A few weeks ago I was driving down the interstate and a Hit a shredded tire damaging my lower bumper and grille on my Rolls Royce, luckily no one was hurt besides my feelings but instead of going to Dealer a friend highly recommend Hector at Elite Auto Body Shop . From the start Hector explained to me the process and assured me that he would get my vehicle back to it’s original condition using all original parts and paint to match and by his professionalism and knowledge, I handled over my keys and was on my way ! The next day I get a message from him with photos of my vehicle taken apart and a update telling me that the bumper was already repaired and in Paint. I was completely blown away on how fast they were moving along with the repair and told him that I would stop by and check it out when I had a chance so the next day I showed up and looked my bumper up and down and yes I’m very picky!! The paint matched perfectly and had no flaws or dirt in the finish I was so happy to see that a local guy did better the the dealer that I usually use! The work was done before schedule and couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Thanks to everyone at Elite Auto Body for getting my baby back on point 5 Stars all the way!!

WARNING WARNING STOP IF YOU HAVE A INSURANCE CLAIM DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ELITE AUTO PLANT CITY FL TO BE REPAIRED. I have a garage kept 2014 Ford Fusion in Immaculate condition that was in a minor fender bender. First off right away Elite Auto Repair uses AFTER MARKET PARTS to repair your vehicle. Elite Auto Services paint booth is insufficient. (Your paint will not match)and there are DUST particles in the PAINT. The person or persons working on your vehicle is not certified in anything. The parts used dont line up the little plastic screws are falling off, again paint dont match.. I dont know what the hell they did to the radiator. The OWNER ACTUALLY USED SUPERGLUE TO HOLD THE FRONT BUMPER COVER INSERT IN PLACE CHECK PICTURES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.... Most of there other REVIEWS are FAKE. WHAT A JOKE.. And it took them 19 days and 2 different front ends. IF REVIEWS DONT HAVE PICTURES WHY (WASTE) YOUR TIME READING THEM.... I DID NOT GET A CHANCE TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE FIRST FRONT END THAT ELITE AUTO PUT ON THE FUSION. I GAVE ELITE AUTO A SECOND CHANCE TO REDEEM THEIR BUSINESS YOU SEE THE PICTURES..........THIS CAR IS AVAILABLE TO ANYONE IF YOU WANT TO SEE IT. Send me a email [email protected]......

I have had several cars repaired at Alan Dodd Elite Auto Collision and have been extremely pleased. The staff is very experienced and capable. Elite Auto Collision is one of the best auto body shops I think Ive ever seen anywhere in the country they do amazing work they made my truck look brand new they take pride in their work thats a hard quality to find nowadays amazing job.

I wouldnt take a car there to get it fixed or painted if it were free. Southern Towing took our car there after it was in an accident. We didnt have any say in it. The tow truck driver said its the place to take it that does the best work. Well if that is the best work I would hate to see the worst. THE CLEAR COAT PEELED OFF FIRST, I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT, THEN THE PAINT STARTED PEELING OFF, I CALLED THEM AND THEY DENIED DOING THE WORK EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE PAPERWORK PROVING THEY WERE THE ONES THAT DID IT. NOW IT IS TERRIBLE, MOST OF THE PAINT IS MISSING. Now we are going to have to take it somewhere and pay to have repaired because Allen Dodds Elite Auto does not stand behind their work. Do NOT take your vehicle there to get worked on.

Had my van doors modified from handicap to regulars and door hinged malfunction after repaired call Hector he said hed have to locate parts and after numerous attempts to contact him and he assured me that he was working on it thats been months ago and still no attempt to fix this and I was charged almost double the estimated price Ive giving them plenty of time to before leaving this review to correct this I would not recommend this company
