Normal really pleasant. Sometimes it can be extremely busy, but others its pretty calm. Self check out has both cash/card machines, and some are only just card. The red rim around the screen can tell you if its cash only, or card only. Please make sure to check that before you start scanning items.Lots of different products, and this is a rather large Walmart location compared to some. The lay out is neat, tidy, and you can always find someone to help you with any questions. Newly remodeled as well. Super pretty.

Guaranteed to never have what your looking for. One of the messier Walmarts in my opinion. Curbside pickup is this locations best feature, simply because it saves you a trip from entering the chaotic establishment. This Walmart location could use a thorough deep cleaning.

Walmart app is useful only when the store updates their system. I like to look through clearance for deals and will spend hours in the store sometimes going through aisles to find unmarked clearance because your store NEVER properly marks items on sale, etc. and to make it even worse your store never updates their system to reflect sale/clearance items. When scanned it simply says “item out of order” and doesn’t show the clearance price or the item. Employees can never help me with the issue because they’re all told to use the same app on their own phones. Not to mention the employees are 9/10 never helpful. The only good thing about this store is Josephine up by the door checking receipts.

I still cant say I really love this Wal-Mart. The store was not crowded, so I had time to look around. I did have to hunt for certain items I was looking for. A lot of times, I came up empty handed because it had been replaced once again with something else that was new on the market shelves. I know there is a shortage of things going on right now. At this store, I dont know what their excuse is, but its been going on before 2019. I gave the 4 stars because the store was cleaner. Seemed more organized and the staff was a little more pleasant. Just as I was getting ready to stand in a long check-out line, a cashier grabbed my cart because they were finally opening up more check-out lines which needed to be done. That put a smile on my face because I was ready to get out of there. In the meantime, I think I will stay with other Walmart Supercenter locations that dont pull things off the shelf and have a wider variety. I will also continue to visit grocery and other types of stores that I frequent. Happy Shopping Everyone!

There is an employee by the name Josephine at Plant City she is usually by the door as customers exit Checking receipts. Josephine is exceptional each and every time I go to store I observe her on how friendly,polite and professional she is with every customer.I had to approach her and Thank her for her exceptional service that is so hard to find. Please promote her or have her train other staff members.

I shop there every week, I get grocery there, I do my Christmas shopping there, I buy paint,toys for my grands,puzzles,kitchen items,curtains,frames, lets just say Walmart has it all.love this store.

I do work at many locations and have never been treated as good as these managers and employees have treated me here, extremely nice, and Im glad to have worked here on a Friday and to go home with a smile on my face thank you Melinda and all OGP employees, Thank you Nicola (store manager) and Robin you all make my job easy

Wal Mart has everything in a one stop shop! I did go in for green spray paint and they were out of every spray paint. But I was still able to get what I needed for my kids project and of course, will be returning for most of my shopping needs.

Its not that bad but theres never enough cashiers and that is cause for long periods of my time 🙃 waiting.

I have been to this location twice to exchange my soda stream CO2 tanks. You have to do this at customer service. They have no clue how to do it and both times caused delays until they could find someone that knew how to do the exchange. They have to ring up the new tanks and refund the core charge for the number of tanks you are exchanging, if anyone else runs into this issue maybe it will save you some time. I did have some good entertainment while I had a delayed wait. One guy was losing his mind about buying a helium tank and it was empty and they wouldnt refund the tank. He also bought it at another location. Thats the reason I rated it a 2 star instead of 1.

I plan on shopping on the weekdays now. I understand that the weekends are terribly terribly busy. I have to use a motorized cart and with that many people there and with the people being so discourteous, I think my best bet is to go on weekdays. I do love the new floors! Makes a big difference. I wish that Walmart would put money in for new shopping carts. I wont have to use this motorized cart after three more weeks. However I see everyone else having many problems with the push carts. Wheels are all worn down! At least just put new wheels on them, the customers would really really enjoy that.

Its not the greatest store around. Its okay to deal with it you like having employees looking at you weird all the time.

The OGP associates are amazing at this location! Not the biggest store but also not the smallest. Can be super busy depending on the time of day you go so be careful.

Disappointed in WalMart. Stock is very low. No meats. Canned goods low. Dairy low. Seems anything your looking for is either low stock or dont have. Seems all the stores are that way. Been to 4 different ones.

Ive always enjoyed going to Walmart but with all the changes and the prices going up and the remodeling of the store its kind of hard to find things you need and you know they had but no longer carry and theres a lot of workers theyre not so friendly but theyre still definitely a lot of people there enjoy their job

If I cant find it somewhere, i can usually go to Walmart and find it. With the remodel theyve had done, and the extension of the deli. They are definitely your one stop shop for every day items. Only complaint: with the lack of man run registered, the lines are always backed up.

