same parts. Needless to say I wasted another hour of my time returning wrong parts and writing this review.I will point out that sales department is top notch and never had a issue.One thing I learned is if you are looking for a job that you do not need to apply yourself or strive to give your customers 100% satisfaction then by all means fill out a application for the parts department.

While researching tractors to maintain our multi-acre property, I visited a handful of vendors. Of all the places my husband and I visited, Gulf Coast Tractor was by far the most professional, the friendliest, and the only place to take the time to get to know us and our needs. Ty Shoenig, our salesman, was ultra friendly!!! He took the time to show us all of the attachments (implements), explain what they did, how they worked and if they were suitable for our needs. The while experience was amazing from start to end!! And we had one of our little ones with us, and everyone their treated her so sweet. Also, while their I picked up some extra echo gear for my landscaping from the parts counter. Tim was awesome!!! And I cannot forget Garret, the deliveryman who dropped our tractor. Garret was soooooooo patient with my one million questions. He taught me how to drive the Tractor and stuck around while I drove it a bit to ensure that I knew what I was doing. Guld Coast Tractor treats you like family. I love my Huge Orange Beast!!

If you are the little guy, forget it. I have a small BX2200 that was in for a hydraulic leak. They said they fixed it by just replacing a filter however once I got it home it dumped all the fluid. This is because when they tested it, they just ran it and did not operate the hydraulics. Now I have been waiting for 3 weeks for them to come pick it up and fix it. Poor customer service and poor service department.
People at parts counter are not knowledgeable in the products that they sell and are not personable toward the customer. They act like you are imposing on them to do their jobs.
