I highly recommend using this body shop!The owner, Will was very professional and polite! My car had extensive damage after the accident and he took care of everything! The repair took longer because of Irma and as the car was getting repaired- other damages were found.This was reasonably price- taking into consideration that VW parts are expensive and insurance was not covering this.I wouldnt take my car anywhere else! I definitely trust this auto shop and their quality work! My vehicle looks better than before the accident and I am a happy customer!!

I paid to have my car repaired and was assured that I was in great hands. I felt confident that everything would be completed by a certain date but it wasnt met twice. I rented multiple vehicles during the time of my repair costing more money and time that I could saved.After finally receiving my vehicle back, I realized that my blinker was not working but refused to return back immediately due to my frustration and anxiety; however, I called and was advised to return with my vehicle. When I did, I was advised that it was the bulb but after several bulbs, I was advised it was the actual plug in the headlight and the part would be ordered. But I was advised that I had to wait because the repair person was on vacation. Then once they returned, I visited the shop for the repair only to be told that the repair would take an entire and would need a rental car. Once the car was rented, I was advised by the rental company of the deadline time to return the vehicle but the shop stated that my car would not be repaired until the end of the day. This was such a dilemma for me because I could not afford to pay for another day for the vehicle but when I contacted the shop I was pretty much told that it was my problem.This situation was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I expressed that several times to the owner but he showed concern but actions speak louder than words. I live in Lakeland and this shop is in Plant City, making multiple unnesscary trips to this shop was such an inconvenience.

This is my second time going to Hoppies and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they do. I live in Tampa and was turned down by 3 other body shops until I found Hoppies and he got my car in and started working on it right away and fixed everything the other body shops said was not able to fix. He has great prices and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a nice, good working, and low price body shop company.

Very poor service. Mr. Willie is a crook and a liar. Maybe if he stops allowing his workers to selling and snort cocaine and smoke weed on the job he will be able to provide better service. If you want to get ripped off then this is the place to go. If you bring your car here you are a true idiot.

I have had the privilege of having my 2016 Nissan Altima repaired by theAwesome Team over at Hoppys Paint & Body, they did an amazing job and in a reasonable time frame and the price was very affordable because i traveled from Jacksonville Florida. Will is a thief, a liar amongst other things. This guy had my car for 4 months and lied about fixing it. He did poor job fixing my and caused over $7000 in damages. I called today to get a print out of all the work he so called did and he couldnt provide me with any information and told me he would have his attorney call me. I trusted this man and he is a crock. He screwed me over big time.