Due to all the COVID-19 stuff I like the curbside pick up. This Walmart has the best pickup. Its it of the way so getting in and out is really easy

The grocery pick up at this store is garbage. They cancel a whole lot of items and stuff them out of stock. But its employee laziness. If I go into the store, I can find the out of stock items. Very aggravating. I hate going in the store. Its messy, dirty, empty shelves, horribly understaffed.

Good Walmart Super Center overall and has a pretty good and wide selection. However, the store is always too busy and the lines are generally very long. Do self checkout for a faster service.

Ive shopped at this store for 20+ years, Never, ever, have I had an issue with staff. Store is clean, and they do their best to keep it that way. Which is hard to do at such a busy location, when some customers are rude, get in the way, are demanding and combative.

I do grocery orders here every week like clockwork, and every time I am sitting here an hour plus to pick up. Half the time the app doesnt let me select that Ive arrived at the store, and if you try to call the grocery line, it just goes straight to a voicemail box thats full. It also doesnt matter what time I select to pickup as I have long waits any time from 8am-8pm. Theres only ever two or three people that take stuff out to vehicles and I understand its not their fault, but Walmart either needs to hire more workers to take groceries out to vehicles or only allow a certain number of orders to be placed per hour so they dont become overwhelmed.

This location (John Redman, plant city)just gets worse and worse. All 4 regular lanes were full with lines over 10 deep, the self check outs were double that so we went to the service desk where only 6 people in line.After 20 minutes in line for a bag of dog food we left without our dog food because they put up a lane closed sign when we were 2 away...I may pay a little more at Publix but the service there is 100% better. Or just order online they obviously don’t need the business in store.

Need more cashier to help pay. Also the self pay needs to accept cash and have a bigger space. They need to have more iteems, you cant find it. I need to order online more and wait longer.

Not sure what everyone’s problem is w/ Walmart but I’ve never had a problem. Employees always help me, if I ask. Never once were they rude to me. Low stock is expected, yes frustrating but it is what it is.

This store is a zoo. The remodeling is crazy. You cant find anything. Some shelves barely stocked. A real bummer experience.

The amount of time you can spend sitting in the pick up zone and have no one even talk to you is absurd. I get that there is a check in but from a customer service standpoint I should not be able to sit there for an hour sometimes and not a single employee will come up to you. The manager of the pickup area needs to start taking pride in their work because their doing a horrible job.

Shelves empty. No employees around to help reach an item off top of shelves. Self check out only and got finished scanning everything for card only machine and it kept declining my card even though my card was good. Forever for an employee to come only to tell me to go to another line and rescan everything. Then after all that I go to leave the store and this rude dark haired woman in a yellow vest stops my black husband with our cart and demand to check the receipt Everything was in bags and no reason to stop us when she doesnt stop the 10 or more other customers leaving the store and half thier stuff was not even in bags. I dont understand whats happening but I am irate. No one at Walmart cares. So much for my hometown love at Walmart

Dude, I called every department and listened to a phone ring each time. Im almost positive an employee picked up, and literally just hung up immediately. Guys, I had to call customer service just to be able to talk to someone that actually worked for the company. I say this from the bottom of my heart, do not go here unless you, honest to God, have to. This location sucks! Thanks Walmart.

One of the nicer and less crowded Walmarts I have been in lately. Looks like they are doing some remodeling and going to polished concrete floors. Would have given 5 stars but checkout was like most other Walmarts...slow...

People are forced to do their own check out but whenever assistance is needed the workers on hand are rude and unhelpful. The only time anyone works at a decent pace is when its closing time, then they herd you out like cattle.

Team members were cussing where my 3 year old grand son could hear it and fussing with each. I hate having to go there

I hate going to Walmart! I am 62 and disabled. They took away the benches. Walmart is not supportive of the disabled or elderly. The store is trying to save money and has the A/C turned up...it is hot! So many items did not have prices. They had the doors open at one end of the store, but the few working cash registers were at the other end of the store.

Walmart is a bit confusing right now since they are remodeling and making changes,so it will take a while to know where things are at. I do most of my grocery online . I didnt give 5 stars because often times they dont have my items or omit several items even though I was charged and sometimes I have to call them cuz they add someone elses stuff on my order. Bit confusing lately. Hopefully it will get better.

It had everything we were looking for. The store seemed clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

This store never has good fruit.The fresh area always looks horrible. They never answer the phones making their customer service terrible. Several times they gave me such bad quality products .I just gave up on this store all together. So disappointed it being my new neighborhood store.

1st of all, if Im doing self checkout, I should get a 10% discount. Since Im at the store buying at your store and bagging my own groceries..With less people hired since they put the self checkout, they should focus on those restroom dirty all the time.I rather pay extra at Wind- Dixie..

