I have reviewed this pharmacy and I gave the pharmacists and staff an extremely favorable review. As I said in my previous review I want to find out the names of the staff as well as the other pharmacists. Kate is my favorite because she is kind, friendly, an extremely caring, an extremely understanding.

Usually I have no problems at this pharmacy. Now there is a lady who works back there that is very rude. I will let others skip me in line just to avoid her taking care of me. We are considering changing pharmacies.

Ive been going to Plant City,Fl location for years now and have not received outstanding service. They always help me find a better price when I was self pay and no with Ins they take the extra steps to solve any issues that may occur like my last visit with a PreAuthorization that was needed. I will drive the extra distance to stay at this location. I absolutely wont change to anyone else unless I move out of FL and then I will still try not to transfer. Please take the time to recognize this locations outstanding service and let it be a role model for all of your other locations. Thank You&God Bless,

The techs and pharmacists here are excellent. Everything is always ready on time and the few times my doctor didnt send my prescription, they went out of their way to get it for me at the pharmacy.

The pharmacists and techs are wonderful here. My parents get their prescriptions filled here and everyone is always so nice.

The pharmacy staff at PC location has always been so helpful, friendly & very accurate on ready to pick up promised time. Pharmacy Manager,Suja, Sammy, Ricky,Kyle & Lance has always made getting my medicine there pleasant. Thank You. 😁

Sucks. Pharmacy tells me to come back 1 hour. Hour later I return and they say 30 minutes. Return 30 minutes later and they say 10 more minutes. Sad thing is no one appears to care in the least. A different time my daughter dropped prescription here for her baby. They said 5:45 will be ready. She came home and called later and still not ready. At 9 oclock they close and never had it ready. Next morning I go in and they said just give then a few to mix it. It was a antibiotic for a sick baby and no one there appears to care the least bit. I now go to Walgreens.

Always smiling--even in the busiest times. Some grouchy old man complained his order wasnt ready: he said the doctor sent it in 12 days earlier--do you think they will hold it until Christmas? Then, he complained because they were out of his meds: well, they put it back on the shelf when you took two weeks to come get it, and they were out. The Pharmacists are so prompt and respectful, but they cant anticipate a doof coming in.

They have New Mobile Access but no one knows anything about it. One counter person trying to handle extremely long line. Wait times are unreasonable. Every staff member appears miserable. Customer service is non existent at this location. Just smile.

My prescription had been sent to the location about 12 days prior to me coming in, yet they didnt even process it until the second I showed up. I even had to wait half an hour. My doctor had said it should be there because theyve been notified long enough but alas, they managed to not even have my supplies in stock. I left empty handed and was treated like a druggie for needing what was ordered and forced to postpone treatment purely because of their incompetence. Costumer service is non-existent and will likely be switching pharmacies in the near future.
