My favorite department store to buy clothes from. Staff is always friendly and helpful and store is always very clean

Nice place, clean, and a variety of clothing available.. just nothing seems to match up with what I wanted.. found pants but no shirts to match.. then found shirts with no pants to match up.. aggravating to say the least..

I love to shop here. Went with my mom & daughter. They dont have much of a selection for girl shoes for her age. But the employees are helpful and nice

As always they usually have good sales, but no more coupons! WhAt! I was buying 4T and ending up paying more than mall prices. And no more wrapping!! There was 2 women in the department just BS. I assumed (but we know what that means) Ugh! Coupons and wrapping was what I loved the best about them. I will travel for the pricing now! No more paying over price! They are lucky I was in a hurry for my purchases.

Two items I bought recently, were in poor condition, when I examined them at home. The store is kept beautifully and the employees very sweet. If only the merchandise followed suit.

They didnt have much that was what I was looking for, however the staff were very nice and helpful, and the store was super clean.

Found everything we needed and were able to get in and out quickly. Looks like Covid has drastically reduced their staff and inventory though. Hope they survive. Have been a Bealls shopper all my life.

The store is beautifully decorated, huge with all sorts of options, and they have great sales.

I ordered specific sizes online. What came was the correct size on the box, but wrong size IN the box. Not such a happy camper after using my reward points and waiting patiently for pick up.

It was OK but not great. I took one of my daughters maternity shopping today. She was looking for bras and outerwear. While we found some nice pieces for her to coordinate for comfortable day wear, we were unable to find a good bra in her size. The website was confusing. It lists sizes up to DDD are available, but then only shows up to DD. The sales associate, Kristen, who went out of her way to help us, was confused by the web site as well. Its ok. We werent really expecting to find much because of her size. Thanks. 😊

Went in to buy a new pair of dress slacks on my way home from work. I was immediately greeted at the door by a very pleasant young lady (with multicolored hair) and was directed to the exact spot in the store where the items I was looking for were. Then, once I had found a few selections, she directed me to the dressing rooms so I could try them on. All in all, a very pleasant experience, much of it due to this young ladys caring, respectful and pleasant attitude. All without making me fell like she was trying to upsell me which happens often in many stores.

Love the store and the products offered. The service behind the counters is horrible all they want to do is sign you up for their credit card. Told me I was ignorant for not signing up to save 25% told my wife it was our fault she was going to get fired because of us not signing up. This must be a new thing I have purchased 90% of my clothes at this store for 10+ years and don’t remember this ever happening but it is every time I go in now.

We shopped on Sunday afternoon. They were stocking while we were shopping so they were out of some of the colors. However the selection in the bedding department was still ok. I love the fun, beachy styles they have.

I only live this store when I can shop clearance and use coupons, other wise it is expensive but the quality of products are great. Live the free gift wrapping and total Florida feel

The manager is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. Ive been in twice, and each time, the blonde, leather-faced slag with the ultra-classy faded neck tattoos straight up insulted me for no reason. The first time, I asked where the mens shoe section was, and in the most condescending way ever, pointed to the shoe section and said probably the place over there with the sign that says shoes.I ended up going back tonight to exchange something that was too large for me. She was sorting clothes on the racks nearby, and asked if she could help me. I explained that I was looking for a shirt to exchange and she told me, based on absolutely nothing as I hadnt shown it to her, that it was probably in the clearance section. I asked where that was and she said probably all the racks that say clearance on them. Which is funny since I was already looking in one and thought she had to mean somewhere else.I waited til she left the area and then moved a bunch of clothes to different racks. Haha. I then left the store without telling the cashier I had decided not to exchange anything, hoping theyd check the cameras assuming I stole something and then see me move all the stuff around. Ill probably go in again at some point to mess with her.

Havent been in a bealls in YEARS. For some reason I had a bad feeling about bealls, but this one didnt let me down!

An employee by the name (im pretty sure) Maryann did not greet me on my way into the store, but instead gave a dirty look. She did not once smile or say hello when I came to the register to ring out. She made me feel unwelcomed and as if I was disturbing her day. I work customer service as well and even in my bad days I dont make my customers feel like they are a problem. I did not bug her for help or anything I just needed less than three items rang out. I left without saying anything, and she also let me leave without saying bye or have a nice day.