Good place for low prices, but the service leaves much to be desired in certain areas or when you call for questions about a certain item or if something is in stock. However what I dislike is the self checkout. Ive seen where they have accuse someone of theft due to an issue with their equipment, but they seem to target certain type of people in that situation. But other people seem to never have problems when they have the same issues.

Not the best Walmart. Many things always out of stock. Meat selections often almost empty.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Avoid this store at all costs. Yes Walmarts are switching to self check out.. which unless they send me a w-2 I will not use. Yesterday we were on one of only 2 registers open. 50 mins online to be almost finished and be told cashier could not ring up our wine as she was underage. One csm came over threw her hands up said she couldnt help. My spouse didnt think he should have to pay 2 diff times..if he didnt they would have to re ring the entire order at another register .they were rude unhelpful and useless. Do not go there!!

Very big store, they just need more employees and had better pavement in the parking lot because the carts ar in bad shape, other things in the store is good.

Everything was well stocked and easy to find.

Its a great place as always but being as this was my second time shopping there I was totally mixed up because this store is not in any way set up like the store in Lakeland that Im used to but I do like being lost in Walmart

Very convenient because they sell a little bit of alot of things. Customer Service is just OK, most of the time when I cant find something, the employees cant direct me in the right direction. Does not help they remodeled and moved everything around.

Went in to get grocery’s, since I had a huge cart full I needed someone to actually check me out and bag my groceries like normal places do. I was ignored after waiting over30 minutes in line and had to make a scene for them to realize that they have failed the customer when you simply can’t get your groceries checked out in under 45 minutes, but I don’t work for Walmart and refuse to go to self check out with over 100 items. I can’t believe your so lazy you guys can’t even help your customers out no more and just walk by on your cell phones and just ignore people asking for help I’m done with going to Walmart. I’ll go to Publix where shopping is a pleasure. Good luck on your customer service. Your gonna need it.

I love this Walmart. It is always stocked full of great items. I find stuff thats not at other Walmarts.

I guess they are remodeling, and it took me 10 minutes to find the lotion aisle. Everything is rearranged and its a big mess. They were all out of canning lids, and they didnt have the type of cat food I needed. It was extremely busy, and as usual there wasnt enough cashiers. The one who waited on me kept looking for the scanner labels on everything, and instead of using my gift card towards my purchase, she added money to it. SMH!

I went on. Monday mid morning and it was great getting in and out.

I dont know what they are doing to this place, but this store is a wreck. Disorganized is putting it lightly. Just close the store when remodeling is this extensive.I know they are doing a major remodeling, but this is just crazy.

Front greeting lady told my wife that our daughter couldnt ride on the front of the cart that it was walmart policy and proceeded to grab my daughter and yank her off the cart and mutter under her breath when we walked away thats how its suppose to be done

Used to have staff ask if they could help you....not anymore. It no longer feels welcoming. 98% of registers are self checkout. If you need to go through a manned checkout for beer purchases, the lines are huge. Its not really worth shopping here for most things.

When a store associate told me about pickup he said to just call to get an order changed and theyd be happy to help. When i click the link in my email to make changes it wont works. I called today was on hold for over five munities. When she finally answered, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Just transferred me to groceries??? Where I was on hold again. Hung up to call back for a manager and she answered again! Gave me attitude for asking. Horrible customer service.

Place is full of lazy employees. There are never any registers open so u have to self scan then they want to stop u at the door to check. DO YOUR JOB AND DONT STOP ME AND CHECK TO SEE IF I DID YOUR JOB CORRECTLY. HATE WALMART AND LAZY all there EMPLOYEES

The shelves were low and the workers knew little about where products are located. The check out lines were long.

Horrible place to shop! They have no respect for their customers and the store is a complete mess and just plain out nasty! Attempting to do a remodel while staying open it is almost as if they have no consideration for their customers because they have debris and nonsense everywhere!

Yeah if your store could stop showing things as being available to order online, but 24 hrs later when Im picking up my order, half my items are marked unavailable. Cause I know you didnt sell out of size 14 boys jeans & blueberries over night. 🙄 Every online order with this store ends up with issues. Plant City needs a Target.

This Wal-Mart was filthy. Shelves were bare. I thought I might need a tetanus shot after using the bathroom. I absolutely FO NOT recommend visiting the Plant City store.

Service was challenged this visit. One associate tried for almost 15 minutes to find someone for electronics so I could purchase headphones. I finally left and went to causeway WM. I understand the struggle but it wasnt ideal.

They had what we needed. The price worked for us. Of course, we forgot something and had to make a second trip inside, but we got everything we needed.

Spent my lunch break online at the money center 2 people were in line before me, and the CSR was the only one working at the counter. Literally in line for a hour .

Very poorly stocked and a mess all over the place! Not sure how they stay in business with the little selection and a messy store like that!

Its ok, but right now that they are working inside the store making all the new changes, its really so hard to find what your looking for.
