Incredibly terrible customer service, they dont care about Christmas or the process of returning/exchanging a Christmas gift. They just want your money. Rude and not at all helpful. Better service and products could be found at a road side yard sale! Stay away!

The clothing is very cute, but I just wish there was more in store like there is on line, more smaller sizes to choose from. I was there yesterday, 1.22.2021 before 12 and the girl that was working just wasnt very friendly.

Just walked in trying to get some last minute strawberry festival items, and I literally just got stared at by the employees. Not one word was said to me, no greeting, no one offered to help, NOTHING but dirty looks.

Cute selection, 2 stars for the customer service. Two associates and me just by myself in the store, no one approached me, when I initiated the approach the associates seemed less than eager to answer my questions by their short responses and lack of eye contact. I doubt the lack of interaction has less to do with their customer service skills and more to do with the fact I wasn’t decked out head to toe in simply southern and tailored buckle jeans. I’ll support local when it’s worthy of the support. Do better, Tennessee Jane management.

Love this place, shop here all the time, online and in store. Chloe was there and is always sweet and helpful. There was a new girl there I’ve never seen, I thought she was a customer a first. Didn’t care at all that I was there trying to shop and was in the way talking to I believe a friend that was there as well. She ended up checking me out and wouldn’t even look at me, didn’t seem like she was happy to be there.

Best boutique I have ever shopped at by far! I do a lot of my shopping on line but I always get great customer service and any questions I have are answered quickly often within the hour and that’s even with new arrival nights! I have even traveled From Daytona just to go to the store and Hanna recognized me right away having never met! She loves her customers and always makes you feel beautiful giving you just the pick me up you need sometimes. She has built a small town empire. I Always shop local and I couldnt recommend anyone more deserving ❤️Tj girl for life

Absolutely LOVE Tennessee Jane! They have so many cute clothes and are super good with getting popular items restocked! I have not personally been to their store, but I can tell you that they run their online store and Facebook page with the best customer service and extreme professionalism! Amazing group of women who know a lot about what we like to see in store. If you have the opportunity to visit in store or even shop online, please do! I’ve spent so much money here and have an entire wardrobe dedicated to just Tennessee Jane clothing. You WILL NOT be disappointed. I promise!

The gals that work there are not friendly or outgoing. Clothes are not worth the money, and usually have a defect. You will not get a refund if it is defective. Unfortunate, bc the location has potential.

I placed my order on 3/12 & chose pick up in Plant City since I have relatives there that I can have pick up my items for me. I called the store to make sure that that was possible & the lady on the phone was amazing & super sweet. My cousin gets there & they’re not even at the store, but it was fine since I didn’t even bother to ask if they would be ready the same day, lol. They told her to stop by Friday afternoon. So I call Friday to make sure they are ready for pick up & it wasn’t the same employee on the phone, this one didn’t sound to interested & when my cousin gave me my earrings she let me know that they weren’t that friendly and their store wasn’t busy, they just gave her the bag and that was all. Although I will still support this cute boutique, please correct the front desk employee as they are the first ones was see as we walk into your boutique. Attitude is everything when it comes to first impressions. Btw, I love my earrings! Can’t wait for the other ones to be back in stock. 💓

Definitely my newest favorite store! My sister in law has been bragging about their clothes for a while and I finally stopped in. Immediately, outside the store, I found 3 must haves in the Clearance rack. I hadnt even got into the front door yet and I was already in love! Once inside, it was everything I imagined and more. So many stylish options and sizes. The clothes are beautiful and comfortable. They have sizes reaching 3XL. Customer Service was top notch. The owner saw me enter with items in my hand and quickly offered to set me up in a dressing room. I spent $75 there and will be back often! Its almost too good of a shop to share because I want to selfishly keep it a secret so I have a better chance at grabbing the goods before theyre all gone!
